You feel your lower abdomen rising when you breathe in. Your abdomen is falling when you breathe out. And you let go all tensions, worry from the body. Feel connected to the earth. Feel your two feet on the ground. Feel grounded, relaxed, and calm. Left foot will be front. And then you will use your two palms together like holding this way.
[snorts] Breathe it in. You move your fingers, your hands up. Raise your left toes up. Okay? Breathe out. You put your foot down. And you rolling down your hands. Okay? Raise up your heels in the back. In. [snorts] Out. The earth. This means you connect with the earth. And you [snorts] massage your feet. You massage the earth the same time. Okay? warm. And then massage side to side and above your head. [snorts] And then you can put your two palms on your face. You can massage your face. Breathe in Massage the face a way to refresh yourself. Release tension from your skin of your face. Release all the cells of your face, okay? And then your lower back. Go down to your two legs. And go to front. [snorts] You can do uh three or four rounds like that, okay? Raise your hands. Inhale.
