There's nothing else like it. And you know my experience poststroke. I woke up at 60 years old one morning to take my daughter to school. I couldn't get out
of bed. My right leg was dragging. I knew on the way to the bathroom that I had a stroke. When I got in front of the mirror, it was obvious. Um went into the hospital for a couple days. The doctor released me, mandated 12 weeks of physical therapy. 12 weeks of rest, physical therapy, and said, "Your physical therapist will give you exercises, and please follow her instructions for all 12 weeks." The fourth week in, she came to my home. She examined me.
