Global Energy Crisis Looms as Oil Executives Warn of Fuel Shortages and Rising Costs

The world's energy routes are being reconfigured, with warnings of a major fuel crisis. Oil executives and reports highlight potential shortages that could affect gas prices, heating costs, and lead to truckers' strikes. The situation is described as a global energy crisis about to start.

world's energy routes are being reconfigured. Some people say that what we are currently witnessing is based on a prophecy about the end of the world. The Wall Street Journal reports a startling headline: "Oil executives say major fuel crisis is here." And it will affect everything from the price you pay at the gas station to the cost of heating your home. Er, I think you have a problem. $4 for gas, $6 for diesel, 7% mortgage, eh. Many truckers are writing to me that they are planning a truckers' strike. So take a look at this. This shows the huge increase in diesel prices we are seeing, and it is having a significant impact on your wallet.

Most of what you buy, from groceries to clothing, electronics, and toys, is transported by trucks that run on diesel fuel. The national average price today is $6.40. This is the highest price in history. I want to know what you think about the end of the world. We don't know when God will come. But we are commanded to try as much as possible to make the world the way God wants it to be. While I wouldn't be shocked if we were living in the end times, I'm trying to focus on doing as much of God's work as possible right now. And if it leads to the end of time, fine. So, in this video, I'm going to share with you four theories that explain why all of

this is happening. What's actually happening is that diesel fuel is becoming very expensive. And everything that happens after diesel means that everything will also become much more expensive. So how did it get so bad? That's how we got here. On February 28, the US and Israel attacked Iran. In response, Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz, through which a fifth of the world's oil previously passed. The price of oil is now rising by the most since the Gulf War, up 59% in March. Since then, there have been a million ceasefires and supposed agreements that never materialized. Then, in September, an Iranian-backed militia in Yemen called the Houthis took control of another strait called Bab el-Mandeb. Then, on September 11, Saudi Arabia shut down its only backup

pipeline after Saudi crown prince allegedly called the White House twice in one day, asking for help. Trump replied: "No. "I'm not going to help." Saudi Arabia is calling refineries in Europe and saying, "Yes, about that oil we promised you in September, you're not getting it." So, the price of oil is rising. On September 16, the Federal Reserve raises interest rates for the first time since 2023. This leads to war, to elections, and the yield on 10-year Treasury bonds exceeds 5 %. And that should be pretty disastrous for the bond market, which is why mortgage rates in the US are currently at 7%. Then last week, JPMorgan released a note saying, "We

have no idea what will happen to the world." They no longer have a baseline for the price of oil, and they don't know how this will all end. So what is really happening? There are four possible theories, and here's what they are. Theory number one says: "This is the world emerging from the US empire, and Iran has realized that the best weapon for this is to attack the US bond market. This is essentially a Suez Canal moment for the United States." Theory number two states: "If you follow the money, you will find that it is all connected to the profits of the defense industry, Wall Street, and big technology companies. It's no secret by now that together they're building something called a

surveillance state and a digital control network consisting of flaw detectors all over the country, right? Palantir government contracts that have never been bigger, programmable dollars, AI rules written by AI companies." Theory number three states that we are witnessing the deliberate destruction of the world's energy infrastructure, and it is all part of a plan. Someone wants the world's infrastructure to burn down, and that someone is most likely the United States. Because this is the last frontier of a dying empire to impose its petrodollar system on the rest of the world. Now theory number four is the darkest theory, which states that some of the people making all these decisions believe that all of this was meant to happen.

This was a prophecy foretold long ago. And in this theory, the point is to lead to the return of Christ and the end of the world. So, in today's video, I'm going to tell you about all four theories. I'll show you the evidence for their validity and why people believe in each of them, and at the end I'll tell you which one I believe in and how I prepare for it. So, with that in mind, let's get down to business. Hello, my name is Andriy Zhikh. I hope you are well. Come for the finances and stay for the prophecies. Well, if you look around the world, nothing makes sense right now.

Saudi Arabia is supposed to be our ally, and they asked for help, and the president said no, right? He also wants interest rates to come down, but the Fed just raised them. We were also promised no more wars, oil refineries are being blown up in places like Russia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar. Diesel fuel just hit an all-time high, and the world's largest bank says it has no idea how it will all end. So, either those in power have gone crazy, or everything is going exactly the way someone wants it to. So, that's the question of this video. So let's. Let's just go straight to theory number one, which is the simplest theory, that Iran is resisting, and the best way for

them to resist is to destroy the U.S. economy, right? We are told that Iran cannot defeat the American military, and perhaps that is true. And that is why Iran wants something that the United States cannot protect, namely the U.S. Treasury bond market. This is because today the United States has about $40 trillion in debt. And every year, a large portion of this debt is repaid. It has to be borrowed again at whatever current interest rates are available. So when the 10-year yield falls from 4% to 5%, the government's interest costs increase by hundreds of billions of dollars. And that is why the interest on the debt is now greater than the country's entire defense budget. According to one historian, any country that spends more on interest than on its own

military is a country in decline. And this has been true for every empire throughout history. So Iran says, "Okay, we don't need to defeat your army." We just need to destroy your oil market and your bond market. Expensive oil means expensive diesel, and expensive diesel means expensive food and delivery. And all of this manifests itself to us as inflation. And when inflation rises, the Federal Reserve should raise our interest rates, which is exactly what they did on September 16th, and which I also said is most likely to happen in one of my recent videos. Logically, however, it makes sense, because if a country is in decline and attacks other countries, then it has a higher risk profile. Therefore, investors want to get more money for lending their money.

This is not just some theory. Iran admitted all of this. The speaker of Iran's parliament actually published this strategy online. They said they would continue to attack oil infrastructure before every Fed meeting and force the Federal Reserve to choose. Either continue to raise interest rates and destroy the American economy, or stop raising rates before oil prices spike and lose all credibility in the first year of operation. There really is no good answer. The next Fed meeting will be held on October 27. Watch what happens to oil around this time. Most likely, there will be a few more fireworks.

Unfortunately for all of us, raising interest rates doesn't really solve anything. And that's because the Fed's tools were designed to combat a different kind of inflation. Rates are designed to protect against inflation associated with lending. Raise rates, people will borrow less, prices go down. None of this is such a scenario. This inflation is caused by oil shortages and a $2 trillion deficit. So raising interest rates doesn't solve our oil shortage. And when the debt is 120% of GDP, higher rates make the deficit even bigger because the

interest bill becomes higher. And it also means that people who had a lot of money invested in safe investments like Treasury bonds and money market funds also got richer because with higher interest rates they are now being paid more money for their money. Now, on the other side of all this, there are regular people who have to pay more for groceries, more for gas, and borrow more money. This is the K-shaped economy, and this theory says that the situation will get worse, and Iran is counting on it. This is theory number one. Before we get to that, here's something I didn't know until recently. You see, when most home systems detect motion, the recording is stored somewhere, a notification is sent, and then the entire system effectively shuts down,

but everything after that is up to you and how quickly you check your phone. And the police response time across the country is about 10 minutes. What would you do in those 10 minutes if someone tried to break into your house? This is where today's sponsor SimpliSafe comes in. SimpliSafe added a step in the middle. It's called Active Guard. There's a monitoring agent watching in real time, and if he sees someone doing something wrong, he can talk to that person out loud while they're still standing on your lawn. And that turns out to be very important, because most of these guys are just trying to find an easy target. But the moment a voice comes from the wall and describes what they're wearing, then you become a complex

building, and it starts to get discouraging, because they'd rather find an easier target. They call it stopping crime on the grass, not the carpet, which I think is pretty apt. And the setup is extremely simple. There are no wires. The sensors are attached to the wall. Setup takes about 30 minutes, I did it myself for my home. And if your security system only comes in handy after something bad happens, then it's not security. Go to simplisafe.com/andre to purchase your system and get 50% off. Thank you, SimpliSafe, for sponsoring this segment, and now let's get back to business. Okay, here's theory number two. This theory says: " Forget about looking at all this from the perspective of sovereigns.

This is not about nations and ideologies. "It's too simplistic and too naive." It's really about applying pressure points to centralize more capital and control. And there's nothing more beneficial for that than war, right? And there are three key players in this system. The defense industry, also known as neoconservatives, Wall Street, and big tech companies. In a sense, you could say they are all part of one big club, but let's look at them individually, starting with defense. Remember how Saudi Arabia asked for help, and the US said, "No." That same week, the US approved the sale of 48 F-35 fighter jets to Saudi Arabia for $24 billion. So the US responded, "Yes, we won't defend you, but we will sell you weapons if you want to

fight yourself." Some people argue that the reason the US doesn't want to help is actually because it can't. They are running out of missiles because China produces critical components, such as the minerals needed to produce them. China says, "We're not going to give them to you if you keep bombing our allies and destabilizing the world to maintain your dominance." But in the meantime, the longer the war lasts, the more profits these companies make. So, this is player number one. Now, player number two is Wall Street. And by Wall Street, I mean the banking system, asset managers like BlackRock, and hedge funds.

Their incentives are different from those of the defense industry. They do not profit from the war directly. They profit indirectly by financing the war. To understand this, you need to stop thinking of it as banks owned by a country or government, because they have no allegiance to any nation, people, or government. They are transnational capital. Their devotion is only to themselves. And this is how they profit from it. War is expensive, isn't it? So when people say, " The government has to borrow to finance the war," that's a way of saying, " You. You pay interest through your taxes. "It's your money that's being used to finance it." Because if you want to borrow, say, $100, right? You are not allowed to just borrow from anyone. You need to contact

one of their banks, such as JP Morgan, Goldman, City, Bank of America. They buy your T-bills and resell them to places like pension funds and foreigners. They keep the difference for themselves. When everyone wants your bonds, that is, your promissory notes, the bank gives you $99 for them. They sell them for $100. They keep a dollar for themselves. This is their spread. Okay, okay. But no one wants US bonds right now. They don't want promissory notes. Foreign central banks have disposed of $236 billion of them since the war began. So the bank says, "Um, your debt is a bit risky. We'll give

you $95." You have no choice, right? You need the money, so you take it. The bank turns around and sells them for $100. Right? And now they keep $5 for themselves. And you got less money, you pay more interest, and the middleman's share just increased fivefold. Do it for $2 trillion a year. This is the first way they make a profit. The second way they make a profit is by inventing a new buyer for these promissory notes. The best way to do this is to create a law. That is why Congress passed the so- called "Genius Act, " which requires every stablecoin and every digital dollar to be backed by U.S. Treasury bonds. The whole world will buy them.

They won't earn anything from interest. Banks will earn 5%. And asset management companies like BlackRock will be able to manage them, where they will also profit from it. This is the second way. The third way to make a profit is by raising the rate itself, because the banks don't pay us anything on our checking and savings accounts, but they lend that money to the government at 5%, and the Federal Reserve owns those banks, which means that it has essentially just raised its rates at your expense. Right? The fourth way to make a profit is a kind of jackpot. This is purification. The higher the stakes, the more likely it is that everything will break down, and at

some point this creates an economic crisis. And every crisis in modern history ends with big banks and corporations owning more of everything than before. The big ones eat the small ones. Right? So, banks don't need a victory in the war with Iran. They will be paid anyway They might say, "What? We don't have a baseline for oil. We don't know what will happen." But they don't care. That's why the bank has no loyalty to the country. They are not some patriots who don't care about the country. The Patriot needs your promissory note to preserve its value. No, not to the bank. They just need assets to move to where they create a spread. So,

financial institutions are the number two player in this, and that's how they profit from it. But there is also player number three, namely large technology companies. And that's how they make a profit. All the CEOs of AI companies are now saying, "Please regulate us, government. We will become Skynet." But the most interesting thing is, throughout the history of American business, have you ever seen a company ask for regulation when it was winning? This has never happened. So why are they asking for a papal government? Maybe it's because they don't really have much of an advantage, because anyone can copy their model and do it cheaper. But the only thing that can prevent this is the law. That's why

they want safety regulations that require licenses, compliance departments, and minimum capital. And now no one new can compete with them. There is regulation for this. This is the same thing that banks did after 2008. By the way, Jensen Huang from Nvidia said more or less the same thing. And don't let this doomsday narrative force anyone to exempt them from the laws that currently exist Now read between the lines. There are many. They're not really asking for more laws. They are asking to be exempted from the laws we have. And I think that's a problem.

He says he wants fewer laws to apply to them because if their products cause some harm, those rules will allow them to ignore our laws and protect them from lawsuits. So, this theory states that the following is what is happening in the world right now: big tech companies are getting AI rules, banks are getting payment rails for a regular customer of products that no one else wants to buy right now, and that's how the defense industry is getting its war. Okay, theory number three. This theory gets more sinister as it claims that none of this was a coincidence. And what we see around the world, namely the destruction of the world's energy infrastructure, is the goal. And the country behind this

is most likely the United States. And here is the logic. The United States is the largest producer of oil and gas in the world. If you burn everyone else's reserves, then the world must come to you. And if you can't make the world want your currency, you can make the world need your energy. And you can value it in your currency. Now I want to show you evidence a little differently than what you might hear in the media, because this theory states that the media doesn't tell the whole truth. Saudi Arabia never actually asked the US for help, as we are told. We are told that the crown prince asked for help, and Trump refused. This theory claims that Saudi Arabia knows exactly what is going on, and there are two things you should know. First, the US is

waging an economic war with China. And Chinese factories operate mainly on oil from the Persian Gulf countries. If you close both straits, you put pressure on China, forcing Asia and Europe to buy from you, not from Saudi Arabia. Now the second thing you have to understand is that the US is leaving the Middle East forever. They are being pushed out. And before they leave, they are using every possible effort to force Saudi Arabia to sign a deal with Israel. This is what is called the Abrahamic covenants. Saudi Arabia says it will not sign this agreement until a Palestinian state is established. If this sounds like a crazy theory, here's the evidence. Almost all of this can be factually proven. China, for example, buys more oil from the Persian Gulf than

anyone else in the world. When the Strait of Hormuz closed, it hurt China. When the Bab el-Mandeb gas pipeline was closed, it hurt China. And very soon Trump will meet with Xi Jinping. And Trump's leverage is that he holds The crisis, in fact, pushes countries closer to the US. Qatar, for example, which was the world's largest gas exporter before this war, just lost two of its production trains and is now in talks to buy gas from a terminal in Texas, 70% of which is owned by Qatar. There is also Venezuela, which just signed an agreement with the US to develop their oil. There is also Japan, Korea and Europe. They are all being pushed to the Western Hemisphere. And then there is Saudi Arabia. The US says: " Sign these Abraham Accords and you

will get protection, weapons and a nuclear program." And Saudi Arabia says: "Not without a path to creating a Palestinian state first." So the pressure we see on Saudi Arabia is actually indirect pressure that the US is putting on them as a negotiating tactic. And they use intermediaries for this. Meanwhile, American bases are being pushed out, but look where they are headed. They are heading to places like Poland, Greenland, which Trump has been seeking since his first term, Venezuela, which has just become an energy partner, the Arctic. Right? So, the US is retreating to its half of the world. This is the same Monroe/ Donro doctrine they are talking about. By doing this, you block the energy carriers and your shipping lanes closest to home, and then place

your own military bases to protect them. The US says, "If we are pushed out, we will take whatever we can on the way out." Here's another reason why this theory is very plausible. In 2022, 3 weeks before Russia invaded Ukraine, Joe Biden was asked about the Nord Stream 2 pipeline, which previously transported Russian gas to Germany. Biden said: "I quote, if Russia invades, there will be no more Nord Stream 2. We will put an end to this." Let me answer the first question first. If Germany, if Russia invades, that would mean tanks or troops crossing the Ukrainian border again, then there would be no more Nord Stream 2. We will put an end to it.

The reporter asked: "How?" "This is a German pipeline." Biden says, "I promise you, we can do this. But how exactly will you do this, since the project and its control are controlled by Germany? We, uh, I promise you, we can do this And then, 7 months later, this pipeline was destroyed. The following year, a State Department official told the Senate that the administration was \{quote\} satisfied that Nord Stream 2 was \{quote\} a piece of metal on the seabed. And do you know who replaced Russia as the largest supplier of gas to Europe the following year? It was the United States. Under long-term contracts and in dollars. To be fair, this is all supposed to be true

right? Because the only people who have been charged so far are the Ukrainian military team, and their trial will begin in Germany next month. No one has officially proven that the US blew up this pipeline, but the motive strongly suggests it, at least in terms of financial incentive. So put it all together. Burn down a competitor's pipeline, become a supplier to Europe, close the Gulf, become a supplier to Asia, starve Chinese factories, meet with Xi Jinping, and gain the leverage you need to ask for what you really want. I think it will be access to those critical minerals that the American military desperately needs. Surrender Saudi Arabia and reach a normalization agreement to help Israel. So, that's theory number three. Okay, so

theory number four. This is the darkest theory of all, the hardest to prove, and the easiest to dismiss as crazy, but I'll share it anyway because so many people believe it. So before I start, I also want to say that I am not talking about a specific religion or people. I'm only talking about people in positions of power in three different governments, and only what they said officially. Now you can do the rest. So, this theory states that people who are making these decisions now are not making them based on reality or strategy. They accept them based on prophecies. And in their prophecy, the goal is to bring about the end of the world. So,

let's start with the USA. Within American Christianity, there is a movement called Christian Zionism. About a quarter of Americans are evangelicals, and a significant portion of them hold to a particular interpretation of the Bible where the modern state of Israel must exist, it must expand, and it must be attacked by its enemies because these are the events that will ultimately lead to the return of Christ. This movement has millions of members. They organized themselves. They vote, right? They are calling their congressmen. And if a politician ever crosses the interests of Israel, he makes their lives miserable. If you combine that level of fanaticism with

funding, you get what happened to someone like Thomas Massie, a Republican who was in Congress for over a decade and won the primary this year after three billionaires who don't even live in Kentucky allegedly spent $30 million influencing the election. This prophecy also potentially reaches all the way to the top. Here is the Vice President of the United States. He was recently asked about the end of the world, and this is what he said. I want to know what you think about the end of the world. We don't know when God will come. But we are commanded to try as much as possible to make the world the way God wants it to be. While I wouldn't be surprised if we were living in the end times, I try to

focus on doing as much of God's work as possible right now, and if that leads to the end times, okay. He's the second most powerful person in the country, and he says it so jokingly, as if it's not even a big deal. This is the USA. But now there is Israel. Last year, Benjamin Netanyahu was asked about what he was reading, and here's what he said. What prompted you to take this into consideration? Well, we lost this one. We have to win the next one. He says, "Yeah, we lost this one. We can't lose this one." These are biblical things. So, when the war in Gaza began, he told the country, and I quote: " Remember what Amalek did to you

." This is a Bible verse. Amalek is the enemy that God commands Israel to destroy. His office later stated: "He was referring to Hamas." Okay, fine. But, in his own words: "This is not a war with Iran. "This is a 2,000-year- old war." And notice how he describes the United States. This is a different time. Rome and Jerusalem clashed over values. This was a great tragedy for the Jewish people. But the new Rome, the United States, sees itself as the new Jerusalem. , he sees the United States as a modern-day Rome, which is also the new Jerusalem. Right? This is, in essence, his way of combining or linking Christian Zionism with Israeli politics. These are his own words. Good.

Now about Iran. The Iranian regime also looks at this from a prophetic perspective. They are preparing for the return of the Mahdi, a figure in Islamic tradition who appears before the end of time to cleanse the world of evil. You can imagine how much more confident these people are now that the US has gotten rid of the Ayatollah, who was a sacred figure to them. So, inside this war, there are three governments, and inside each of them is a small group of people. In some cases, these people are at the very top. They are very influential people. And they see all of this as a fulfillment of Scripture. Maybe they get all this information from different religions and different books, right? But they all have the same story, which is the end of time

. Even if you don't believe a word of this prophecy and think it's crazy, that's fine, but this theory is a useful framework for explaining how long and how bad So, that's theory number four. I don't particularly like this theory, but I think it's very useful for understanding some parts of this story. So, putting it all together, there is some truth to all of these theories, right? Because each of them is actually the same story told from a different point of view. For example, Iran acts in its own interests. Banks act in their own interests. Defense contractors, artificial intelligence companies, believers - they all follow their own incentives. Some of them want power, some want control over the flow of capital, some want their prophecy to come true.

The question that ultimately keeps me up at night is how am I going to prepare for all of this? If theory number four works all the way, I don't think anyone can. Unless you have a bunker somewhere and you can grow your own food and you have your own water, in which case you're probably a billionaire who's already thought of all that. It may be a coincidence, but at the very least, watching billionaires prepare for this by building bunkers is useful evidence that they believe there is some chance that it will happen too. Now, assuming that theory number four doesn't completely work, and I hope not, then the way to prepare is to have assets in case of an

emergency, because there are only two ways things can go. Either up or down, obviously. But, specifically, it would either be an inflationary collapse where the government can't sell its debt, so the Fed prints more money to buy it, and the prices of everything would go up, right? Assets are growing the most. In a world like this, you want to own things that can't be printed. Stocks because companies raise prices, gold, bitcoin, collectibles, real assets. Now, the second result, of course, is a collapse. This is a deflationary collapse, where interest rates remain high, the economy collapses, people lose their jobs, and

prices fall because no one can afford to buy anything. And in this world, cash is king, and gold and silver hold their value better than financial assets and other stocks. Gold and silver can still fall, but historically they tend to fall less compared to them. The worst thing you can have in a downturn scenario is debt. That's right, because that's when people lose their income and their belongings. I have no idea what result we will get. Maybe it will be none of these options, and nothing happens in the world, everything continues to move as before, and I really hope so. But if I had to choose one outcome, I would be optimistic and say lean more towards an inflationary collapse, where prices rise. And the main reason I have a little more

faith in this path is that if there were to be a large-scale conflict, like World War III or something like that, I think the market would have already factored it in. Insiders would already know. They would distribute their money accordingly. And that means we will see insanely high gold prices, the likes of which we have never seen, and a collapse of confidence in the entire system. All of this will be reflected in the price of some asset in some market somewhere. And I don't think that's happened yet. But it seems like we are moving in that direction. And that's why I want to own assets that will help me in both of these scenarios. And I keep a few months' worth of

food and essentials at home just in case, because if the diesel shortage gets worse, I think the situation could be much worse than just higher gasoline prices. So I did everything I could.
