yeah so right here we have this guy Sharma Hi boss so this guy is making Sharma oh chicken yeah this is Sharma mainly is made from chicken sha yeah chicken Sharma we just walked into the most insane schwarma hot spot oh it's juicy so it's got some salad it's got some chicken that chicken is Juicy look how juicy that is pure juicy you can just see and he's going to load it with sauce as well so the Arabic influence is strong in Mombasa yeah because they're the ones who dwelt along this side and stayed here for long and also they intermarried with the loc oh they intermarried God for you're amazing you don't eat meat but you're showing us all this local food you're so amazing I know how they're prepared but I don't
eat meat so I can't take them here we go making five so he just adding on the Cabbage yeah he's adding on the Lees and the cabbage and then here comes the slicing after that he slices up so all of this meat by the end of the day and at 9 should be done will be sold out cuz people enjoy local Sharma I feel so welcomed as soon as we come here it's just like everybody is so friendly here in Kenya that's true it's such a nice country Mombasa people are even extra friendly more than nirobi Nairobi they will coming in hospitable so do you guys have competition who's better yeah we have competition even you can ask her who is better between Mombasa people and Nairobi mbasa people CH okay
Chile so Mombasa Nairobi have a rivalry yeah in terms of hospitability and in terms of food too or no they know Mombasa everybody knows Mombasa everyone knows Mombasa knows people know how to number one here food in Mombasa is a choc oh my God and look at all the sauce yeah this looks good sloppy and satisfying look at that look at all the sauce the chili sweet chili the Mayo the chicken it's a different type of than we see in Dubai it's like a wrap like a roll but this is more like a pocket thank you amazing yeah okay now taste and me know how it looks even with you pescatarian it's okay if I take a bite right now yeah it's okay are you sure I feel guilty no problem it's it's okay yeah look at that
fullon Saucy goodness full Mayo full that's a sweet chili right yeah it's a sweet chili okay let's try M tast nice wow W no more Dubai Sharma this is amazing that's amazing than that's Sharma is full I think the Mayo and the sweet chili and the juicy chicken just that's mishkaki now they also make this chips with schwarma look at that mayonnaise sweet chili french fries and schwarma I'm loving this schwarma yeah thank you these are Pizza there's more over here yeah so right now Pizza yeah this is the local Swahili Pizza whereby it's a mixture of minc meat and beef meat and we have some onions some coriander some paper oh here's an egg okay the eggs now is put up here oh look at that egg going right

this food you have to hold it when it's that hot you have to hold it in any way oh Tamarind sauce yeah that one is good wow tastes nice it's nice better than Sharma both good that's W hel Pizza I got to say it's very satisfying a little peppery little bit sweet if you dip it in the sauce it's not overpowering and I like that it's just soothing like a beefy wrap basically now we've added chili let's see how it taste oh wow good oh that's nice you know why they call it Swahili it's not so spicy why they call Swahili because it is a mixture of um three different Cuisine Arabic Indian and local loal oh is that what it is SW that mies it swah as a language the language itself is also a kind of a
nidation of the three things different language Arabic Indian and local is Swahili that's amazing I'm just loving the food here the Swahili Pizza it's very addictive and then we got what are these chicken uh chicken barbecue like a chicken Tika yeah like chicken tikka whereby they marinate them they put uh some sauce some ginger and also garc they put them yeah I just think it's so cool that Swahili is a mixture of Arabic Indian and local yeah different language is coming together that's makes a beautiful language and the food as well yeah because when the Indians came they came with their own culture and their own food sa the Arabs they came the same thing and also the locals we had our own local so it's all mixed together wow and
look at that fish what's he adding on there and this is fish this is uh water which is uh including with salt oh a little salt water so what's inside this marination onion garlic chili the sauce tomato you onion garlic chili Tom tomato blend it all together turmeric ginger oh looks good look at the sauce on top of that chicken the marinade beautiful tomato marination that's why you are comparing it with chicken Tika which is the same it's the same chicken Tika original chicken Tika amazing oh look at the marination oh marinating the fish yeah that looks incredible so we got the chicken Tika sauce going on top of this fish what type of fish is this sniper oh sniper yeah snapper fish so the marination makes it extra crispy and
extra yummy oh and he's doing it on both sides yeah can't wait to enjoy that one yeah same that's mine that's yours finally yeah finally I tasted all these foods and you were just watching suffering yeah so for me now it's my time to shine yeah and here it is yeah chicken Swahili chicken and Swahili fish wow look at that so here we are we got all the food what's this here uh this is a chili sauce chili sauce oh does it go well with the chicken yes is it spicy it does it's spicy that's why we have it here oh okay let's try something with the chicken oh our fish yeah my fish on this side God for trying the fish we're trying the Chicken Little chili on there oh look at that is that spicy yay try this good M oh my
goodness wow that soili Pika sauce yeah it's amazing this is really nice oh with this spicy chili it's not too spicy it's almost like a little citrusy spicy and citrusy M this is found all over Kenya right Kenya yeah all over Kenya all over East Africa but specifically in Kenya specifically Kenya every single dish at breakfast the lunch at dinner this is the main I mean thing that I love that like a fresh tomato coriander salad yeah plus lemon oh lemon M try some fish here oh and take some lemon on the fish yeah oh look at that there it is okay here we go this SW fish the oh wow the tika sauce is incredible very nice that's why I'm telling you I'm loving it look at the teeth right there yeah it's delicious soft fish with a nice Tia sauce
