It seems like everyone I talk to is worried about one thing or another, right? War, AI spending, debt markets, the Fed, inflation, midterm elections. I still think that the markets will end the year on an upswing. Attention, cryptocurrency owners, don't let yourself be fooled. A trap is being prepared now. A serious trap, a bear trap. " Smart money" buys on your fear. A story as old as the world, unfortunately.
Give me just 5 minutes and I will explain and show you why the "smart money" is buying this downturn, why Bitcoin will end 2026 significantly higher, and why you should remain bullish on crypto in 2027. Do me a favor, take 2 seconds, click the "like" button, support the content. And again, in this video we're not talking about short-term movements. I don't know how Bitcoin will end the day today. I don't know where Bitcoin will be tomorrow. I want to talk about how Bitcoin will end this year and what it will be like in 2027. You can see here on the weekly chart that Bitcoin is about to bounce off the 50-week moving average, and historically in bull markets, Bitcoin bounces off the 50- week average.
Sometimes we may fall lower, but overall we stay higher. Looking at Bitcoin's weekly RSI, it has broken through its two-year downtrend and is now retesting it We are still in the early stages of this bullish rally, and the main move is yet to come. Zooming out even further, analyzing Bitcoin on a monthly timeframe, what's next for Bitcoin on a monthly basis-you'll be pleased to learn that all signs point to growth. We have seen this situation before, so now we are looking for a retest, a higher low, and the continuation of the bull market.
This means that Bitcoin could end 2026 at higher levels than it is today. Ethereum could end 2026 and enter 2027 at a significantly higher level than it is now. If the crypto market finds a narrative in the fourth quarter, it will play well in Ethereum's favor. It doesn't have to be memes or scams, it has to be something meaningful. It has to be supported by technology, but if the crypto world finds a narrative-and I believe it will-especially if it brings back the spirit of what this space was created for. In my opinion, Ethereum will really go up along with quality altcoins. Be sure to subscribe to Altcoin Daily. We're interviewing the great Tom Lee soon, so you should follow us so you don't miss out.
And that's something I really want to ask Tom Lee about, because he says, " Whether you're holding Ethereum, Bitcoin, tech stocks, AI stocks, or the stock market, I really think the markets are going to end the year on a high." So, he lists all the reasons why the " smart money" is buying on this downturn. I truly believe that the markets will end the year on a high. But they were having difficulties, you know? It's like there was a real struggle going on beneath the surface, and I think everyone I talk to is nervous about one of many things, right? War, AI spending, debt markets, the Fed, inflation, midterm elections. And I think the markets have weathered all of this
very well. And as you know, markets are overcoming a wall of anxiety. So I think if we get some clarity on any of this, then we'll really see capital start to come into the market. So he says the midterm elections will be a great cleansing moment for cryptocurrencies. So, once the midterm elections are behind us, that's when things will start to turn bullish. And he is especially optimistic if regulators enter a period of political deadlock. If Congress goes "blue" but Trump remains "red," and nothing gets passed in Washington, Tom Lee says that's the most optimistic scenario. Donald Trump is not.He says he's on the ballot. Maybe it is, to some extent, but no, and the veto power will remain in effect even if both
houses of Congress go to the Democrats So you still see this as a stalemate, which won't be a big surprise to the markets. Right. I think markets to some extent prefer a dead end because then there is no excessive interference in politics. Um, so the presidential veto remains very important. I think investors are worried about things like data centers if Democrats gain control of the Senate and House. But I would take the opposite view that House Democrats will support AI after the midterms because it brings money to their communities. So I think it's an important issue to vote on today, but ultimately it's good for
jobs and good for the economy. That's right. If you are voting in the US midterm elections, make sure you vote for pro-cryptocurrency candidates. You can always check Coinbase's standwithcrypto.org site to find candidates running and see if they support crypto or what position they take. So, let me show you what the smart money is buying on this dip. Let me prove to you that the smart money is buying during this drawdown. You might think that the smart money is staying away from cryptocurrencies because of the quantum threat. We remember how a few months ago, in March, Google warned investors that quantum computing could break cryptography and harm Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Well, today Google introduced a new security service to help banks protect their crypto assets. First they warned everyone about the threat, and
then they started selling them protection. This is the business model. Well, what about all the hardware wallet hacks and exploits? Don't things like this scare smart money away from cryptocurrencies? Absolutely not. The world's largest financial players are stepping up. For example, Fidelity is trying to attract customers to invest in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and quality crypto assets through them. When institutions choose storage providers, the question is not just where assets are stored, but also how they are protected. Fidelity assures its wealthy clients that they can safely invest in cryptocurrency through them.
Citi Wealth does very similar things. In fact, many big players do this. Citi Wealth just published a report, "Expanding the Investment Universe, " promoting Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs as a regulated brokerage avenue for eligible clients to add digital assets to their portfolio alongside stocks and bonds. Additionally, on August 18, Citi announced that its new asset custody platform will begin holding bitcoin for institutional clients this year. So, they have billions and trillions of dollars of client capital and they tell them: buy Bitcoin and Ethereum through us. So with this institutional development that we are seeing in the cryptosphere, which many investors consider old news, Bitcoin,
Ethereum, and the leading crypto assets will reach a new level as institutions and wealth management services continue to advertise to their clients, "Hey, buy crypto through us." And no one explains it better than John D'Agostino, Head of Institutional Strategy at Coinbase, on Luke Martin's podcast. This is a bullish forecast for cryptocurrencies for the coming year, explained by the insider himself. Clarity would be great. Undoubtedly. Uh, let's not pretend it would be any different. But in the absence of clarity, we will gain popularity.
What do you think about developing this infrastructure? That was, I would say, now cryptocurrency has become more interesting. We're starting to see Bitcoin performing well, Ethereum performing well, and it's not just about institutions coming in and our coins not growing. Now it seems that the coins are actually responding well, and some demand has re-emerged. How do you at Coinbase view this? Look, I think it takes about 13-15 seconds to launch a token, right? So by definition, they won't all be successful. Just as not all promotions will be successful. Not all credit instruments will be successful. There is a direct correlation: the less effort
it takes to create a tool, the higher the likelihood that most such tools will fail. Certainly. Is n't that right? Just statistically. So, you know, this idea that a crypto complex is every token is problematic. But if we're talking about, say, the top 20, 30, 40, 50 tokens, I'm generally positive about this asset class because I think we're going to have more ways to package them and sell them through ETFs, structured notes, and so on. And as more people join in, this tide lifts all boats. I believe that infrastructure, marketing, and distribution are the keys to increasing prices over time. I am very optimistic about Ethereum, friends.
Ethereum to Bitcoin bullish divergence confirmed. This looks great. And even if you look inside the entire cryptosphere, this is one of the most interesting charts right now. Ethereum app revenue continues its long-term upward trend. This is what I would like to see if I believed that these assets have a future and will increase in value. Prices have fallen, but fundamentals like this and institutional adoption of the technical base and infrastructure have never been higher and continue to rise. The largest financial institutions continue to sell Ethereum and Bitcoin to their wealthy
clients, and this is happening more and more frequently. So how can you not be optimistic? Hello everyone, send today's video to a friend. I wish more people knew about the opportunities in crypto right now. My name is Aaron. This is Altcoin Daily. We have some important interviews coming up, so subscribe, and see you tomorrow, friends.
