Drill Sergeant Features and What to Know

Drill Sergeant Creed. I am a drill sergeant. I will assist each individual in their efforts to become a highly motivated, self-disciplined, physically and mentally fit soldier. To me, being a drill sergeant means setting the standard and setting the tone and the expectations of what the army is. any enemy on today's modern battlefield. build up on that mental resiliency and not giving up. Being challenged. It is the hardest job the army has to offer, but it is also the most fulfilling job I have ever had in my entire career. I will assist with the highest tradition of the US Army. I will lead by example, never requiring a soldier to attempt any task I would not do myself.
