Every Overtime Goal in the Stanley Cup Final Since 2016. | Transcript:

One to the back, Letang has it. Waits and gave it over to Sheary. It's out, HE SCORES! [screaming] HE WINS THE FACE-OFF. LETANG to Sheary. Look at the SCREEN IN FRONT OF THE NET BY PATRIC HORNQVIST. The clean win. There's Letang. SHEARY FINDS A SOFT LITTLE SPOT IN COVERAGE. TAKE THE TURNS. HEADS-UP PLAY BY LETANG. A set face-off PLAY BY THE PENGUINS. And Conor Sheary in goals pumped around and stepping through it is Donskoi. Got it on around further for Tierney. Turn around but Donskoi goes around behind and a shot! HE SCORES!

THE PLAY BELOW THE GOAL LINE. WE TALKED ABOUT IN THE OPEN what the Sharks would like to do. And where they've HAD SUCCESS. HOW ABOUT THE EFFORT from Melker Karlsson? He loses his stick, HE LOSES HIS GLOVE. THAT'S THE FORECHECK. HE GOT FRESH BODIES ON THE ICE. TIERNEY TO DONSKOI. AND WITH MURRAY DOWN, he goes top shelf. And the San Jose Sharks are back in the Stanley Cup Final. Let it on back. Barberio across. Drive and that one whistled wide. Came back along to Gunnarsson once more. They've got Sunqvist out at the opposite circle. Across to Gunnarsson and a shot! HE SCORES! THE BLUES WIN IT IN OVERTIME AND HAVE EVENED THE SERIES.

IT'S THE BRUINS. SO, they had the extra attacker. The screen by Alex Pietrangelo. Right in the wheelhouse of Carl Gunnarsson. No chance for Rask to see that shot. Beautiful pass from Ryan O'Reilly. He goes top shelf. Look at the screen by Pietrangelo. No chance for Rask. Heavy shot and the reaction from the Blues. He made the call, but obviously the evidence showed different. Here's Hedman, then across now for Shattenkirk. He scores! The Lightning win it in overtime on a power play goal! Ends up being the hero. A faceoff win.

Hedman walks, finds Shattenkirk from the sharp angle. The screen by Maroon. And Shattenkirk the hero. Great execution there by the Tampa Bay Lightning. And the one thing that I love is about Shattenkirk not only shooting it between the legs of Alexeyev, but Shattenkirk took the ice that was there. This chopped along and lifted back in can be brought back on by Perry. HE'S GOT CIRELLI AROUND IN FRONT, BUT THAT ONE is blocked aside by the goalstick of Andrei Vasilevskiy. It's Perry handing it on. Now Klingberg at the BACK HOLDS AND DRIVES ONE AND THEY REBOUND RIGHT OUT IN FRONT. PERRY THEY SHOOT THEY SCORE!

THE STARS WIN IN DOUBLE OVERTIME! SEE, BUT JOHN KLINGBERG MADE THE PLAY. HE WALKED THE LINE, SHOT THE PUCK. LOOK AT COREY PERRY. PATIENCE, WAITING, WAITING, and Corey Perry with his second in this game, third in two games, BUT KLINGBERG HELD ONTO THAT PUCK, MOVED IT LATERALLY TO THE MIDDLE of the ice, and the Dallas Stars a gutsy performance here in game five. And now Anderson from up the wall. Goes the puck again. Has Caufield cutting to the net. CAUFIELD OFF HIS STICK, AND THEN ANDERSON SCORES!

BYEV, IF HE SKATES AWAY from the net, this play never happens. THERE GOES ANDERSON. He's going TO GET IT TO THE FRONT OF THE NET. WATCH 22 IN RED. HE STOPS IN FRONT OF THE NET. HE CREATES THE CHANCE, AND THEN ANDERSON WINS THE FOOT RACE WITH RUTTA, BACK TO THE FRONT OF THE NET, AND HE FINDS IT, AND he gets his second of the game. Heiskanen with the blocked shots, the dedication to do it for Tampa Bay, given they've already won two Stanley Cups. They continue to do it. Compher had his shot blocked BY HEDMAN. SCORES! [screaming] BURAKOVSKY ON THE FOLLOW-UP, AND GAME ONE GOES TO THE AVS in overtime.

The puck stolen on the turnover. Nichushkin forces the turnover. Compher's shot is blocked, AND THEN NICHUSHKIN ONE-TOUCHES THAT PASS, AND after Hedman had blocked the initial shot, he's now deep, and he doesn't have his STICK IN THE PASS LANE, so Nichushkin's ABLE TO GATHER IT, PASS IT, and Burakovsky makes NO MISTAKE AS VASILEVSKIY can't track it quick enough. ALL ON THE NICHUSHKIN FORECHECK. Turnover in the neutral zone. THE PASS IS PERFECT. BURAKOVSKY'S SHOT. All of those Lightning players on for a minute and a half. Here's the quick counter attack. It's Kadri back in action, denied by Vasilevskiy. OH, WHAT A PLAY!

COLORADO OR COLORADO THINKS THIS IS IN. I THINK IT IS IN. YEAH, looking for the signal from the officials. They're going to take a look at the replay for sure. They think they have won the game. And Vasilevskiy is not arguing. Here's Kadri MAKES A GREAT MOVE ON SERGACHEV. IT'S GOING TO HIT VASILEVSKIY in the BACK OF THE NET. YEAH, IT'S UP THERE IN THE NET. I DON'T KNOW WHY THERE WAS any question unless they thought it was sitting on the top of the netting. NAZEM KADRI BACK IN THE LINEUP AFTER surgery on his thumb. A BRILLIANT INDIVIDUAL EFFORT. WE HAVE A GOAL. It's a goal. And a heroic return to action for Nazem Kadri.

Verhaeghe racing in to keep the puck alive. Picked off by Houde. The puck back on the ice for Florida. Forsling finds Bennett. Bennett, cross ice, SHOT, SCORE! VERHAEGHE! AND THE FIRST shot of overtime ends up in the back of the net. Through the middle of the ice, BENNETT WITH A BEAUTIFUL PASS. AND Verhaeghe just lets a nasty wrister go right over the glove of Aiden Hill. I don't know if that changed direction at all, Jonesy, but you fire the puck at the net, and the reaction from the Panthers bench.

Out for Nugent-Hopkins. Now to the point, Bouchard. Nugent-Hopkins with it. Here's McDavid. OH, AND IT'S SCORE! LEON DRAISAITL! THE OILERS WIN GAME ONE! HERE THEY GET REALLY AGGRESSIVE. And all OF A SUDDEN, PERRY makes a great pass to McDavid, and then McDavid returns the favor over to Draisaitl. NOBODY IN FRONT OF THE NET WITH DRAISAITL, but I think we're seeing that has to do with the aggressiveness of that penalty kill on that particular power play and penalty kill for the Florida Panthers. agree, Edzo. In the first part of this

power play, the kill the killers that were out there for Florida were very passive. Draisaitl knocked out Bouchard by Ekholm, missed the net. A head for Marchand, MOVING IN ON SKINNER. MARCHAND IS THE CHANCE, HE SCORES! MARCHAND WINS GAME TWO FOR THE PANTHERS IN OVERTIME! BRAD MARCHAND anticipates this puck, and takes a fortunate bounce. THIS IS EXACTLY THE SAME as his shorthanded goal. He gets open, Lundell's the guy that gets the puck, and he goes forehand, backhand, and just SOMEHOW SLIDES THIS PUCK under Stuart Skinner.

I'm not so sure he even got it with the backhand, Hedo. I wonder if it fooled Skinner. Draisaitl with it for the Oilers. Now, Ekholm. Puck pulled in. Cross-ice pass. DRAISAITL SHOOTS AND SCORES! LEON DRAISAITL IN OVERTIME! THE EDMONTON OILERS TIE THE SERIES TWO GAMES APIECE! THE LEAFS three goals after the first period loses the game. Our real difference-maker delivered by Chipotle. Corey Perry retrieves the historic puck for Leon Draisaitl, who joins Don Bones Raleigh 1950 and John Leclair 1993.

Third player Here's Svechnikov and Aho. These gentlemen would quiet all the critics wondering where they've been. If they score the game-winner in overtime. GHOST THEY SCORE! SETH JARVIS QUIETS THE critics and ignites the crowd! They have possession. Now, they've got some options. The Jarvis one-timer from Ghost dis bear eludes Carter Hart. John, you had just said these gentlemen would really answer a question if they could come through here. Jarvis, the one-timer. It beats Carter Hart. AHO ON THE ASSIST and Hart just can't get there. A remarkable third period and overtime.

Howden tried to walk out in front. That got stopped by Slavin. THEODORE DRIVE OFF THE BACK WALL, knocked in! Getting here with Theodore shot off the board and Martin has it deflect off his stick, off of Bussi. And in the net it hits the end boards. Martin can't get a handle on this and watch how it just springs out. It hits the bottom of Brandon Bussi's foot. Their second own goal of the night. Earlier in the game Shawn Walker inadvertently tipped one into his own net.
