We are the Escobel family, and this is the kid cam. My favorite part about this trip was going to Universal. Same here. We did not know it was our moms' anniversary. Oh, that's your moms? We got two moms, sweet, man. I LOVE YOU. [screaming] EVERYBODY DANCE IN ORLANDO. We are the Escobel family. I am Raphnie. I'm Mikaela. This is Lola, she's nine. This is Mateo, he's 10. And Luca, he's also nine. Between sports, theater, and other extracurriculars, as well as Mikaela's surgical schedule, planning can be a little bit difficult. But, we
gave the Visit Orlando vacation planners our wish list, and they came up with an amazing itinerary. And we're going to see how well they nailed our perfect vacation. Some of the things on our Visit Orlando wish list include things like really good food, getting a sense of the culture of Orlando and the community, ideally sporting events, that's always a bonus, and then of course, something fun for the kids. Yes. So, something that's also important to our family when we travel is that we go to a place where our family feels welcome. As a two-mom family, that's really, really important. Our kids are loved, we are loved, and we should always feel included.
Well, we're super excited. Are you GUYS EXCITED? YEAH! ALL RIGHT. WELL, THE FIRST THING WE HAVE TO GO DO is check into our resort. Let's go. While visiting Orlando, we're staying at the Universal Endless Summer Resort. We're excited to check it out. Another thing that's making this vacation so special for us is that we're also celebrating our 12-year wedding anniversary while here. So, we just got settled at the resort, and we're here in Orlando, and now it's time for our first stop. We're going to go to a very famous restaurant.
Let's go, guys. We are eating at one of Orlando's most famous restaurants called Seven Bites, which is also LGBTQ owned. My name is Trina Gregory. I am the chef owner of Seven Bites in Orlando, Florida. For me, being able to host families when they feel safe to travel to Orlando, Florida, is really everything and it's the foundation of what I've built Seven Bites to be as being part of every person's community here in Orlando. Everyone is welcome and everyone is safe. In the end, it's really about the people that you find here and Orlando has some of the best that I know of.
I heard we were celebrating an anniversary. Thank you so much. That is very really sweet of you. So, the anniversary surprise with that wedding cake topper of was a highlight. That is something that we tried to do and save the top of our wedding cake and we're now 12 years out. That cake is long gone, but that was really special for us. We did not know it was our moms' anniversary. Like, what? Nobody told you guys? Yeah, no one. We would like to surprise our moms with a gift. We're going to talk to the vacation planners to get something for their anniversary. So, let's think of something really cool.
Yeah. We all watch women's sports, so we're really excited to go watch an Orlando Pride soccer match. Michaela and I both played sports growing up and in college. Michaela um played D1 soccer, so sports are a really big part of our story and our history together. We're very, very excited. Let's go get need Hey, let's get some WE HAD A LITTLE RAIN DELAY, but things are looking up. The rain has cleared and I think we're about to watch this game. And I hope we win. Yeah. For Orlando Pride fans, yeah, let's go. So, we were really hoping we could do something for the 12th anniversary, so we were able to get their names ON THE JUMBOTRON.

So, when preparing for this trip, we told the Visit Orlando Vacation Planners that our kids were very Potter. We are super excited to let you guys
know that we are going to be going to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal. Welcome, welcome. I'm talking to Mrs. Shrek. Now, who are these people with you? Who are these two? Our moms. Oh, that's your moms? Oh, you got two. That's great, man. That's awesome. All right. When the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, I want the frozen butter beer. I want a chocolate frog. Yeah, chocolate frog and butter beer.
You know what? I got this. Let me take it away from here. Harry Potter has inspired our children to read really big and thick chapter books, but to experience it in person like this and how immersive it is. Being able to meet the characters, go on the rides, eat the food, have a full immersive experience, bringing the books and the movies to life for all of us. Yeah, that was really special. That was my favorite part.
Hello, come. Ollivander. am Mr. Ollivander. Now, no two Ollivander wands are the same. Agramante. Oh, dear. Ooh. Mhm. And with a dragon heartstring from the very same dragon, your loyalty to each other will be much admired among the ranks. Indeed. It was really magical. I mean, that was incredible. Um, to see them and see the wonder in their eyes. That was really emotional, actually. They just really, really enjoy Harry Potter and for them to like experience this in such a real way. Just It made me really emotional just seeing like the light in their eyes, like and the wonderment. It was just this incredible.
And the fact that yes, that you She's a true Gryffindor. She's very excited about that. I'm just really grateful for them to be able to have this experience in this immersive way and then just I'm so thankful that the Visit Orlando vacation planners were able to make this happen for us. This part of the vacation experience took it up to a hundred like this is so cool. I think it's extra special to be able to have this experience with our kids on our day anniversary because it's you know it's a celebration for all of us every single year that we have together between me and Ralph and now we can celebrate that with our entire family. I think it's it's really special. That was such an awesome way to celebrate our anniversary. We've
never celebrated our anniversary like this before. I don't want to go home. I'm not ready to go. I want to stay. There's still so much more I want to see and experience. We've had a blast. I think they should let us go back to Orlando because the restaurants and food and the theme parks are really fun. Thank you for bringing us on this Orlando vacation to Universal and fights.
