this time last year I was at the peak of my high school years I had friends I was Captain on my football team I had respect and my best friend at the time his name was Toby we were kind of like the cool popular kids you know everyone was just like come to my party you know like we're doing this we're doing that and we want you to come and at the time I was dating ebony were kind of like the couple you know like captain of the football team captain of the Ching team you know one day I scored the final and winning goal that won my school the cup the whole

team was celebrating everyone was celebrating and I look over to my mate Toby who used to be on the football team however he had to sit out this season because of an injury and he looks at me very weirdly he has a massive scowl on his face I'm like what's going on so I approached him after the game and I said hey I missed you like I can't wait for next season and he was like yeah yeah okay whatever and got his stuff and left that night I went to a party to celebrate the end of the finals and I noticed TOA was there and I went to him and I was like are you okay like did

I do something and he just ignored me and then I was kind of like did I like what did I do like why are you mad at me and he threw a drink at my face and at this point everyone's watching us so I don't want to escalate anything for my sake or for his sake so I just kind of you know laugh at us of the joke you know so I left with ebony to go back to my house just to watch some movies and something and I get a call from Toby and he's like why have you changed like what have I done and I'm like what do you mean what have you done you've done nothing like what have I

done and he's like well you've obviously moved on from me so I don't want to be your friend anymore and I was like you know we've been friends literally since Nursery like I don't want to lose as a friend or anything and he hangs up and blocks me the next week it was Monday morning and one of Toby's friends approaches me and he starts telling me all about you know how jealous he was why did I get you know all the popularity and stuff while I was only the second best looking back he was kind of second best he'd always be second choice and I understand his anger

and I went to find him at the cafeteria and I was like bro like I understand you're mad I'm sorry you feel like that and he gets up and he punches me so in natural self-defense I start punching him and there's a massive scrap and eventually I get dragged away and I'm suspended from school for 6 weeks and when I come back somehow in those six weeks Toby had turned everyone against me but I did have my immediate friend group which always stuck by me I just really miss him because we had such good times and moral of the story is that make

sure not to leave anyone behind because you know you might be hurting them or something
