All class it's diversity that's equity of the society. That's how China is like, right? Everybody's equal. That's really cool. In front of this nice dish. You want some lona peanut butter drink?
Sure. That's also chongqing. Yeah. So what do we got here? So this is bingfen. This is clear Chinese jelly. It's tasteless, but uh they're going to add a brown sugar after. Oh, jelly bean fen. Jelly bean pin. And this is the uh they call it co shrimp. And this is the brown sugar. Oh, that's Yeah, that's where the magic happens. Some preserved reason. Oh, and there it is. Look at that. That's the jelly noodles. When we were young, we eat them separately. We call it uh cold shrimp.
Cold shrimp. It made of a sticky rice. Oh, good. Yeah. Let's try it out. Oh. Oh, that is so refreshing and cooling after the spicy noodles. Wow, that is really nice. So, let's finish this. Go for more spicy food. Yeah. Okay, let's go. We got a big video, guys. Crazy scene coming up next. And now we're getting really spicy, guys. For the final scene with Trump, we're making our way through the cyberpunk city of Chongqing. And we're barely surviving this dish. It gets really crazy. Just watch. Here we are. So, here's the place. Oh, hot pot. Look at this hot pot. Big spicy pot. Yeah. Niha.
Niha. Oh. Oh man, it's all here. That's all Sichuan pepp. So, what do we got here? We got all the seasoning for making chongqing hot. Chongqing hot pot. Spiciest hot pot in the world. Okay, so what do we got? We got Sichuan pepperc corn, right? Sichuan pepperc corn. They're red. Yeah. And this is the green one. So these are this is super numbing. And this is also naming but also have a fragrance. More fragrant. More. And then look. Dried chili. Two types of them. One is for the fragrant, one is for the spicy. For the spice.
This is the fermented rice. It's a little bit alcoholic. These are the dolchure, right? Fermented beans. Fermented beans and dobbanjang. Dbanjang. Fermented black bean. Right. And then they've got ginger and that's all here. And that's big green onion. It's only for strong people. You want to make sure you're I think the strong ones. So I hope we can make it. It's only for winners. You're not a winner. I'm I'm already a winner. Okay. I win everything. Okay. Let's watch the process. We can watch giant pot here.
Let's see how it's done. There's a beef pad. Beef. Beef pad. Oh, the beef tallow. Looks so cute. is 20 kg per cube. 20 kg. Wow. Pretty. This is the soul of Chong. I would look good. I dropped like three of them. That's too much. I got two of them. That's a lot. He's been doing this for 10 years. So, he's pro. So, this is the soul of Chongqing here. I can do this all day. This is really fun. No one has ever eaten hot pot by me before.
Really? Yeah. So, you're lucky. It's your lucky day. Yeah, it's even better. Give it a try. Okay. It's very fun. Oh, it's soft. This is like upgraded butter. Oh, and he's going to put the ingredients in now. So, we got ginger and spring onions. Spring. Spring onions. Oh, and some onions. The ginger and everything. That's where the aroma comes from. Yeah. So, this is just the beginning. He's going to add in so many of these situ ingredients and it's going to become very aromatic. Yeah. So, the
finished product, you get a brick and you can just take it home. Yeah. And uh cook up your own home hot pot, right? Yeah. Just boil a big bowl of water and you drop it in and you put all kinds of ingredients you like. It's pretty healthy that actually. Yeah. You have to get them all out. Okay. Before they were very useful, but when they're done, they're out. Okay. So, oil is prepped and now all these ingredients are going to go in, right? Yes. Oh, so he's got the fermented rice, the broad bean paste, the daton. Oh, and the doer, the fermented beans, man. Look at that chili.
Yeah, it's all going in there. It's quite a show. I love it. Kind of like a chemistry class. How about that? It really is, isn't it? And then next up, look at all those chilies. That's crazy. That is insane. So, this is a tuba subba chili. Okay. They already boiled it. So there's miz. So they got to add it in slowly. Look at all those chili. Oh man, the smell coming off that is insane. How long is this going to boil for? More than half an hour. There it is. Look at that. More and more chili. Now the chili is absorbed with all the Chinese liquor. So we got Sichuan. Man, that's You can smell. It's like Yeah.
Your nose is numbing just from being here. Wow. Oh man, it's beautiful. You're doing a good job. So this is going to make super numbing. Yeah. After they're done, they're going to keep it to dry naturally. Oh. To thicken. So, that's the process. Should we go in and eat? Let's go eat. Let's go. Crazy. Wo. Oh, there we are. That's a duck blood. Really? It should be cooked while it's cold because it only need very mild heat.
Oh, it's like jelly. It looks like a jello. And we got to make our dip for the hot pot. The dip from Chonging Hot is that they cool you down. Really? Okay. Make it less spicy. Ground. I love that. You want some of that? Yeah. Oh, that's strong. Normally I take two MSG. You want to add MSG directly in? Yeah, exactly. Oh, that's a full load. That's a full Okay. Add some sesame oil. Just garlic MSG sesame oil. That's your combo. That's That's the most authentic way.
Oh, it's all here. Oh, we got a whole pork foot here. Wow. Kilaiura. Look at all this stuff. Oh, it's all here now. So, we got a bunch of different types of ingredients for this hot pot. Trump is coming right back in a sec. But just look at this. Trump ordered a lot of uh classic Sichuan ingredients like we've got goose tripe. We've got pork and beef and tofu. These are the how are you fish that he's saying. We got the pork foot. We got some pork and tofu. It's all here. And what do you recommend to start with? Of course, always has to be this beeps try on batcha.
What's that mean? Seven up, eight down. So this is one. Okay. Two. In total. 15. 15 seconds. 14. 15. Oh, now it's done. Now it's You just count to 15. Yeah. 15 times. And then you dip it into your garlic, MSG, sesame oil. Yes. Let's do it. Try it. M. Oh, it's really nice, actually. Mhm. M. It's got a texture. It's got a bounce to it. Yeah, it's a little springy. There's a springiness. And I got to say, uh, the spice level was not too bad.
It's never going to be bad. Beef stripes and goose intestines, they're only for the uh texture. I can already feel my mouth burning. That is going to be extremely spicy. Okay. M. Oh, the crispiness. Mhm. The mouth crunch. It's like crunchy intestine. Yeah, very crunchy. I think I need some beef, though. Give it a try then. That's for white people. That's the white beef. that for Chin people. We don't have this in my in our uh traditional dish, but u you guys like it.
I love this stuff. Yeah. So, is it the chili that removes the moisture or is it just the peppercorn? The chili and the pepperc corn. The combination. Yeah. So, let's try it out. This is going to be spicy. Should we dip everything in this oil or You can dip in the oil if you want, but um you want the most spicy hot pot. The oil is kind of like cheating. Oh, really? All if you want the most spicy hab kind of like cheating. It's wiping the flavor away. So best thing is just to taste. If you want the pure flavor, just taste it.
Eat it straight. Should we try? Yeah. I'm not [snorts] that hardcore. It's just uh M. Oh man. Very spicy. That is really spicy. That's very hardcore. You better drink some water. It's hardcore. So why do people eat it this spicy? And this numbing. Yeah, it's it's very healthy. It's also in the same time. We like to eat it all year round. Really? Even in summer times even when it's not hot. Choking is hot, right? Changing is very hot. People get shirtless while eating it.
You know why? Because in our Chinese philosophy, summertime, there's a lot of wetness, moisture in your body, which is harmful, which is bad. Has a hazard. This is a health hazard. Right. Yeah. So what we do is that we have a lot of numbing pepper, [__] pepper. It's going to squeeze out all the wetness out of your body. Oh, and you're healthier. So you feel healthier and you get the moisture removed. Wow. So the spicier and the numbinger, the better, the better.
The better. That's Chongqing. Seriously, guys, some of the spiciest hot pot you'll ever eat is in Chongqing. It's delicious. Very nice, but burning at the same time. Man, what an awesome day.
