Tony Spell he So pastor it says a man threatened this guy that's coming the kid in the shorts and the phone in his hand threatened to rape the pastor's wife, rape his grandchildren, and kill his family the next time he left town. And according to the pastor, the man then looked at him and said, "What are you going to do about it?" So Spell physically confronts him and he was arrested for second-degree battery charge. So this is the video. So the pastor's pulling up to him. Yep. Look talking I want to rape I want to do this. Talking all that and that's takes off his So he wants to back He swings first.

The guy there said, "I'm going to rape your wife and rape your grandkids." And what are you going to do about it? And then Pat, ready for this? The church says this wasn't random. They claim the pastor Spell and his congregation have been targeted for the past 6 years by the family across the street. This is This guy lives Pat, this guy lives across from the church. And after getting out of jail, you want to The best part Pat I don't know if they're going to have that video. He preached that he had fulfilled prophecy and he said that he laid his hands on the sick. That is insane. sick. So there's there's Is there the interview? Do we have the Is this him?
There's an actual interview. a dude in Louisiana pastor says he beat neighbor for threatening to rape his wife and his children grandchildren. And the Louisiana pastor only got 46 years old. The of the related video. He said, "Tony, I'm going to rape your wife. I'm going to rape all your grandchildren. Next time you see me out of town, I'm I'm going to kill them." Yes. Spell said he believed he had a responsibility act. I have a duty and obligation to do what I did. The pastor told reporters he could not allow someone to threaten his family and said he was acting as a husband and a father and a pastor. The neighboring family Sherwins disputed Spell's account and told they do not believe their son made the threats described by the pastor.
Video footage obtained show Spell crossing Hooper Road and confronting the young man before the fight broke out. There's a lady of the congregation, a black lady sitting in a car with her child saying that they've been hurling racial slurs
and anybody that goes to this church, Pat. And here's the thing. People think because this is a pastor, you're supposed to just, you know, stand there and take it. That's not Christianity, okay? You're you're still a husband, you're a father, you're a grandfather. Protecting your family isn't a sin. And the Bible, yes, cuz I know people are going to say something in the chat about forgiveness and turning the other cheek when you're personally wrong, but it does not teach you to stand by while someone threatens your family. Jesus said in Luke 22 36, "If you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one." Evil is real, Pat. Protecting the innocent people is part of your responsibility. And 1
Timothy 5:8 also makes it clear that a man has a duty to care for his household. Okay, you don't go looking for a fight, but when someone brings it and threatens your life and your grandchildren or rape you and murder your whole family, guess what? You don't roll over, you stand up, and you protect your family. And he's also after he got out of jail 2 hours later, he was standing in front of the thing and saying, "What am I supposed to do?" You're for 6 years, Adam. They're They're across the street. This is a neighbor from the congregation saying, "We're going to kill and rape." And what are you going to do? Sit there and like, "Okay, yeah, keep saying it." a case of FAFO than I've ever seen.
what happened. Tom, how do you process this? You're good with this? I'll tell you how I process this. In 1976, we celebrated the 200th anniversary of America. In 1976, what do you think that the neighbors and everyone would have said about this? What do you think the cop would have say if he called the police? The cop would have said, "You told them you were going to kill his family, you're going to rape him, and he walked across the street, and he whooped your ass?" Yeah. Son, why are you saying these things? The cop wouldn't be right. Now we go, "Oh, what happened to this poor boy? Oh, it's freedom of speech." That's not freedom of speech. That's That's horrifying. We have fallen far as a country, and the
real tragedy is that somebody that what that said to the police, "I don't think our boy said that." Wait a minute, who raised that boy? Exactly. get You don't get to say he doesn't do it. You'll have your day. You can say whatever you want, you can give him an alibi. You Because that's not an alibi. My boy wouldn't do that. Really? We got film that says he did. Mhm. Where were you? Every once in a while, I love to hear stories like this for the market to know just if you screw around with the wrong person, things like this could happen to

Uh any kid or a wife would love to have a father like you and a husband like you that protects its own. I respect the hell out of it. You didn't need cops to do it, you protected your own.
