What is happening y'all? Welcome on back. So, we're getting on track with the main quest. Uh, I did try and go mess with the legendary ship. Got absolutely pounded. I even dropped things down to normal difficulty to see if it would make a difference. Not really. Still got pounded. Uh, so pretty clear indicator that I'm going to need to just get max upgrades to even stand a chance against that. But yeah, they are uh they do not mess around. I'll I'll say that much. playing. What you playing? What is this game? This lived to originate in Madagascar. Notable for usual methods of capture by withdrawal or approach. First to capture all opponent's pieces.

I will save that for a different time. Sit here at this table. So this is the new Libertaria, eh? Stinks the same as every other squat I've robbed this past year. O, why a long face? You've fallen in love with your blows. You're welcome to Nassau, gents. Everyone is that does their fair share. Fair [__] What is this? A [__] monastery. We was uh led to believe that Nasau was a place where men did as they pleased.

Save keeping others from doing the same. Captain Thatch, as I live and breathe. What is this magnificent muzzle you cultivating? Eh, why fly a black flag when a black beard will do? What brings you two gents this far north? The word is Cuban governor himself is fixing to receive a mass of gold from a nearby fort. Until then, it's just sitting there hitching to be took. Governor Torres himself, eh? Sounds promising. Welcome to Nassau, Captain Vain.

Mr. Rock him. [clears throat] Uh, now where can a man find a bit of rough? Do you know what I mean? So, was the idea I'm going to go snatch the fort before these guys do? That's kind of the vibe I'm getting cuz Edward thinks they are [__] and he's like, I'll go take this gold for myself. That's that's the overall energy that I'm sensing right now. Sink two British ships using the mortar. Easy. Just like the English to act like they own the damn world. You want to pay me money to do it? I'll do it. Fill their souls with air. We've already won.

Four minutes to board. We fall. Come on. I might hit that real fast. Lead convoy ships are usually worth about 10,000. Not like the uh the main story quest is going to go anywhere. That's only 600 meters away. Is it you? You don't got any money on you, though. You're You're listed as the lead convoy, but you ain't got no money on you. Hell. She's right, sir. Should be bored and taken. Fire. You step on THEIR SHIP AND YOUR PART LIKE THE SEA. REEL THE LOVERS IN.

GRAB THEM. [screaming] Who are we? Let's get going. Swim as near the wind as you can. So, what will you do with your share of the gold we take from Governor Torres? Return to Africa, prince among men. I cannot return to a place I've never been. I was born in Trinidad, a slave from my first breath. Ah, but wouldn't you feel, I don't know, more welcome there? as you might feel more welcome in Par.

Fair point. With this skin and this voice, where can I go in the world and feel at ease? This country here is my best chance. This country called Jack Door, where I know the names of all citizens and they know mine, and we work together, not always out of love, but to keep our country afloat. I think I understand. Let's take her then. for the citizens of Jackor. I think we're clear, sir. No use swallowing about here.

Careful, Captain. These waters are closely watched by our enemies. Easer off. We can only instant son fire. Dude, what's funny is I'm getting my ass beat like fighting against uh you know, legendary ships and whatnot, but right now we're we're seeing the strength of like we're taking the where the story is at. The game's like, "This is the type of [__] you should be fighting." And I'm just, you know, I lost a pip and a half, destroyed the fort and all the dudes or some pirate hunter. I could kill that guy in like two volleys. And while I go to the legendary guys, I'm still getting my ass beat. So, it's hard, you know, cuz I'm like, "Well, how much are those final upgrades really going to help? Should I just go down to

the normal?" Honestly, this is one of the things I love about Souls games so much is there is no hard or normal. They're just it just is. There's one difficulty. Either you play it or you don't. But when games get difficulty added, you know, there's always that temptation of like, well, is this actually a good difficulty or is it just these enemies just have too much health? SILENCE THEIR LEADER AND THE SOLDIERS WILL YIELD. I'm definitely uh [__] reducing the morale of the fort. Y'all really got to stop standing next to gunpowder.

The fort is ours. Now to see an old friend. Well, hello, your excellency. I'd got word you might be here. I know your face, pirate, but your name was Borrowed the last time we spoke. Ah, yes, I recall. Mr. Duncan Walpole. I missed that one. So, what's a Templar Grandmaster doing so far from his Castillo? I'd rather not say. And I'd rather not cut your lips off and feed him to you. Two years ago, we offered a reward for the sage's recapture. Today, someone claims to have found him. This gold is his ransom. Who found him?

A slaver by the name of Lawrence Prince. He lives in Kingston. We like this story, Torres, and we want to help you finish it, but we're going to do it our way using you and your gold. something supposed to pop up after beating his ass? I don't see anything on the map. Nope. Ah, we're supposed to go to the rope. Fleet unlocked. Oh [__] I don't even know I could do this from my HMS Trinidad. Ah man. Honestly, I was looking at the math.

I'm almost like it might be easier to just straight like break certain ships as they get too low. when something gets too because I go to fleet. Air cost 300. Where's the one that's like really messed up? You know, 700. It's really not that much. Let's repair it, I guess. Like some of them like why is that one so cheap to repair? Is it cuz you're a three star? I want 1,500 to repair that bad boy.

Only repair them when they're like about to break. The big ship icons. These are the ones that reduce risk levels. I don't know what the hell the warehouse supply report does. I can customize the jack doll from here too. There's a nice little like you can do all your stuff in here. always blaming the English. You're speaking to a Welshman. It always is the English. Aoy, Captain. Nope. Oh, for a second. I thought he was jumping in the water. I was like, don't you [__] do it.

Catch me some wind. FULL SAIL. CROWDED DOOR. So when it says sink cuz mortar usually is putting them like into critical. It's usually not thinking them. back. But these are quite a few little ones, so it might be sufficient to just hit them when they sink. WE HAVE THE WIND AT OUR BACK. THEM BRITISH SHIPS AHEAD, CAPTAIN. Let's rob these thieves. Fire. If she tries to ram us, drop mine is a great counter measure. Weak is right there. Fire. Dash rammer ramming brick. [__] got him. Oh, cool. We got it. Fire. Who the [__] are you? Fire. should be pleased.

You like an anti- pirate or something? You're not part of the naval contract. Seriously, who the [__] is this dude? Bro thought he was part of the team. I'm joining in on the fight. No, you're [__] not. Who do you think you are, bro? Sit down. Quite a few things I haven't done over in Kingston. how it goes. Torres meets with Prince carrying a portion of the ransom, saying the rest is close behind. When we see the sage, you bring in the rest of the gold, make the swap, and get out. I'll be watching all from close by. No, Ken will you run this scheme alone at the risk of losing the fate of your crew. It makes me ill to think of you

battering with that wretched slaver. Come on, mate. Once we have the sage, we'll all be rich. Not if young master kid gets to him first. Kid. Jesus. That lad's here to kill him. Edward, what the hell are you doing here, kid? Hold off for God's sake. I'm here for the sage, and I need Prince alive. I'm headed for Prince Yard. He's holding an auction. The sage you care so much about might be there. Follow me. If this is one of your tricks, take care. I have some of my own.

No tricks, Edward. Just a simple, honest stab to Lauren Prince's heart. Tell me, why are your lot so desperate to kill that old man? He steals lives, then hawks them to the highest bidder. Your kind take lives as well. It's not the same. Removing him from this world grants freedom and justice to many. We're near in the yard. cuz we're near in the yard and now it wants me to go back this way. I found a letter to Prince that makes mention of Roberts. Not much to go on.

Prince and Torres might reveal more themselves. They're heading this way. Come now. Stay out of sight. How long has it been since our last meeting, Senor Prince? A year. Near 18 months. You first described this Robert's fellow to me in November of 1715. Ah, see much has changed in that short time. You know, none called me governor, for instance, for I quit that post last year. Ah, I was not aware. So many churches in Kingston. Have the English at last taken to converting their slaves to the Christian faith. But God knows, Taurus, there's none here so foolish as that.

Foolish? How do you mean? Is it not a sin to enslave a fellow Christian? Therefore, to transmute a slave soul from animal to man would be tatamount to inviting one's cattle to the dinner table. I find your bearing appalling, prince. I believe all thinking, feeling men deserve respect and opportunity. Opportunity is what my auction presented. 18 slaves sold and more to be shown tomorrow. The profits of slavery outweigh the petty arguments against it. In the short term, it makes us money. See, but in the long term, it will render us the victims of our own success. Ah, but you and I, sir, old as we are, will not live to see that unfortunate day. So, bye, bother.

Now's the time. No, not until we see the sage. Here's a quiet spot. I'll see the money. This is a portion of the ransom. The rest is close at hand. It pains me to traffic a man of my own race for profit. Mr. Torres, tell me again, what has this Robert's fellow done to upset you? Is this some form of Protestant piety I'm not familiar with? Perhaps another day. What? Next time, see to it that we are not followed.

Deal with this. Words like, "What's up, [__] Suppose you'd like to talk about this?" I thought not. You cocked up my kill, Kenway. For a better cause. You lost your chance, man. I'm going after Prince. Kid, no. Jim, stop. Not this time, Ken. We come on, man. We can work this together. You have your chance. Stay your blade, kid. Wait. Damn you, old scratch. KEEP YOUR NUTTY hands off me. I can't let you kill those men, kid. Not until I found the sage.

I've been stalking that pig for a week now, charting his moves. And here I find not one but two of my targets. And you rob me of both. Patience, man. You'll have your kills. When I locate the sage, you're helping me take Prince. Got that. That kid is pissed. Understandably so. Go ahead and pick up some of these quests. Anytime I'm in the vicinity of a contract, I'm just going to get it. And then um as we go around and do the story, if I happen to be in the vicinity where I can knock it out, I'll do it.

Just chill here for a second. I think I'll I'll lose yellow faster. Actually, I don't know why I'm still recording. Um, either way, we're done the mission. I'm going to go ahead pick all this stuff up and then we'll resume with more of the campaign.
