Right. So, this morning we're going to the dump. We're going to a recycling center. We've got a little fox cub that's fallen down into one of the uh the large skips containers they have there. Fortunately, it's it's mostly empty, but we do have to worry about what's inside. Injuries to the animal, injuries to us potentially. So, we're heading over there now to see how we can help. Right, let's have a little look. See you then. Is this unusual? Yeah. There we go. So, open up from that corner. This side. So, this side will be this side. All righty. Okay. Well, that's that's an advantage then. So, I won't need the ladder. Oh, these things are roasting, aren't they?
There's quite a lot of planning really. Just something that's on the surface seems quite simple. So, it's just getting everything having everything to hand so that you can be best prepared. Which best way around? All the way down or Hello, mate. Which is it? This one? Oh, here we are. So, that opens and it's this door. Is it? Oh yeah, I can see. Perfect. There he is. Quite heavy, isn't it? Hello, mate. Hello. Let's do this nice and gently. Nice and quietly in when I'm in. Yeah.
Close the door. That's what I didn't want. Okay. But it's lively anyways. We still see him. Eyes on him. Brilliant. Well, that's a good thing. He's not injured. So, it's a case be a rescue release. What can you have dropped down in a nice soft pillow recycling bin? Quite a sharp metal one. Put down anywhere else while I'm here. Abs. That took me ages to get over here.
There we are, little one. We got you. I know. There we go. He's tiny. As he's proven, he's really, really mobile. So, this will be uh a quick extraction and release, which will be nice. There we go. We're happy with that. So, did everything we wanted to do there. So, it was nice we could give him a quick assessment and a check all in the confines of that skip. He's happy and healthy. Just trapped us all. So, um, there's a nice field over here.
We're going to pop him back over and stick him back out in the wild. Well, if you need a hand, I'm old. Always got a where you can come because I' been afraid of the little weather.
