We're making feel like falling deeper. to get my hair done for the wedding. I've just been diligently growing it out. But now with the wedding out of the way and fall just around the corner, I am in the mood for a big transformation. I'm going to a hair salon called Nabian. It's like a Korean salon. They just opened a location in New York. So, I wanted to go check it out. just finished. It's so much like it. How do you like it? Wow. Pretty girl. You like it? Can you tell that it's short? It's so much short and layered. You like it?

I wish I could show you my makeup on, but I had to take everything off. Going to be doing a quick clean up of the kitchen and then get started with breakfast. Now we're not wasting oil. You just go like this. Okay, let's get started with breakfast. Do you guys see them? So, for breakfast today, I am making yub. I love it. Um, I can literally kill like a whole packet of this. It's so addicting and it's so good. And we're I need to zoom you out when I'm doing my matcha cuz I'm such a matcha noob and I don't know if I'm doing any of this

stuff right and I don't want to be judged. So, I'm not going to zoom you in on the part where I'm mixing everything together. Actually, maybe I'll have you guys take a look so you guys can see if there's any room for improvements. Oh, my wrist. Oh, no. Mhm. Might be my best matcha yet. Delicious. We're going to do yu cha. I'm also adding some kru cookie. The vinegar packet sauce flakes.

This is my yubuch chobat. Of course, I need to drizzle it with some Sriracha sauce. So, my favorite time to catch up on YouTube videos is when I'm multitasking. Whether I'm cooking, walking on the treadmill, getting ready, or commuting, I feel like I always have something playing in the background. I love using YouTube Premium because I can watch videos or listen to podcasts and playlists completely uninterrupted without any ads. I can also lock my phone or switch between apps, and whatever I'm watching will keep playing in the background. I use this all the time when I'm working out or running errands because I can just keep my screen locked or just put my phone away

and keep listening. And when I'm commuting, I'll download a few videos ahead of time so I can watch them offline. It's especially useful when I'm traveling or on a flight or just taking the New York subway. And if you know, you know. There's never any connection in the subways here. So, if you like YouTube, you'll love YouTube Premium. If you're interested, you can click the link in the description to sign up for YouTube Premium and get a 2-month free trial. One thing that I have been putting off is, you guys guess what this is? I got myself like a file organizer. And this one's nice cuz it's like portable. If there's ever an emergency, all I got to do is take this thing with me and we go.

But it has like this top compartment. You know, you can put things like your passport and other stuff that you can put in this pocket right here. And then in the bottom, this is just this one big space. I actually got these file organizers. Do you guys remember these? This is so like old school. have each color represent like a category. So like this one could be like all things related to my auto vehicle. So that could be like car insurance. I don't know if I need this many things for cars. One could be for like house like the mortgage, utilities, like any important documents related to the house and like credit card documents, health insurance. One could be related to like what else?

Uh What else is there? Yeah, we'll figure it out. Everything is nice and filed away. First one, we got property taxes. Here we go. Property taxes. Exciting. Now I got to do the car, but I am starving right now. So, let me eat something real quick. I'll be right back. It has been raining a lot, so it would be the perfect time to make some pam. Giant green onion. Get our pot. Going to use matsur one in here. Going to close it up. Let it cook for like an hour.

Now, let's prep our radish kimchi, which is my favorite. It's better if you let this sit as long as you can, but I don't got all day. I also wanted to make some like maku, which is kind of like pimon pin noodles. But not just that, my samj. Guys, I'm literally out of the most important sauces. I'm so sad. The show must go on. We're going to see how we can do this. Have I'm going to add my nappa cabbage, some sliced raw garlic, and some jalapeno. I usually like to use the Korean kinds, but I'm going to use what I'm growing in my backyard.

Kimchi. Me and Blurry Sauceman actually made these little bowls here. I'm going to attempt to literally scrape the bottom of my jung jar. This is what we got. We're making progress. Now, we're just going to top off our noodles with our sauce. And this is dinner for one. Today I'm going to be doing some honor just cuz it's been a long week and it's been a while since I did some honor. Um I'm drinking bakoli which is Korean rice wine.

This could be really bad. Cheers. Oh, that is so good. So refreshing. I don't even really like drinking anymore, but that is very good. Going to make a wrap for you guys. Take a little nappa cabbage. I like the baby ones. Pork on top. Guys, I'm salivating. We got to use this quang sparingly. Some radish. Raw garlic. Us Koreans love our garlic. And a little jalapeno. See that? This is for you. This makes me really miss Korea and I want to go back. The good thing about this noodle is that it's even better when you add it with the wrap pork, kimchi, jalapeno, garlic of this noodle.

I really don't drink that much, even casually. I usually just go for like mocktails. I'm not going to lie, this is going down very smooth. OG viewers know this, but I don't know if my newer viewers know this about me, but I did go to school in Korea for college. And what was really cool about going to school in Korea, although it was really hard for me, I really wanted to immerse myself in the Korean school life. So, I participated in a lot of different activities like um like different clubs and I did like all the MT. I don't know if you guys know that. you kind of go like to the outskirts of the city and you get like a big house with your club members or your classmates and you

pretty much just like drink all night and play games and you cook and eat together. So, I really wanted to experience all of that even though I didn't really have that many friends at school. I think it was really hard for me to make friends. one because of like the language barrier and not just that I'm like very introverted so it's hard for me to like be the first person to initiate like conversation and like hanging out. So I would be really grateful for the people who initiated conversation with me first and I would always take every opportunity to like hang out with them and most of the time it would be like at these pocha. So, my whole point of this was like this just

reminded me of those days where I would like hang out with my classmates and like kind of being like really shy and awkwardly sitting there, but I'm still like really grateful that they invited me. The bars near our school, we had really good pH that played like old school music and everyone would sing along. The one thing I do kind of regret is like just not having the confidence to like meet people. Like even at this age, it's really hard for me to do that. I feel like I would have had a even better college experience. I was too shy to go to like karaokeies cuz like that's another thing that a lot of college students like to do. The idea of someone forcing me to sing, that was like that

would forever haunt me. Whenever people would go to karaoke, that's my signal to leave. Why was I such a little baby? Look at me being all nostalgic while eating and drinking mac. I would say it's a little early to get into the festive season, but why not? We are technically in October now, so that's when all the holidays begin. I got this winter wooferland advent calendar for dogs. I don't know how people do advent calendars and open one gift per day. Like, that's just not going to happen with me. All right, it comes with eight dog toys, 16 dog treats. So, uhoh. Oh, it's a doctor.

Reindeer. What is it? Gosh, that's so cute. What is this? A light bulb? Guys, I have no idea what this is supposed to be. You want it, Dobby? Okay. Four looks like it'd be a treat. Five is a treat. Let's do six. squishy ball. Nice. Okay. No, you can't. I got to save these toys cuz you guys are going to rip through them. Ooh, that's cute. These ones are good for my dogs cuz they like rip through them. so fast. These ones are a bit durable.

Wait, hold on. Hold on, hold on, hold on. I like this Buzz hat.
