So, I have something for you that the whole family will enjoy, especially the kids. It sounds like it couldn't be useful, but trust me, it is. Super chocolate smoothie. So, can you turn a smoothie into a fully balanced, nutritious breakfast? The answer is yes, you can, in a superfood style. See, if you look at the smoothie, of course it has fruit in it. It's delicious, it's full of nutrients, it's not empty calories, it's beneficial, but it's still a lot of sugar. So we can work with it a little, balance it and make it nutritious. We can reduce

the amount of fruit by adding other ingredients that will make the dish, this drink, more complete and nutritious. So I'm going to show you a smoothie that's incredibly delicious. This superfood smoothie contains delicious avocado, oatmeal and dates, plus cocoa for a rich chocolatey taste, providing one of your five servings of fruits and vegetables a day. It has 325 calories per glass. So, first, where do we start? Chocolate is always associated with delicacies and pleasure. Well, actually, there is no sugar in cocoa, and in general, cocoa beans are very nutritious. Then we'll add avocados from South America.

You know what? Historically, avocados have also been associated with many sweet dishes, including amazing ice cream. And in a smoothie, it's delicious, silky, with a wonderful texture and, of course, very healthy fats. Now, the fruit I use to pair with chocolate is Medjool dates. Sure, there's still sugar in there, but it's wrapped in fiber and a bunch of other benefits. And this shade of toffee, which appears thanks to the dates, goes so wonderfully with chocolate. So let's start cooking it. First, put a handful of ice cubes and 100 ml of semi-skimmed milk in a blender. Add half a ripe avocado. Don't dismiss this idea until you try it. This is so, so delicious.

Add 30g of medjool dates along with 30g of your wonderful oatmeal. They are great because they release energy slowly. One full teaspoon of almonds and one full teaspoon of cocoa powder. Then, blend this in a blender until silky and smooth. And if you just leave it for a minute, air will get inside, which will add volume. It will fill you up and you will feel real pleasure when you drink it. It has a very, very silky texture. I mean, it's all thanks to avocados, guys. This makes the smoothie incredibly luxurious. The most delicious. Well, is n't that madness? We managed to create a chocolate smoothie that is a completely balanced and nutritious breakfast.

Only 325 calories per glass, you can't argue with that So, if you want something supposedly harmful, but tasty, refreshing, and quick to prepare-here's your option. You can do it superfood style.
