Join us as we spend the next 3 days aboard the most luxurious train in South America. This is already one of the coolest train rides we've ever taken. No other luxury train in the world climbs as high as this one. We'll be traveling above 14,000 ft through the stunning Andes Mountains. We are over 100 ft above the highest elevation of the tallest mountain in the continental US. Even just standing outside the train, I feel a little out of breath. The journey starts in Arakipa, heads west to Lake Tittikaka. then winds north to our final stop, Cusco. This beach is insane. I feel like I'm looking out over the ocean right now.
Along the way, we'll give you a full tour of the train, show you what it's like to stay in the best suite on board. I think this is my favorite train room that we've ever stayed, and of course, taste all the delicious food and drinks. Cara is not being dramatic about the views or this bread. Peru is already one of our favorite countries. Woo, that was sketchy. We've had countless unforgettable adventures here over the years. Going down via zipline. So, getting to see it from a luxury train is going to be really special. Today has gone by way too fast.
All right, we are off to Cusco. If you're new here, we're Karen and Nate. We started this channel as budget backpackers back in 2016, and we never imagined it would turn into our full-time job nearly a decade later. Since then, we've been lucky enough to ride some of the best trains on almost every continent. The Orient Express in Europe, Via Rail across North America, the Indian Pacific in Australia, the Maharajas Express in Asia, and most recently, Robos Rail in Africa. So, today we're extra excited to complete the list aboard the most luxurious train on our sixth and final continent, South America.
Here we go. So, there are two things that make this train trip extra special. First, we were here back in 2023 riding tiny motorbikes 1,000 miles across the country. So, after that adventure, we decided to treat ourselves to a bit of luxury and we boarded the first train that was open since co. It was the first journey that train had taken in three years. And that was the first time we laid eyes on the Andian Explorer.
We're also passing by the Andian Explorer, which is the nicest train in all of South America. Unfortunately, that one is still shut down, but we will have to come back and ride it one day. So, to actually be back here 2 years later riding that train just makes the start of this journey feel even more special. Really does. But that's not the most special part about today. We both woke up. I'm embarrassed to say this. We both woke up and realized that today is our 12th anniversary. 12 years of marriage. I guess that's when you start to forget. This is such a beautiful start to the journey. I love seeing the local life pulling out of the city. And this city has some of the most incredible mountains surrounding it. Happy anniversary.
This is already one of the coolest train rides we've ever taken. We just left the city and we are climbing a mountain on this train. We're already overlooking the city that we came from. Insane. We're the cocoa cabin. SC. Oh my gosh, I love it. Before I give you a tour around the room and the rest of the train, I wanted to share a little bit of history about these train cars with you because I found it absolutely fascinating and maybe it'll help you appreciate it more. These train cars actually came from Australia. There was a train there called the Great South Pacific Express that went out of business in 2003. And Belman bought these cars and then shipped them to Peru where they were
redone by local artisans. But what I find most interesting is these train cars were designed by the same team that designed the Singapore first class suites, which is without a doubt one of the best first class seats in the sky and definitely one of the most fun times I've ever had on an airplane. And it is without a doubt one of the brightest, most modern feeling trains we've ever ridden. So, now that you know that, let's uh give you a tour of the room. Welcome to our home for the next two nights. I wish it was longer. I'm going to give you a full tour of our suite. But first, bed test.
Oh, sounded soft. It's pretty good. You know, big fan. It's a little small. That's all I'll say. There's no reason to complain when I literally sleep like this on top of an eight. Wow. Look, this is insane. There are three different tiers of room on this train. There's the bunk rooms, the twin rooms, and the suites, which is what we have. And the suite just happens to be the only room where you can share a bed. And since it's apparently our anniversary trip, I would be so sad if we were in separate bunk beds. So, very happy to have a suite. We got some gifts on our bed. So, before I show you around the rest of the room, I'm going to try on my new slippers. They told us that it's going
to get pretty cold on this trip. We're getting to some very high elevations. I asked if I could wear these the whole time, like to the dining car and everything, and he said yes. Yes. Okay. How cute. Oh my gosh, it's like wearing a sweater on your foot. And this has to be an alpaca scarf. It is the softest thing I have ever felt. I'm going to be so warm. Looks like we both have access to these really satisfying light switches. This one does nothing, it seems. We both have outlets on both sides of the bed. Huge deal. Not always guaranteed. Makes a big difference in my life. We each have a little nightstand with some storage underneath and a thermos. Cute.
And I'm for sure taking it home. I don't know if I'm supposed to, but they can bail me. they can build me. Looks like we have this screen to pull down. That's the hallway and there's like another window on the other side so during the night the light won't bother us. Speaking of windows, as you can see, we have two massive ones that just keep getting better. Wow. I mean, it's like a painting. I will say so far my only complaint about this room because it is one of my favorite train rooms that we've ever stayed in, is that the windows don't open. I love being able to hang my head out the window and get some fresh air.
But the good news is, even though I can't open the windows in the room, there is an open air observation deck on the back, which is where we were hanging out earlier this morning. So, I think that's where I'll be spending most of my time on this trip. Even though this room is fantastic, it's so good. Like, I hope we can do the views justice. Because we're in the mountains and going around these huge boulders and things, the train is turning a lot, which doesn't sound like that big of a deal, but it means we can like see the train through the window. Usually, we're going kind of straightish and we know we're on a train and we can see out the window, but we can't really ever see it. As a person who holds the camera most of
the time, I wait for these moments sometimes for what feels like hours for the train to like turn a corner so you can see the whole thing. That's just been this entire trip. It's incredible. I almost knocked the whole thing over. I was so happy to see this drink station when we walked in. It was the first thing I saw and I was like, "Yes, we have this espresso maker right in our room." There's just something about being able to wake up and have a cup of coffee before I have to leave and like function, talk to people, you know, like before I brush my teeth. Like I don't want to have to go get a coffee. Like who does that? Clearly not me for 12 years. This guy.
Now let's talk about storage. There's lots of it. We haven't unpacked our stuff yet, but I think we'll take most of our stuff that we're going to need for this trip out and put it in this closet and in this closet. Good rose. After we've unpacked, there are some huge compartments underneath the bed where we'll just slide all of our bags and they'll be out of the way. And last but not least, behind door number three is the squeaky bathroom. I am very impressed with this bathroom. It's beautiful. And for being on a train, I would say it's very large. Plus, we have so many amenities. Big ones, too. Like big, nice, pretty looking ones. I've already used the moisturizing cream. What is this?
Sparkling bath foam with gin zing. I don't think we have a bath. Oh, yeah. We have a toilet. A shower. This sink is definitely the biggest sink we've ever had on a train. Like, it's almost the size of a bath. The mirror is massive, too. Ooh, real flowers. Love that. SPF 60 sunscreen. Don't tell me. Lip balm. Yes. I love me a good gifted lip balm. It's like cocoa butter. Two more outlets in here so I can dry and straighten my hair. I can't tell you how many times I've blowdried my hair like in the bedroom because the bathroom doesn't have an outlet for some reason. That
always really confuses me. And the shower looks very oh spacious. Wow. I'm sure I'll use this at some point. Maybe they really have done an amazing job at designing this entire room. Just the way that it all works together. Like the layout of it and the looks of it. Probably my favorite. I'm going to give it number two. Behind what? The Warrior Express. Oh yeah. It's hard when you think the best train room in the world. Nothing else compares. It's just in a category of its own. Honestly, it's a unicorn. It's hard to compare.
It's like flying Eddie Hods the residence and then trying to compare that to other first class seats. So, outside of the Grand Suite Old Express, I would agree. I think this is my favorite train room that we've ever stayed in. It's so pretty. And it's about lunchtime. Matching slippies. Wow, look at the mountain with the snow on it. What do you think this is? Hola. I try in Peru. The best place to practice your Spanish. And also if you want you can I can teach you our typical language.
Ketua. Gracias. Amazing. A gracias. Look out the windows. Okay, so there are two different restaurants on board. This one's called the Mona Restaurant. The main waiter just brought us to our table and knew our names. Warm, crispy, fluffy thingies. I think this is what I've been smelling since we boarded. Could you hear the perfection of flakiness? Cara is not being dramatic about the views or this bread. Without a doubt, some of the best views we've ever had on a train looking look at this behind me right now. This is absolutely crazy. And the bread, when I was growing up, there
used to be this can of biscuits that you could get that was like a multi-layer can of biscuits. The bread tastes exactly like that can of biscuits except like add some onions and make it a little fancier. Cheers to 12 years. What a fun celebration. I would also like to add they offered us more bread and we said no. Pretty proud of that. We did scar it down real quick though. I think he was like, "Do you need some more?" Beautiful. Yes. We just got our first course of so many on this train on the menu. This is called copsi de tuberculos in Spanish. It kind of sounds like a disease.
According to our waiter, this is basically like the Peruvian version of a potato soup. It's a root vegetable that's kind of like a potato with seaweed on top, some freshly cracked black pepper. So incredibly good. Great start to the trip. I was feeling like I was having to pop my ears a lot. We've only been on the train for 2 and 1/2 hours and we've already climbed from 8,000 ft where we were in our to,400 ft in elevation. You can feel it in your ears and a little bit in your head. For our main, we're having quinoa mixed with beans topped with grilled vegetables and this baked watermelon sauce. Plus, our waiter brought us this spicy sauce that's mixed with garlic. And I'm just
going to go ahead and put it all over the top. So good. I've got to try the watermelon by itself. This is so interesting to me. It is a divine blend of flavors and textures. It's insane. And to think that all of this is cooked and plated in that tiny little kitchen always blows my mind. Gracias. For dessert, we have uh it's basically a cheese sorbet. Such a weird combo of flavors, but it works. The train has just come to a stop for the first time. We are right outside the SA caves. So, most of the group has
gotten off to go on excursion, but we've decided to spend the afternoon relaxing on board. And we're also going to take this as an opportunity to show you around the train while it's relatively quiet. Also, we are up here at 13,600 ft. To uh put that in perspective, the tallest mountain in the continental US is Mount Whitney and that sits at 14,500 ft. So, we're just 900 ft shy of the highest mountain in the continental US. And we've just casually driven a train up here. So, even just stepping outside the train, I feel a little out of breath. Let's head back inside and uh give you a tour. So, stop train pull handle. Like, would that actually work? There's a steering wheel here. Maybe these are just old
leftovers from Australia. It feels maybe Australia. The very next car after hours is the spa car. There are two different treatment rooms. And yes, I've already made my appointment for a massage this afternoon. Happy anniversary. Yay. Um, so I'll let you know how that goes. They're playing this lovely music. smells really nice. And this is only the second train we've ever been on that has a spa on board. The first one was the Royal Scotsman last year. This is going to be amazing. Except for we're going to be moving. And both ends of the car are marked with these lovely Peruvian pom poms.
Public toilet. I think this is shared with the spa and with the bar. It's always nice to have one of these so you don't have to go all the way back to your room to go to the restroom and then all the way back to the restaurant. Oh, it's so nice that we're still feel like usually I'm like, "Okay, I know we're going home." This is one of two bar cars on the train. Welcome to the galley where all the magic happens. This is probably the most important train car on board in my opinion. Or no, Buenosias. That was my terrible Spanish. I'm embarrassed. I love that there is a window. We can peek inside of the
kitchen. I said this at lunch, but it just amazes me that the most beautiful, delicious, gorgeously plain food can be produced in this tiny space. This morning they were baking all the fresh bread that we had for lunch and it was all just sitting out here and I almost just grabbed one thinking this is grab and go. I don't think it was. Hi there. Hi. Okay. Welcome to restaurant car numero dos. This is called the llama restaurant. It looks like half of it is I think they call this a library. It's got a few books.
It's not like super inviting. I think they're locked. They're fresh flowers everywhere and you can smell them when you walk in. Um, looks like this car is called Mole and I believe these are all bedrooms. This is the best car without a doubt. It's between the restaurant and the observation car which are the two cars that I'll be spending the most time in. The Tora car is also bedrooms. And last but not least, we are in the final arm car. Once again, there are gorgeous flowers in a drink in everyone. And probably the best part of the entire train, even though I already said that
about the kitchen, the observation deck. This is insane. Just look at the views right now. This is kind of like a little standing bar area. You've got some seats here, some seats there, but just 180° views everywhere you look. And that wraps up the tour. Do you want to run down the tour? Our massage is important. Should we? It's time. Going to get a massage. I'm ready as you are. This is Oh gosh. Wow, the end of a massage is always so sad. That was amazing. Real quick, Nate from the future here. I am currently in the Anchorage airport because we just wrapped up the most incredible week here in Alaska that I
cannot wait to share with you in the next video. But before we go any further, I'm excited to welcome back a longtime sponsor of the channel. Surf Shark is the VPN that we've been using for the last 5 years to keep our online identity safe as we connect to sketchy Wi-Fi in hotels and airports all around the world. Surf Shark is a VPN, which stands for virtual private network, and it encrypts all the data sent between your computer and the internet so that no one can steal your sensitive information. Think about not browsing the internet using a VPN as us going into Alaska bear country without a guide that really knows what they're doing. It might work out in the short term, but in
the long term it's probably not going to end well. So, you should be using a VPN when you're browsing the internet to keep yourself safe, but I don't necessarily expect you to get excited about that. The good news is though, VPNs can be used for more than just security. It can also be used to unlock content that's not available in your network. so that you can get access to a completely new content library. If you don't already have a VPN, we can highly recommend Surf Shark after using it for the last 5 years. And if you go to our link in the description below, surf shark.com/carenate or just use the code Karen Nate at checkout, you're going to get 4 months for free, and there's a 30-day money back guarantee. So, there is no risk to try it out.
Oh my gosh, that kid just scared the crap out of me. I thought a wild animal was crossing and it was just a kid. It does not feel like the sun should be setting right now. Today has gone by so fast. It has been such a fun day. Also, according to my watch, we are at 14,659 ft, which explains why I'm so cold. No wonder I feel so zen after my massage. It's a lack of oxygen. No way. Do you see the stars right now? And there's no moon. So, right before dinner, the train made a quick stop and we were all able to uh get off and see the stars. And wow, the
Milky Way was incredible. This is almost Namibia level good. I had no idea stargazing was on the itinerary and that was just such a treat. Gracias. This is the most beautifully planted starter I've ever received. It looks like there's a rose in the middle surrounded by these tomato balls that have been peeled. And before this, we've already eaten an entire loaf of bread. Our waiter remembered that I love the spicy sauce, so this was already on the table when we got here. It was like painful to mess that up, honestly.
It's cold. Kind of gives me ceviche vibes, but with no fish. I love it. For our main course, we had this beautiful dish that was basically a spinach pillow stuffed with locally grown mushrooms from Cusco. Over top this creamy, delectable cauliflower soup and all kinds of veggies with that spicy sauce. Dessert, on the other hand, the only way I know how to describe it is bold and confusing. It was goat cheese ice cream. And I like goat cheese, but it was just a bit confusing. This uh could not be more opposite to the last place we said good night to probably in a local village under six blankets.
Maria margaritas to perfectly white sheets in a climate controlled room. But we are at about the same elevation. 12,500 ft is where we're going to be sleeping tonight. And I think we've committed to getting up for sunrise without coffee. Also, we uh wore slippers to dinner. We're normalizing wearing slippers as fancy shoes. Everyone was jealous. Tomorrow night, this is going to be the dress code on the end floor. I saw the stairs. There were jealous Did people stare? Yeah. It is 9:37 and I will be asleep in the next 5 minutes. Happy anniversary.
It was a good one. Good morning. I uh can't believe I'm saying this, but we're both up to go see the sunrise. Keyword, both with no coffee. It's cold. I would have lost money on a bet last night that we would both be up for sunrise this morning. I really thought there'd be coffee. Yeah, it doesn't feel like the sun is anywhere close to rising. There's a fire and coffee. I was wrong. Should have known.
Well, this is really it seated expectations. Not sure we're going to get much of a sunrise, but still worth waking up for. The clouds might actually be making it more beautiful. Anytime something's planned before sunrise. It is painful for me to pull myself out of bed, but I have never once regretted it. So, this is actually our second time at Lake Tik Kaka. We were here back in 2023 and we spent a couple days living with a local family and the pre- sunrise wake up this morning was bringing back good memories from that trip. But last time it was definitely not this comfortable. I was with Louise and his small fishing boat going 30 mph out into the middle of the freezing cold lake to try to find
the net that we had laid down the night before and then pulling that cold frozen net in with our bare hands. There are tough people that live here. after this video. If you haven't seen that one yet and you want to know more about Lake Titty Kaka, I'll um I'll link that down below. It's uh definitely one of my favorite videos that we've ever made. Every time I'm up for sunrise, I feel really good about myself. Oh, wow. It's really starting to glow. Wow. It looks like the island's on fire. Here it comes. Wow. I think I stared at it too long. I close by. I just saw big red dots.
Well, the sunrise was shortlived. It's already gone back up above the clouds, but just for some context, that's where the train parked last night. And uh we watched the sunrise at the end of that dock. Now we get to go eat breakfast and drink more coffee and then go on the lake. Breakfast on the train is really impressive. This is a massive spread and probably the biggest breakfast menu that we've ever had on the train. Like so many different options. Even the um the rehydrated potatoes were on the menu. You may remember we ate 9-year-old potatoes in a soup. I was a little hesitant to order it this morning, but they convinced me. And it came with fried cheese, which never hurts.
That potato has definitely been stepped on by someone's feet at one point. The last ones we had were black potatoes. These are white. They taste a little less dry. Still not my favorite. Like I'd rather have a regular potato. Not a hot one. So, we are going to be spending the day on Lake Tittikaka. I don't know exactly what the plan is for today, but I have a really good feeling it's going to be a much more luxurious version of what we did last time. Not saying that's necessarily a better thing. Our last time here was uh some of the best two days of my life, but uh should be different and fun.
Instead of a rustic metal open fishing boat, we hopped on a nice fancy enclosed boat and headed out to the floating islands. I uh don't recall Louise making us wear life jackets last time. We're back. Back on the floating islands. This brings back so many lovely memories. Nothing will beat that trip. I mean, I'm sure today is going to be great. I just want to tell him to drop me off at Louis's house. I want to go see Bri. Reminding me of uh the tourist island that he brought us to. Yeah, it's going to be fun. Oo, circle time. And once we arrived at the islands, one of the locals gave us a demonstration on how they build these islands completely
out of reeds. And then we were given a quick tour around the island that's home to five different families. From there, we jumped back on the boats and headed to one of the largest non-floating islands in Lake Titti Kaka for lunch. If you missed last week's video, this will be a big deal for Cara because she tried her hardest to join a local dance crew and in the end it didn't really end up working out. So, I'm glad she's finally getting to do some dancing. Gracias. Yummy food continues. I wasn't sure what to expect when we were eating lunch off the train today. Didn't know if we were going to lose any quality, but this is amazing. We got fried bread, quinoa stew, roasted potatoes, local cheese. This is just a
starter. Round two. Lot of bones. I was definitely sad when I saw the schedule today that we were going to be off the train all day, but now that I'm here, I could stay a lot longer. This beach is insane. Like, I feel like I'm looking out over the ocean right now. The sand is like perfect beach sand. All right, back to the train. Thank you. And we are back and rested. Yeah. All right. We're leaving the city of Puno behind. From here we go north to Cusco where we'll be arriving tomorrow after lunch. That's where the journey concludes.
Ha. From here to Cusco, we're going to be on the same set of tracks that we rode a train on two years ago. It was a day train, so a bit different, but I remember coming to this market during the day and seeing everybody moving their stuff out of the way of the train and then moving it back as soon as we cross. And some people actually putting their stuff underneath the train tracks as the train crossed over. You see everybody's covering up their stuff and then uncovering it as we uh drive by to keep the dust from the train from getting on it. This produce is actually going underneath the train. They know exactly how high they can stack it so that the train won't knock it over. The
market's much quieter at night time, but still so cool. You can reach out and touch this. Hey guys, this is hilarious. Oh my gosh, so many people. And I'm in my robe. In my robe with the lights on. I'm like a fish tank in here. Everybody's staring at me. The shower was 10 out of 10, by the way. Water pressure could have been a little bit better, but like it wasn't bad. Maybe like 9 and 1 half out of 10. And we were moving. Every other luxury train that we do has like a gallon night or a formal evening. And we just assumed that this train was no different. Uh, and we assumed wrong. People are kind of wearing whatever they want. However, I brought this dress all the way here and I haven't worn it yet. So, dressing up
for dinner, but I am keeping my sweats. Plus, I'm wearing the shaw that they gave us. What do you think? Yeah. Would also like to add that Nate brought his suit. I only packed in a carry-on and this thing took up so much space and I didn't even wear it. As expected, our last dinner on board was absolutely delicious. We shared it with a couple new friends we had made. And at the end of the night, the staff surprised us with a couple special desserts. How special. What's next? What a day. We have been awake for so long. Sunrise feels like a lifetime ago.
We are going to sleep so well tonight. One thing that we have not mentioned about this train that is vital to me. This train stops each night. Last night we stopped at about midnight and we were still all the way until our alarms went off at 5:00 a.m. which wasn't very long. which I feel like you just can't appreciate unless you've been on like the Maharajas Express with us, Indian Pacific. The Indian Pacific across Australia, like a moving train all night long. I usually don't sleep, which is so rare for me. So, I was very happy at midnight when we stopped last night and I didn't wake up a single time after that. It was
amazing. Even at 12,500 ft, which was pretty impressive. We are currently at 135. Wow. Altitude is nuts. Sleeping at this elevation is no joke. But we're going to sleep great tonight. It was a big day. All right. See you in the morning for the last and final day on board. So sad it's over. It's not over. I'm sad. This is our last night on board. Good morning. We have woken up a few hours outside of Cusco this morning. We just enjoyed another delicious breakfast. And thankfully before this journey ends, we have one more excursion. In about an hour, we're going to get off, go for a hike, stretch our
legs, see if some ruins. Should be a great last day. I just realized that the tote bag that you're carrying is uh from our last train trip. Some sort of weird flex you got going on there. Wow. Just keeps going, huh, Marath? It is going to feel so good to get out and stretch the legs and get a little exercise in this morning. It's first time we've seen our locomotives up close. This is what's been dragging us all the way from Chak. You weren't even going to tell me. I said, "Watch out." All right. So, please know every
So, we had two options this morning. You could either go tour the archaeological site or you could hike up for a view above it. And a brave uh five of us from the train have chosen to do the hike. It's starting at 11,500 ft. So uh there's going to be a lot of heavy breathing. This is so steep. You're like directly above me right now. Mhm. How you feeling? Uh out of shape. The train is somewhere in that valley. It only took us 15 minutes. Woo. Did it. Nice work.
Let's go. All right. Good work. Way to go. Wow. What a view. Uh the purpose of these warehouses, one is provide shelter and the second is to keep the food like a natural refrigerator for eight, five or 6 months. A fun little quick summary of what this place is. We're pretty much halfway between the city of Cusco, where we're going, and Puno, where we just came from. And all the land from here to Cusco was really good farmland. So, they grow a lot of potatoes, corn, etc. So, this village was kind of like the halfway point where people from each town with meat and they would trade their llama wool, their llama meat, their quinoa for vegetables basically.
I'm out of breath telling that story. Hope you enjoyed it. And all of the circular buildings were actually storehouses. So they could store the potatoes, the corn, different stuff inside of those for like multiple years. Like we experienced the 9-year potatoes. All right, we're down in the circular buildings now. And just for reference, that was the top of our hike right there. That's where we were looking down on them from. I feel so strong. They're also way bigger once you get down close to them. The Incans were nuts. aka very good architects.
What were you at before? 70. I took some deep breaths and then it got me into the 80s. Wow, that's crazy. 99. Boom. This is the first train that we've ever been on that's had a nurse that just follows us around on the tours. And it's so when people get low on oxygen. She was at 70 before. Had the oxygen on for 5 minutes and her oxygen levels are back up to 99%. this way. Smiling face. Are you going to attack me like all those other dogs? Oh, look at the utters on the mommy cuz she's got the little baby.
Oh, we got a couple hours until we get to Cusco, but it's time for the worst part of any trip. Packing. I don't want to. I don't think I can fit anything extra in this carry-on, but I'm definitely trying to take these home or for sure. I'm telling you, this thing is busting at the seams. I will carry them in my hands. Maybe I'll just leave these here so I can take those home. All right. So, whatever I put on right now is what I am wearing on the airplane tonight.
What a fun way to end the trip. Instead of serving lunch in the dining room, they're just bringing it around. People are sitting inside listening to the saxoponus. Some people like us are hanging outside taking in the views. We've got the best snacks. They're calling it brunch, but it is fantastic. And these might be the best views of the entire trip. We're winding right beside this beautiful river. Couldn't be a better way. Oh, all the locals are out living their life. This is my favorite thing. Best thing I've eaten the whole trip. Some kind of like salsa. It's whipped, tofu, avocado, and caviar.
M. I'm making it off. I offered my services to stay on. What does that mean? I said I would stay on and work so they can put me to work. What did you think I was saying? Oh, I feel like I'm leaving my home. I hate this. I feel like I'm going to cry. Goodbye, Coco one. That was the best. Happy 12 year anniversary.
Happy 12 years. I was thinking about this as we were coming into the station. Like I've really thought through all of the train trips that we've been on and I can say without a doubt this was the most scenic. I can't get over the first day. Like I was glued to our window. The staff was incredible. 10 of 10 train trips. Seriously, can't recommend it highly enough. I've never had an entire train trip where everyone knew my name. Like it's not like they gave this trip to us to make a video. Like we booked this like a normal person. They knew our names. They knew everyone else's name.
Food was amazing. Trip was amazing. Peru is amazing. We just had to leave. Brew is the best. Dad, I just felt like I was leaving my friend. I was giving him hugs and kisses at the end. Who'd you kiss? My best friend Guido. Okay, guess that makes it better. He's one I offered my services to. So, today's train journey is extra special for two reasons. In this crew, we had two important people. In this case, is our two bartenders. I'm hoping by the end of this trip, I can play with something. I have two.
