Life-changing Bras You NEED for summertime(to prevent bra horror stories). | Transcript:

Why was my ex-boyfriend and I fell down to my stomach and I ran into my enemy here. I don't think I've told anyone this. If you sweat a lot, don't waste your money on them. They're never going to work. Hi guys, welcome to today's video. I'm super excited to do this. I've never done this type of format where I collect your episodes, like a storytime video, basically. I want to hear you guys out, give you like a very individualized solution for your issues. So, I asked you guys on Instagram story to submit your stories. I am very grateful because a lot of you guys did. One of my most asked questions, especially on Instagram whenever I post during the summertime wearing small tops,

what bra do you wear? What bra do you recommend? I get that asked all the time. So, I answered that question in the first video that I did with Berish a year ago now. You guys really liked it and I wanted to do a part two. With summer coming around, I wanted to tackle this issue again. It's a universal problem that we all have. Okay, credibility check. This is important cuz I grew up as a competitive dancer throughout middle school and high school. So, I've tried on every possible seamless, invisible underwear in the market. Another credibility check, I am a working model in LA. So, whenever I go to shoots,

stylists will have different options for seamless, invisible underwear. But, I like to believe that I have a very good collection of the ones that work for me. So, I like to bring my own set of underwear to the set and the stylist is always amazed at how invisible and how seamless they are and they always end up asking me for like, "Oh, what are you wearing under that?" So, let's get started. We're going to keep this anonymous. In Korea, I was literally just trying to go to the supermarket near my house to buy milk and come back. That was the entire plan.

Peace out, I love you guys. But first of all, changing clothes already felt annoying and wearing a bra in the middle of summer, absolutely not. I agree. So, I just threw on an oversized t-shirt and left the house without thinking too much about it. And of course, all caps, and I'm so sorry. I have a habit of like skimming the text and reading the next one before I even like get to it. And I spilled myself. This is not looking good. Why was my ex-boyfriend at that exact supermarket on that exact day? The entire time I was picking things up and paying, I couldn't focus on anything because I was standing there awkwardly crossing my arms trying to hide my nipples through my shirt all pretending to act normal.

Summer is generally making me give up on bras. Please recommend bras that are comfortable, light, and breathable for summer. First of all, I'm so sorry that you went through this, and I'm like really trying to insert myself in this situation here. One thing about me, I'm an empath, and I will cry and laugh for you. And I'm crying with you because the milk aisle in the grocery store is like the coldest. I do have a prescription for you. It's actually perfect cuz you specifically asked for a bra that's comfortable, light, and breathable for summer. And I also have a story time related to this, so stay tuned. I actually have two options for you. This is the Ice on Airy bra from Verish. If

you have tried the original Cool Fit bra from Verish, which is like their best-selling bra style, you would know that their fabric already is super lightweight and this like really smooth, cool-to-touch fabric, right? And that Cool Fit bra I wore all summer long last year. They came out with an upgraded version, and this is their Ice on collection. With the name, you can assume this is even colder to touch. This isn't like cooling to touch anymore, it's cold. It's a special cool air fabric they did on this bra. This is the Ice on Airy bra on. I love how flat everything lays, no gapping whatsoever, so seamless under tops, too. This is the

regular version, but if you want more volume, we have the push-up version as well. But it's the same fit as their signature Cool Fit bra, just with the fabric. That's the back. And if you're like, I don't even want to wear a bra, this is great. This is the bra camisole top from the Ice online. So, it's still that really thin cooling material. It's a really good base layer for layering during the summer. So, this layer keeps you cool at all times. That's the back. But yeah, I'm obsessed with this material. You guys can see how light it is. I have an episode that happened really recently. I cannot be making this up. I was wearing Varish. I saw Blocking Jenny wearing the Varish

bra to the gym one time, and I was like, that is so cute, so flattering. And you know, when you're looking and feeling your best, you work out better. So, I wear my Varish bra to my workout classes sometimes. And because the Ice on collection is so cooling, I wore the Ice bra to a heated Pilates class. And this is all those classes that you just come out looking absolutely wrecked. But I ran into my enemy here. My spot was right in front of the mirror next to the door. This person entered like 10 minutes late. And I was already bothered by that. She took a spot right behind me because I was near the door. And I was just bothered by this the whole time. At least I looked good. Basically, I was

drunk and running away from my guy friends. I already see where this is going. Prediction, you're running, you're sweating, and your nipple pads fell off. That has definitely happened to my friends and I. I was wearing Oh, I was wearing a strapless bra. Okay, that might be worse. And it fell down to my stomach while I was running. I was wearing one of their hoodies, so thankfully it wasn't noticeable. But I didn't want it to fall down completely and for them to know, so I was just holding my stomach. They thought I was going to puke because of this and started making a big fuss. I was really completely fine. Just holding my bra in place. After that, I don't wear strapless bras if I'm going to

drink. Trauma, lol. I usually wear sticky bras. I don't know, my nipples always hurt after wearing sticky bras. Sorry, TMI. Ugh, you're so cute. Like, the way you wrote your story, I just know you're like the cutest ever. Okay, at least you were wearing a hoodie and because you guys there's a the context was that you guys were drunk, you holding your stomach didn't look that weird. It worked out. Yeah, strapless bras always really hard because they slip down. This is my favorite strapless bra right now. It needs to be thick. Not like thick this way, but like thick this way because it needs to have a proper structure for it

to hold itself up and also to like grip onto your skin. You can see by the shape it's molded. It's not wired, so it's super comfortable. It lays on my skin really nicely. It's like second skin to me. This part, you can see the little holes, suitable for summer time, all the sweating, but we have a grip going at the top and the bottom, which is pretty normal for strapless bras now. And the entire back band is also made of this grippy material. And during the summer time when you sweat, you think, okay, bras, everything that sticks onto me will probably slip off, but the type of grip that this is, when you sweat it actually sticks onto your skin better. I wore this out um this past weekend. It was really hot.

I was wearing a silk tank and that specific tank, my strap slips off all the time cuz it's a little big on me. So I knew I would have to wear this one because this is like my most secure strapless option. Even when the strap slips off and this shows a little bit, it's nothing embarrassing. This is part of the Ice on line, so it's super cooling, perfect for summer time. I was actually kind of shocked looking at the pictures that I took with this bra on and the tank top. I'm adding this part really quickly. I already finished filming, but then this thought kind of popped up in my head. Seamless underwear actually needs to be replaced every 6 months. With repeated wear, they stretch

out, they need to be replaced. So, Boobare actually took that into consideration when designing their new line, and the Ice online will fit more snug than your usual Boobare sizing if you've already tried their bras before. The strapless bras, I actually like that they fit extra snug, so I feel more secure. If you are considering buying the new line just purely for comfort and the cooling effect, and especially if you're in between sizes, cuz I'm in between like a small and a medium. I personally would recommend you to size up and go with the bigger sizing. Just throwing it out there, that's how I feel about the sizing. And she also added, "Do you have any strapless bras recommendations? I'm really flat, and

those are the hardest bras to find good ones." So, this one would be a really good option for you. But, for any girls that want more volume, but worry that with a sticky bra option, you can't get the volume that you want, I recommend the demi-wired sticky bra. That one has some shape. And if you want to go a notch higher, there's also the push-up version of the sticky bra, which is nice if you want extra cleavage, extra volume, and even though it has padding, it's very undetectable, and it's very natural, and it's very lightweight. Out of all the ones that I've tried, these have magnetic front closure, which I've never seen before. But, it's like that little detail that really elevates a

bra. A lot of people do this wrong, so I'm going to show you how this should be put on properly. We're actually going to place it this way. We need this area to really push everything in. This is a no. This is a yes. So, we're going to stick it on like this, and then using the magnets we meet in the middle. And there we have it. The before and after is kind of crazy. I was wearing nipple patches with a dress that I couldn't wear a bra with. The dress straps were designed in a way that kept slipping off. My friends and I went to formal at college and were at the

photo booth there. My nipple patches were pretty big in surface area, so I had a hard time making sure my dress fully covered the patches. When I looked at the picture later, not only was my nipple patch showing, but you could faintly see the outline of my nipple under the patch as well. I hate that because you went out of your way to find the solution to your problem and your solution kind of betrayed you. I prescribe you the triangle nipple patch from Berrish. I know. I don't know why no one thought of this before. The round nipple patches, the struggle with those that I personally had in the past is that they are quite big because everyone's body is

different, so they need to be a certain size and on top of that it needs to like slowly thin out so it blends into your skin and it's seamless. But not a lot of nipple patch brands do that seamless part, the smoothing out part well. When that's not done well, that's when you start to see the outline of the nipple patch. But this one like clearly didn't even have like a thick or in the middle to cover your nipple properly. If you're trying to look for like a really small option to just cover what it needs, it becomes like those stickers and those will never work. Mm-mm. I don't approve of those. Don't waste your money on them. They're never going to work. But the round patches from Berrish I all I

approve because it has a really good thickness design. Like it covers a nipple well. It conceals it and also it blends into your skin nicely. But if you're wearing a top like this, maybe the round ones won't work and it will show. I recommend the triangle one. This one is so perfect for summer. I personally have been wearing this one so much and even though this way is technically the right side up, you can rotate it around to match your top, which is great. You can also fit it under a bikini. I'm the type of person I take out the inserts to bikinis and sports bras immediately because they're so annoying. But sometimes you do need that extra coverage. So, instead of finding another insert to put back in

cuz those no longer exist in my household, I'll just bring out a nipple patch and just stick it on and then wear my bikini on top and wear my sports bra on top. It's sweat resistant, too. I just recommend that every time you come home from a sweaty day, you take them off. They don't hurt, either. If that's your concern, then I'll rinse them under water to keep them at a nice, clean, pristine condition. Because I don't own the inserts to my sports bras anymore, I've had experiences where I'm like going out to run or hike with a group of people and there are guys and during the workout it's fine, but after the workout we're always like grabbing coffee or brunch. And all of a sudden,

there's AC blasting at the cafe and now I'm kind of freaking out because it's awkward that I'm nipping and there's no coverage. No padding in my sports bra to hide that. So, I'm having to do the like arm crossing. And because I've had those embarrassing moments, now I'm well prepared and every time Uh mo- If I'm just going to a Pilates class, like I don't care. But if I'm going out in workout clothes knowing that I will probably run into some people and there's like a social event tied to it, I always layer a nipple patch underneath.

I was getting ready for our first date. I didn't have any bras to wear [clears throat] that won't be seen under my white dress with thin straps. I wore those reusable silicone nipple covers. A mid-date we got up from our seats at the cafe to go to dinner and my patch didn't stick to me properly. It fell out and got stuck to the floor. Uh So, we had to like rip it off of the floor. Both looked at the floor confused until I realized it was my nipple cover and quickly picked it up, but I was so embarrassed. What do you recommend to wear under white clothing with thin straps, especially because strapless bras usually don't stay on well or don't look as flattering but covers could fall

off like what happened to me. Do you think he knew what that was? Or are some guys just like so clueless that they don't know what that is? My prescription to this white dress strappy top. If it's a tight dress, I would wear the tuck cover. It's also really convenient cuz it's so easy to purchase just now like on TikTok shop. Is this a first date? Yeah, it's a first date. It's a first date and like I wouldn't wear like an intense push-up bra. And if I'm wearing like a looser dress, perhaps I would do the strapless bra. Now you guys know how my brain works. I'm trying to think if I have a funny story that's related to this cuz I think I'm going to wrap it up here. I don't think I've told anyone this. But this is when I turned Oh my

gosh, I was so baby. I was 18 but I turned 20 in Korea. To be honest, I don't know if this person considered this as a date. But I was getting dinner with someone that I thought was really cute. I remember exactly what I was wearing. I was wearing like a black V-neck sweater. It was like a tighter on the body fitted sweater. But the V-neck wasn't like this type of V-neck. It was just like a very slight V-neck. And I was wearing black like flare jeans with a belt. Super cute basic outfit and then I wore a coat and my black Balenciaga bag. So cute. But the issue is I had one bra that was kind of like my real like proper bra. Ever since that age, like I did not like wire bras. So I had couple of like non-wire options, like

comfortable options that I would wear all the time. Those are like my daily bras. But if I'm like getting dressed up and I care about like the fit of my clothes, I had this one wired bra that I would wear. Long story short, that bra was so uncomfortable. We had dinner and then we got drinks afterwards and I ate so much. One thing about me, I will be eating. And I was also nervous. All of those combined, I could not digest. Like none of the food was going down past like my ribs because of like how tight it was here. And like the moment I took off my bra and my pants, my belt, I was like, "Oh my god, I'm like going to I'm I'm

going to throw up." We have advancements now and we can wear wireless bras that are super flattering without having to uh suffer like that. And if you're still suffering like me, you need to make a switch. Finishing off the bra rack straight, we can't forget about their signature best-selling Cool Fit Bra. This is my personal everyday bra. If I just want something comfortable, something I can count on, this is what I go for. It's seamless, it's comfortable, and it's so flattering. It stays so invisible even with a white tee. It's the bra that I recommend to anyone who's new to trying Berlei's bras and it's definitely something you should pick up during the sale, like for sure. And Berlei's isn't just an underwear

brand, they also do fashion pieces well. So, this is their bra top. How cute and flattering. So, I highly recommend you taking advantage of the sale to explore different items as well. The top I'm wearing in this video is also from Berlei's if you're wondering. But yeah, you guys, I think that is it. I hope you guys had fun. I had a lot of fun reading your stories and also spilling my TMIs. I need to do this more often. And thank you to the Berlei's team for trusting me with giving out these prescriptions. One fun fact, too, I actually I've been interrogating the Berlei's team as well because as a customer myself, I had questions trying new products and I asked those exact questions that you would have to the Verish team

so that I could properly introduce you guys the products and differentiate the different products. And yeah, I will see you guys in my next video. Take care until then. Happy shopping. Happy summer. Bye.
