What are the Fallen Angels of Mulberry County? This new Roblox game has been talked about a bunch by so many let's players, but no one has figured out exactly what they are until now. Hello internet. Welcome to Game Theory, the show that stays inside when it hears creepy noises outside. You should subscribe. Sends a chill down my spine every time. I'm sure that's something we all do in that situation. Unless of course, you're the protagonist of the latest Roblox horror game to hit the scene, Mulberry County. What starts out as a game about a boy being home alone
for the weekend takes a dark and horrifying turn. Ha, really? Why doesn't that surprise me? Sorry kids, Roblox isn't a fun platform to play games about delivering pizzas, it's about hiding from satanic monsters. That's the rule. That's the goal now. But throughout the game's jump scares and unsettling images, I couldn't help but wonder, What are you doing? What's going on? Fortunately, I didn't have to wonder about these questions for long because this game is full of lore. At the moment, we only have one volume of the three, and on the surface, everything seems to be shrouded in mystery. But
when you take a closer look, volume one has already laid out all the answers of what these monsters are, where they came from, and how our main protagonist may be more involved with these monsters than we first realized. Today, loyal theorists, we are going to uncover the true story being told in this game. So, lock your doors and keep all the lights on as we explore the unsettling lore of Mulberry County. Our character, Henry, wakes up and remembers he's home alone for the weekend. His parents left and his older brother, Chris, won't be home until late. So, does what every 18-year-old would do when he's home alone for the weekend, homework. Oh, Henry, you party animal. But as the day goes on, more and more strange things
occur. Classified documents are found outside his house. Voices speak to Henry in his dreams. And giant scary things break into the house and try to kill him. Through reading the classified documents, watching new stories, and mysterious VHS tapes, we learn that these creatures are called Fallen Angels. 8-ft tall humanoid creatures that have been appearing statewide. To keep everyone safe, the Mulberry County police have set a statewide 8:00 p.m. curfew, which our boy Henry here deliberately ignores and almost gets himself killed. Seriously, the number of times spooky stuff happens where Henry just straight-up sees mannequins moving on their own, piles of flesh, or, you know, these angels crawling out of human
bodies, and Henry's just like, "Eh, it was probably a prank." I know he's acting like a cliche oblivious horror protagonist, but my guy, when you receive documents about monsters, human experiments, and are told by police to stay inside, you stay inside. Obviously, he survives and his brother arrives just in time to get him out of there as the house is set on fire, destroying everything that's inside. But as the game ends, we see a hand emerge from the rubble, which means Henry isn't completely safe from these fallen angels. Overall, it's a short game, 1 hour tops. And while the story seems pretty basic, scary things chasing you around an empty house, the game contains a lot of secrets that paint a much fuller picture of what's going on in
Mulberry County. And it starts with the menu screen. This is where you select which volume you want to play. The only one you can select right now is volume one, but there's a secret tape placed above the TV in the shadows that you can then put into the VCR. It's named The First Fletcher Tape and is dated July 13th, 1997. So immediately, I'm nostalgic because that's literally my childhood, but it's also a date we've seen before. When Henry decides to read the classified documents that appeared in front of his house, it talks about a company called ELC Inc. conducting unauthorized experiments in their capital building. And we see the date July 13th when it talks about ELC Inc.
and all sister companies going bankrupt. Sounds like this secret tape could reveal what actually happened that day. Also, notice the name on these files, Dr. Alan Fletcher, the same name as on the secret tape, The First Fletcher Tape. Sure enough, when you play the tape, Dr. Alan Fletcher speaks to you and warns you that he's made a mistake and now the Fallen Angels are coming for him. But, before he can warn us what exactly he did so we don't do the same, he's cut off and the tape ends. Okay, so clearly ELC didn't just go bankrupt, but the Fallen Angels had got to Alan, and with the radio broadcast at the start of the game saying that Alan Fletcher went missing last weekend, I think he might
be more dead than missing. But, we still don't know what exactly Alan did that caused his disappearance, only that the Fallen Angels were definitely involved. However, the classified files hold more secrets, just behind a passcode. In order to read section four of the files, you need to enter the passcode 8137. How a bunch of files can have password protection is its own mystery. Clearly, ELC was up to more than just human experiments, they were into file management. But, it's here that we start to see what Alan was up to at ELC Inc.
You were given two new pages of documents. One is called Project 12. It was a biological experiment where Dr. Alan Fletcher created a new body for someone called Brian Grovers. We can see from the date that this takes place in February, months before Alan Fletcher went missing and ELC went bankrupt. The most interesting part of this experiment is that while they believed it worked, they were unsure if the transfer of Brian Grovers' consciousness was actually successful. Based on the brain scans, it looked like this new body was simply pretending to be Brian, and that his real consciousness died in the transfer. So, if Brian died, who's controlling this new body? Regardless,
the other files deemed this a success, and more body transfers would take place in the coming months. Thanks to these dates, we can start to connect some dots. After Alan continues making new bodies to transfer humans into, he makes a secret tape telling us that he made a mistake, and that the Fallen Angels are now coming for him, which would suggest these not-quite-human monsters are the result of Project 12. The second secret document gives us a clearer picture of why they are now out in the wild. It's about a place in the ELC building called the Silent Floor. Although, despite being named floor, it actually covers 50 floors and it goes at
least 2,000 ft deep because every indie horror facility has to be dug into the center of the earth at this point. Maybe once, just once, one of these games could have us going up. Anyway, we don't know much about this floor other than it was built without Alan Fletcher's authority by a different scientist. And the other reason we don't know a lot about it is because the floor has multiple locked and reinforced doors. That's totally normal and should be no cause for concern, right? But just to be safe, the ELC building is marked for deconstruction in order to gain access to these rooms. And I think we know what's behind those locked doors. At the start of the game, we watch a broadcast
from the Mulberry County Police Department saying that on July 18th, the police had seen an 8-ft tall humanoid figure that they called fallen angels. And it was at this point that they created the state-wide curfew. Just days before that, July 15th, the ELC building was marked for deconstruction so that the locked doors could be accessed. We are starting to see a timeline of events here. Alan Fletcher sets out to create new bodies with large shipments of flesh from anonymous sources. Suddenly, Alan disappears warning us that he's made a mistake. The building where the experiments took place is taken down to get behind the reinforced doors and suddenly there's an outbreak of fallen
angels across the US. Alan was making fallen angels. What started as an attempt to move someone's conscious to another body became the production of demonic monsters. So far, all of this seems to make sense, at least on paper. However, there is a little more to the story. This incident is not the first sighting of fallen angels that we know about. During the game, after Henry reads the classified documents and watches the VHS tape, he goes to sleep. Seriously? Is this guy brave or stupid? At this point, Henry has seen a fallen angel crawl out of an old man's body, found his horse dead in the woods, and seen something crawl into his house. And Henry's just like, "This is the perfect
time to sleep." I find it hard to sleep at the best of times. So Henry comes close to death and just falls was straight away. Clearly, he's using our partner for this video, Manta Sleep. And honestly, this is just the help that I've been looking for. I'm actually a very heavy sleeper. My wife will tell you that once I'm asleep, there's no waking me. But, unlike Henry, it's the getting to sleep I struggle with. I like to have music or a podcast or sometimes even a live stream play, but I also can't have any light in the room. I need stimulation, but not too much stimulation. Neurodivergency at its finest. And to top it off, if I have something playing, my wife gets upset because, well, she is a very light sleeper. But, this is why I
love Manta Sleep's new sound mask. This thing has an ultra-thin speaker built into the side. And when I say ultra-thin, I mean it. This thing isn't going to bother you even if you're a side sleeper. The speaker is also designed to target your ears specifically while minimizing sound leakage, so your partner doesn't have to hear any of it. And on the sight front, this mask uses Manta Sleep's iconic C-shaped cups for complete 100% blackout vision. Plus, I don't know about you, but if light is too stimulating, sometimes having something on my face is also a little much. But, I can definitively say that Manta Sleep's masks barely feel like they're on your face at all. The C-cups add zero pressure to your eyes, and they are
fully adjustable. So, if you prefer to feel locked in or prefer a lighter fit, Manta Sleep has got you covered, literally. So, if that sounds like something you need to get to sleep or just to block out all the horrors of the world around you, then click on the link in the description or use the QR code on screen and use my code Game Theory for 10% off. Thanks again to Manta Sleep for sponsoring this video, but now, I'm sorry Henry, I need that mask back. Oh, good, you're awake. I can't believe you fell asleep like that. But, this stream is very important to the lore of the game, so I'll let you off the hook this time. In the stream, we see white text that says, "You still don't remember."
What plays next is titled Henry's Special Day, a memory of Henry going on a camping trip with his parents. And we quickly learn that this is no ordinary trip. Henry's parents are trying to photograph something using emotion detection camera. In the middle of the night, Henry hears a distant voice call him, so he grabs the camera and walks into the woods. The motion detection camera picks up multiple movements and we can see a face in the shadows. This sadly is not the discovery of Bigfoot, these movements are from fallen angels and we see by the date on the recording that this happens in 1992, 5 years before the events of the game and before Tom was even a sparkle in his dad's eye. What's more is that it is
revealed that the parents are actually hunting the fallen angels all because of the person they get the motion camera from, Daryl. The name comes up in the classified documents about the fallen angels. There was a large-scale investigation involving one Daryl Blaine. The information after it is redacted, but I think it's safe to say that these Daryls are one in the same and that he and Henry's parents were involved in looking for these fallen angels years before the experiments done by Alan Fletcher. So, why are there only now huge outbreaks in Mulberry County? They've been around for years and everything was kept under wraps. What are they up to? Well, it's no secret that the name fallen angel has some clear biblical inspiration. We've
actually talked on this channel before about how Satan was originally an angel that betrayed God and fell from heaven. So, immediately when hearing fallen angels, my mind goes to Satan and demons. But, by diving into wider Christian and Jewish mythology, there are passages that describe creatures just like the ones we encounter in Mulberry County. The Book of Genesis chapter 6 verse 4 speaks of beings called Nephilim. Quote, "The Nephilim were on the earth in those days and also afterward went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown." Note that the word sons here use a lower case S, meaning it's not talking about Jesus, the son of God, which is a capital S typically. Nephilim is a
Hebrew word and when translated it literally means fallen ones. I think we have a match here, folks. So, what else does the Bible say about the Nephilim that matches our creepy monsters from Mulberry County? Well, not much, actually. Genesis is pretty much the only place that mentions them, saying that they had children with humans. But, Jewish texts like the Book of the Watchers, an apocalyptic Jewish textbook about the end times found in the Book of Enoch, do have some extra details. It says that the fallen ones were angels who had turned evil and descended to Earth. They were described as giants, with their children being violent giants, ones that later appear in the Old Testament. The only other
descriptor we really get for the fallen angels is that they were 8 ft tall. Sounds like a giant to me. And, just like the fallen angels from Mulberry County, these guys are 100% supposed to be the Nephilim from the Old Testament, enemies of God. And, these Jewish texts tell us that the reason for bearing children with humans was for the sole purpose of polluting the human bloodline. More specifically, Adam's bloodline. By breeding with humans and creating violent giants, they were creating enemies for Adam's bloodline, making the world more corrupt. Other Christian folklore believes they ultimately did this the coming of the Messiah by sowing evil into the world.
This is what the fallen angels are doing in Mulberry County. They are corrupting the human bloodline. Though, their method isn't quite the same as it is in Genesis. After Henry dreams about his special day where he encounters fallen angels for the first time, the white text once again appears, speaking to Henry. It followed us home. Then, you play a search like game while the text says, "Don't let it in." And, a fallen angel can be seen through the window. But, after this, it says, "It got inside." Now, to the average person, we would take this literally. The fallen angel got inside the house. But, there's a secret message here that tells us there's a little bit more to it. After
you find the second monster inside the house, some audio plays. When you reverse it, the audio says, "You will be my vessel." The fallen angel didn't get inside the house. It got inside Henry. This is why the angels keep coming into the house and why Henry dreams of horrifying creatures. The fallen angels are using human bodies as vessels to wreak havoc. It's what we see when the old man isn't invited in by Henry and the angel crawls out of his body. This is what is going on with Project 12. Alan Fletcher is making new bodies out of flesh, and even though it's intended to transfer human consciousness, it seems another consciousness has managed to get in there and is pretending to be human.
It's the Nephilim, demonic giants who manifest within these bodies and twist them so that they can corrupt the world and destroy the human bloodline, wiping out the human race. And now that we know that these creatures come from religious inspiration, it actually gives us a lot more context to one other detail in this game that I've mentioned a few times, the white text. When Henry has a nap early on in the game, someone with white text speaks to him. On first playthrough, the things they say just seem quite ethereal and strange, but now, looking through the lens of Christian beliefs, it becomes more obvious what they are saying. They say things like every last person on this planet has done, said, or thought evil.
There is only one exception. Would you believe someone with your life if they never told a lie? And finally, when the voice warns us we are running out of time, it says, "No matter what happens, all that will ever matter is whether you believe in the one who never lied." Christians believe there is only one person who has never done any evil, Jesus, their Messiah. According to some in the Christian faith, if you believe in him, when you die, you will go to heaven no matter what you have done. If the Nephilim are against the human race, and as some believe, trying to stop the Messiah, then it would make sense that text would be the opposing force to them, either God or Jesus himself,
telling you about a way to save yourself in the midst of the enemy. There's also red text that comes up in Henry's dreams. This one asks him if he can see the fallen angels in the woods and tells him that they can see him through the glass. This is the fallen angel able to speak to Henry after getting inside and making him their new vessel. Henry literally has God and devil sitting on his shoulders telling him what to do. And to really drive this home, the one who never lied is actually seen in the final moments of the game. As Henry's about to be attacked by the fallen angels, he prays to God. And when he says, "Please save me in the name of Jesus," the fallen angel flees. This is
proof that these are fallen angels and Nephilim demons working against God. Because the Bible says that speaking the name of Jesus has the power to repel demons. Mark chapter 16 verse 17 says, "And these signs will accompany those who believe. In my name, they will cast out demons. They will speak in new tongues." And Luke chapter 10 verse 17 says, "Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name." The fallen angels are repelled by the name of Jesus because they are demons. All of this shows us exactly what the fallen angels are trying to do. Just like the Nephilim in the Bible, these demonic giants are trying to corrupt the human bloodline, find a way into people's minds, wipe out the humans, and have rule over the world. While Alan
Fletcher's experiments were definitely not the start of it, by creating more fleshy non-human bodies without any consciousness, the Nephilim are beginning to manifest within those bodies void of soul. And now, the building containing them has been destroyed. They are out in the open ready to do what they always set out to do, take over humanity. Henry is safe for now, but because Henry has let them into his mind, his body, it won't be long before they find him again. He's practically a homing beacon monsters. So, Henry had better figure out a more permanent way to get rid of these fallen angels, or else the rest of humanity is doomed. But hey, that's just a theory. A game theory. Thanks for watching. World premiere on Game Theory. Forsaken is back.
