You guys I just got my new Well Fit TM037 walking pad. I'm so excited about it. As you can see, it's right here in my living room, which is honestly the easiest place for me to use it because I've got a lot of kids. I have eight kids to watch. So, I've got to be able to have this in a place that's easy and this is it for me, right in the middle of my living room. It's super quiet. I'm going to get my shoes on and I'm going to hop on and I'm going to show you guys how it works. And I can pay for it. You did. No, you didn't pay for All right, so when I get on, there's a remote if you want to use it. You can also push the buttons right here. Yes? I want to know why you're letting me have all the blocks.

See? I can pair it right from here. Can you guys make sure you're sharing the blocks? We have a lot of blocks. I am. So, you can get more. Yeah, I have some. But, I like to get my steps in. I have a goal. I'm I'm just raising this knee as I'm talking to you guys, but I have a daily goal of steps that I want to make sure I get in. So, this makes it possible. As a busy mom, you've got to like fit in what you can fit in, when you can fit it in, where you can fit it in. I can move this anywhere. I'm going to have it in my bedroom sometimes because I like to watch a show down there and I can move while I'm doing so. There's also this nice little place right here where you can put your phone.

I love that feature. I love the digital display on this. It shows how long I've been walking. It shows how far I've been walking. And then when I am changing things like my speed, it shows your speed right there. You can go up to 6.2 miles an hour on this treadmill and it also has a weight capacity of 320 lb. I got it. Nice. You built that? Yes. Good job. Now, I'm going to show you guys some close-ups up here because here's the hand display section right here. If you push six, it takes you to a high speed. So, I can press that and it's going to take me automatically to a high speed. And now I'm up to six.

And then if that was a little too fast, and that's a little on the fast side for my walking speed, I'm going to press the three. That automatically puts you on level three. This is great for small rooms, large rooms, apartments, garages, literally anywhere. Now, I didn't let this get all the way to six just a second ago because that might almost be running for me, and I don't do a lot of running because of my back has hurt sometimes. Thank you. See what I mean? I'm right here where everybody needs me, and they can just walk by and do what they need to do. The dog's right there.

Um this is great. But anyway, I'm walking right now at 2.4. I feel like that's comfortable. I'm able to talk to you guys. I'm able to like look around and do stuff, keep my balance and everything. So, for me, I like that speed. I would probably go faster if I really wanted to have a workout, and it definitely does feel like that. Like when I go higher, like here I am at 3.4 now. And I mean, I could tell I can tell I'm working out, for sure. And I do cardio every single day of the week, you guys. I walk every single day of the week. I do a minimum 3 miles a day. And this running area is 36 by 16 in.

I do a minimum 15-20 minutes of cardio aside from my minimum uh 3 miles walking every day, and then I also lift weights. So, I like doing cardio, and I can tell I'm working out. So, if you get this treadmill, you will definitely be able to tell you're getting your steps in, you're working out, you're improving your fitness. I really find that digital display convenient. I like that it cycles through like my speed right now. And then, see if I want to raise my speed. There we go. I'm raising it. I'm raising it again. So, you can see that you know, where you are. And then it'll cycle through after it shows your speed. There's my time. I restarted a minute ago, but I've been doing this longer than 3 minutes.

And then my distance. I like that it also shows your calorie burn. So, to increase your speed you can push this button. If you want to go maximum speed right away, you can push this button. If you want to stop, you press this button. If you want to start, you can press this. If you want to pause, you can press this one. And the cool thing is when you pause, it remembers your progress and you can come back by just pressing that again. This takes you to level three, so like half speed. And then this one decreases your speed. So, incrementally you can increase and decrease with these two buttons. You can also use the remote. So, you can just go See, I'm going to go up a little bit. Up a little more. And then I can go up a little more.

I'm just using the remote here. And then see, I'm going down. And down again. So, super easy to use. Very, very convenient. Everything's like super user-friendly. If you don't want [clears throat] to walk flat, you can incline the treadmill up to 5% with the feet. You just flip them out down there. And it actually makes a big difference. You might not think it when it's just a little bit, but I'm walking slower because it's actually harder just with that little bit of incline. What I love is that you can really use this as a treadmill or a walking pad as you saw I

was just doing. You just put these two screws in and it's so easy. When you want to go back to the treadmill style, you just literally put the screws on the side and screw them in. I have the Welltread app on my phone and I just picked a free run workout and I'm going to start it. I just pushed go on my phone and the treadmill's going to start. There's like music and it looks really cool. Uh another cool feature is that you can just set your phone just like that. And it's pretty cool looking cuz it looks like I'm like walking through this cool place.

There's all these options of things you can do as far as where you're going to exercise, which is pretty cool. I personally like using this in treadmill mode. It's so convenient. So, I'll put my phone here. I can either watch something. I can do interactive workouts with my phone right in front of me, and I can take a call. Like, I love this feature. I can grab on if I want to. Like, that's my favorite. I love that the remote can be used in treadmill mode or in walking pad mode. You can adjust your speed. You can do everything right here from the remote. Makes it super convenient. So, here I am changing my speed. You go a little faster. And this is right here in my hand, super easy to use. And you guys, it's so smooth, super

like comfortable. I like how it feels as I'm walking on this pad. So, I'm loving it. Can I go on the bike ride? A bike ride? Are you going to wear a helmet? Yeah. Okay, you can Wait like 5 more minutes, and I'll make sure you have your helmet ready, and then you can go. You want to go on a bike ride? Yeah, and I'll wear a helmet. I will consider it. For now, you play with your toy, okay? Nice try. She's like, "Well, he's asking, maybe I should ask, too." But yeah, you guys, this is great. This is so awesome.

For a mom, like I can watch her play. She's fine with that. She's walking around. I can see her. I can do what I need to do. And then when I'm done, I can fold this. Oh, did you hurt yourself? Careful. He's hobbling. He's okay. He's not bleeding. He's fine. Anyway, when I'm done with this, this folds down and it's so easy to store. But yeah, I love it also cuz it's like compact, but I'm tall and I'm taking my normal large step. I'm not compacting my stride in order to walk on this. I'm 5'9 and 1/2. So, for reference for you guys, um I don't feel like I have to take a different step size in order to make myself feel comfortable on here. So, I like that a lot. And um yeah, I'm

going to hop off here and I will show you guys how it folds. I'm going to use the pause feature as I jump off so I can show you guys how it gradually slows down and it just doesn't come to an abrupt halt like this. It just slows down. So, I'm going to press the pause button. And then you're going to see it's going to slow down little by little and gradually let me get off. Oh, perfect. That's a good bike. But I'm on an e-bike. I know, e-bikes are fun, too, aren't they? Yeah, I want to ride one. Yes. So, if I did have to quickly jump off because someone really needed me, I could come back on and I could press this button.

Just pressed it and it's going to remember. It just counted down, 3 2 1. It's going to remember where I was. So, you'll see as the cycle through, it remembers. I've been doing this already for 11 minutes 42 seconds. So, I think that's a cool feature. Now, if there was a time that you really needed to get off quickly and stop immediately, there is a stop button that stops immediately. And also, of course, this safety clip that you can put on your shirt, and if you just pull it off, you're done. So, this works really well if you need to get off really, really quickly and you're not looking to just slowly, gradually end your session.

I keep saying I'm getting off, but I can't get off, you guys. I'm I'm enjoying myself. I haven't worked out yet today, so this feels really good. But anyway, just to clarify, this red clip is like an emergency clip that immediately halts the machine. The stop button stops it. It slows it down gradually, but it won't save your progress like the pause button does. So, if you're getting off just for a quick second cuz you've got to like quickly pick up a mess or stop some kids from fighting or whatever, you'll use your pause button, you'll come right back. But if you're done for the day, then you'll just hit your stop button, and then you've got your whole workout completed. Here's another angle, beautiful view of this amazing walking

pad. There is the off-on switch in the front. You can see how nice it is. So sleek. So beautiful. My Apple Watch even noticed that I was doing an indoor walk. It asked me if I was, and it tracked it. So, I did 33 minutes and 50 seconds. So, even though I was starting and stopping on here, you can see Yes, I did over a mile. Awesome. That's great. 166 calories. So, anyway, I'm going to show you guys the fold down. I keep promising that. So, you just unscrew these two screws here on the sides, this one and this one. And then, you can fold this down, and this thing gets so flat. Now, my couch is almost all the way to the ground, but this would literally fit under a lot of people's couches. This will for sure fit under my bed.

Mommy, can I wear a pretty dress? Yes, you can. Okay, as you can see, it's very easy to pick up. I just, you know, grab it. And then these little things here, these little bumpers, help the handle stay right in place. And then you can just carry it wherever you need to carry it. I'm just going to kick toys out of the way. There's wheels on the bottom of this, so you can roll it. But I'm going to just take it and show you how I'm going to store it. Now you guys might have noticed as I was dragging this along these blue things here. You can pull these out, but these give you just that slight incline, which is the best walking position anyway, so I just thought I'd mention that because

I like that feature. Now that I'm on a tile floor you can tell that I'm wheeling it. You can hear the wheels on my floor. Sit down. Oh, look at her. She put a crown. Come show everyone. Look how pretty. I like the little girl on the main dress here. Yes. This is another spot I will 100% be using this. Right next to my bed, there's a TV back there. It's just this is a perfect spot. And Hey Mommy. now I'm going to show you how easily fits under my bed.

I like the hook on this. Oh, you're trying to hang that up? Yes, it is. There we go. Can you go put it back where it goes? No. Thank you. I'm wearing your dress now. Yeah. So, I'm going to just stick this under my bed. I have a low clearance bed, but you can see there's still a lot of space. Um I would definitely put this up against the wall. Like there's so many places you can put it because it's so narrow. I love that about this, but I'm actually not going to store it at all right now cuz I'm going to be using it again very soon. So, for me, I'm probably never going to

really store it because it's always going to be somewhere in my house just because why not? Why not have it out? When you have it out, you see it, you use it. I actually keep a few hand weights down here because I like stuff where you can't see it. And this is like a nice corner to put seven. Look how well this fits. I can literally just put it right there, leaning against the wall, and it doesn't really stand out. It doesn't take up any space. Like there's so many places for that. The other option I was thinking was if I just laid it down like this. Check this out. It will fit right here. And look at that. It's literally right

up against the wall. And when you look over here, here's my room. You don't even know it's in here. I'm going to link this in the description box for you guys because I know a lot of you ask about fitness, and this is your start. Get yours while you can. I think you will love it.
