Roblox's Dark Side: Exploitation, Predators, and the Fight for Child Safety

This video exposes the dark reality of Roblox, highlighting issues of child exploitation, predator activity, and inadequate moderation. It discusses the platform's failure to protect its young user base, with thousands of reports of sexual abuse and controversial features like role-playing chat rooms. The video also criticizes Roblox's business practices, including loot boxes and unfair currency withdrawal policies, and calls for accountability and reform.

The Dark Reality of Roblox. | Transcript:

What's up everybody? This is the ActMan here. I recorded this video a few months ago and I know I'm late to the party, but truth be told, it's really not a party you want to go to. In any case, I just wanted to acknowledge how late this video is coming out. Regardless, uh, try to enjoy it. Without further ado, here's the dark reality of Roblox. A warning, some of what you're about to see and hear is explicit. Here's Chris Hansen. You may have heard that my streaming crime network, True Blue, and I are investigating the exploitation of children on the popular gaming platform, Roblox, for what some publications have called a pedophile problem.

Something like 45 million Roblox players were children. The biggest gaming platform out there, Roblox, is protecting pedophiles. Hey, why don't you have a seat right over there? Just in 2023 alone, there were 13,000 reports of sexual exploitation at the hands of Roblox. We were in a role playing chat room, dude. And what role were you playing exactly here? Escape to Epstein Island. Roblox is claiming that I'm engaging in simulated child endangerment conversations. Bro, what are you talking about, man?

You know, I read the chat. Oh, you did? Yeah. Okay. You might as well go ahead and start telling the truth now. Okay. Roblox sent us a statement saying based on our internal investigation, the suspect and the victim did not meet on Roblox. We've been through this before. What are you doing? I've got the chat log again. That's right. Yeah, we would prefer that people stay on Roblox. Biggest things we do on Roblox is try to keep people on our platform. Real life relationships is going to happen. We're going to build a platform to support that.

You want to explain yourself? Documents say the sexual images were shared through Roblox chat feature. Oh man, I wasn't doing anything. I wasn't doing it. Why should parents trust you now when your company has failed in the past to keep their kids safe? We did something that was arguably controversial. What? I replied to one of the CEO's posts about this and he blocked. We should have a seat over there. I need to talk to you for two words. Role playing chat room. Dude, we're going to build a platform to support that.

My girl was role playing, man. What are you doing? Making a mistake. What is going on in your mind? You know, I've covered quite a few gaming controversies in my time. I thought at this point I must have seen it all. You've seen nothing. I don't blame you for taking the blue pill, clicking off this video. All I'm offering is the truth, nothing more. This topic is not for the faint of heart, but for everyone else. You must go into this with both eyes open. Once started, there's no going back.

The gaming industry is a place where multi-million dollar flops come and go like the wind. Happy 1-year anniversary to Concord. By the way, your legacy of failure has now been completely overshadowed thanks to this man, David Bizooki, CEO of Roblox and head of [__] douchebag corporations. While Concord is the greatest financial failure in video game history, Roblox is the greatest moral failure in gaming history. Do you think more mature things like nudity will ever be allowed on Roblox in any way? What I would say is we would lead first and foremost with safety and civility. I would have just said no. Why wouldn't you say no? What's that nudity in my kids game? Yeah, I'm not ruling it out.

Excuse me. And so I would never rule it out. You what? What's wrong with you? What the [__] wrong with you? I used to be like you. I always thought when news media ran stories like video games harm children, don't play Grand Theft Auto. It always seemed like they ran those stories because they had nothing else to cover. But then I investigated Roblox and I fell into the abyss. In one of the most baffling PR disasters corporate America has ever seen, Roblox just perma banned YouTuber known as Schlepp sent him a cease and desist and threatened legal action against him if he ever dares to play Roblox again. Not to mention that Roblox has made a very firm stance that I can no longer access

the Roblox platform anymore, which I want to make clear at the start of this video. I will not be accessing Roblox in any capacity at this point further unless Roblox says otherwise. You're not stopping child predators on my platform. That's right. This is all because he hunted down actual child predators, worked with law enforcement, and got them arrested through all of the legally correct means. He produced results. He was a predator hunter. OH. OH, WAIT. Arnold Schwarzenegger was a good guy in that one movie. I don't believe it. I never expected in my wildest nightmares that one of the most popular children's video games could be capable of well let me just say

I have been in gaming for 24 years and I have very seldom been at a loss for words. It takes a lot to shock me. So when I say the past and ongoing Roblox controversies are the worst I've ever seen, I mean it. How bad is it? Actman. It's so bad. Roblox would rather be investigated by Chris Hansen than work alongside him. It's a bold strategy, Cotton. Let's see if it How bad is it? Actton. Why it's so bad? Roblox's chief of safety sold $800,000 worth of stock the day before announcing a major policy shift around child safety. That's what you call ironic. How awful is it? It's so awful. Roblox has made it their policy to ban people that catch

predators while leaving the actual accounts of those predators unbanned. I replied to one of the CEO's posts about this and he blocked me. What am I supposed to do for you? How much worse could it possibly get? It could get so much worse. The guy who invented [__] Skibbidity Toilet is calling the Roblox CEO an AI generated pedophile. And folks, I'm inclined to agree with him. The Roblox CEO, David Bazooki, might be the only guy on planet Earth actually trying to get on the Epstein list. Really, these types of platforms that Roblox are future communication and connection platforms. And they're they're not just for

six-year-olds. They're not just for 14y olds. They're for 60 year olds. They're for 35 year olds. So, we developed this theory of there's so many ways to grow and one is all ages. FBI open. I have never dived to darker depths in the world of gaming. But ladies and gentlemen, I think we finally hit whatever's below rock bottom. Hold it, ActMan. You're making some pretty wild accusations here, you say as you huff the last reserves of copium, realizing you have finally run out. This is just a kids game. Does he know? Dog, the topic of child safety in Roblox has its own Wikipedia page. And every day I check it, the number of sources at the bottom

gets longer. So, I'm going to do my best to keep this video as brief as I can. Roblox has been restricted or outright blocked in multiple countries. It's faced numerous lawsuits over the years and many more in the last month. If you just search Roblox lawsuit, you'll see something new every day. Klay County family sues Roblox, Denver family suing Roblox, Missouri lawsuit, Louisiana Attorney General lawsuit, Oklahoma mother sues Roblox over Do I even need to tell you why? And then on behalf of everyone, I'm helping to sue Roblox. Dog, he put the team on his back. I'm confused. Does this company make games for kids or is it a litigation factory?

Roblox is now facing multiple lawsuits on behalf of children in at least nine different states. And that's just from this year alone. I got to pump those numbers up. Those are rookie numbers in this racket. How has the exploitation of children on Roblox gotten so out of hand? The shitty Call of Duty YouTuber is talking about it. Why is the company silencing and threatening content creators who speak out and try to make the platform safer? The answers will not surprise you. The oldest reason in the world, money.

Sorry, spoilers. Profits are more important than child safety. Sorry you couldn't see that one coming, Nostradamus. Beautiful money. Now, let's talk about Schlle, cuz this is a guy who's got a message I can really get down with. And I can understand the frustration and the pressure of feeling targeted by a massive multi-billion dollar corporation all because you were just trying to stick up for the little guys to actually try and do something about abuse on a major platform. Oddly enough, I can relate to this experience. You know, my channel was demonetized 3 years ago. Did you know I worked for Blizzard,

too? Just trying to lighten the mood. Okay, I'm doing my best. The subject material is [__] But Schlle has been the catalyst for much of these recent Roblox debacles and he deserves every bit of support he's getting from fans, from other creators, from the legendary pedto slayer himself, Chris Hansen. But to see you at your age turn it into a positive and do something about it, I think is incredible and admirable. Thank you. I appreciate a guy who's been kicking around doing this for 42 or 43 years now. It's really cool because when I started on television, I was your age.

I was 22 years old. So when I see a young person do this kind of work, it's very impressive to me because I know what it takes. When the pedals come a knocking, there's only two men who can stop them. This content creator was exposing pedophiles. And the company said, "Can you stop?" Within the last year, me and my team had gotten six predators arrested within the Roblox. Stop. You violated the law. cease and desist that immediately. Here you are a good example of somebody who has done the work and given it to law enforcement, you know, and that's the key here because if you expose these guys and, you know, make fun of them and

do a Borat kind of thing like some other content creators, they often don't face the consequences. They don't have to register as they don't get prosecuted. It's so satisfying because of its rarity to see the internet collectively agree on who the good guy and the bad guy is. Now, if there's one thing I want everyone to take away from this video, it's knowing how important it is to show and voice your support for the people that speak up for you and for the issues that really matter. You might feel like, "Oh, what am I? I'm just one person. I'm powerless to thwart this evil [__] empire." You're not. Like the

flood, we have strength in numbers. Every voice in support of Schlepp is a voice supporting what he stands for. Schlepp's message is simple. I love so much about this site and that's why I'm so critical of it because I want to see it do better. I'm just trying to stop what happened to me when I was a kid from happening to other people. And I think most would agree that's a noble goal. Not me, though. I don't like children. They're small and irritating and they poop everywhere. Corporations like Roblox think they have us labbotomized, sedated, under their complete control. They want us to be reliant on their technology such that

they can influence every aspect of our lives. Roblox is one of these things and it makes it all the creepier that it's targeted at children. I just thought it'd be cool, you know, to hang out because I thought it'd be cool to come over here after having a chat that went somewhat like this. And ultimately, we think 3D simulated meeting, I'm not going to use the D word, but subsequently real life relationships is going to happen. We're going to build a platform to support that. Well, you acting like this is somebody's joke here.

Well, sir, um I mean, these are your words, not mine. I'm not making this up, right? This is the stuff you said. That's correct. Real funny. All this is blowing up with the with the Epstein list. I mean, but as one trained in the force, you know that true coincidences are rare. Would you believe Roblox when they say they're doing everything they can to properly moderate the platform and keep kids safe? Would you believe that? No. Because why would they? With those childcorn rings, Roblox is profiting off of it. Not many people actually know about that. Um, they take a 30% fee on marketplace fee and a I

believe overall it's almost like a 70% take that they are making off of these child porn trades happening on Roblox. Don't you know how profitable exploiting and targeting children can be? We generated over $und00 million of cash in Q1. It's how we run the business. I'm sorry. Did you miss the whole loot box fiasco? This game is designed to lure kids into spending money. It's a trap. And that's not even to talk about the way that the whole custom content creator revenue stream is just totally corrupt. It's like here's a perfect video if you want to go into that. I

didn't even include that in this video, but the long and short of Roblox is they found a way to get kids back into the coal mines. Here's the bit that I think is just super shady. If any Roblox user wants to take Robux back out of their account and put it in their bank account as actual currency, the minimum withdrawal amount is 100,000 Robux valued at around $1,000. If you make $900 worth of Robux selling stuff you've made, your real life paycheck will be zero dollars. Roblox is just increasing the chances that you won't hit that cap, and so we'll just plow the money back into Roblox. Roblox is both an online platform and a game creation tool. It is something targeted for young audiences that relies on

usergenerated content. It offers in-game text and voice chat as well as the ability for users to roleplay as anything they can create and imagine. Now, you're probably thinking that sounds like a recipe for disaster. And you're right. This is what makes Roblox fundamentally cracked at its core because it tries to be everything at once. Yeah, I think it's safe to say that in many areas we lead with company values and vision ahead of legal restraint. No [__] The problem is that although getting rid of voice chat and text chat would fix pretty much all of the problems, they're not going to do that because that makes

the stock and the value of the company increase. If Roblox was just rated M straight out the gate and was exactly what it is, I'd mostly be fine with that. Mercy. I think some of these game modes are hilarious as [__] Roblox is undeniably a very entertaining game. At worst, Roblox is engaged in the sexual and physical exploitation of children in the name of profit and stock value. At best, they are simply unwilling to do what is actually necessary. And all the kidnappings, lawsuits, all the bad stuff is just incidental. And the funny part is you can say all this stuff and you'll never be sued for slander cuz it's true.

I decided to do some on the ground research. Hopped into Roblox and within 5 minutes I Yep. I found [__] I found XYZ public bathroom simulator hangout. 7.5 million visits. Why? Who wants to [__] hang out at the bathroom? Create AI girl roleplay. What is the recommended ages for that? Ages five plus. Can we kiss? Oh, it got censored. Oh my god. It is still registered. What? still knows. Oh my god. How we're uncovering oversightes just in like 5 minutes of doing this? What?

Jesus Christ. Ask it. Why is Roblox so unsafe for kids? Something's wrong with the network. It won't answer that. What? It won't answer that. Anime Feet Hangout. Like the title is just bad enough. You like if you're 7 years old, you shouldn't even know what Anime Feet Hangout is. You shouldn't even know what anime is, period. It's like even if some of these games aren't that popular, it's the fact that they existed at all. It shows what's possible, what could pop up. Okay, here's one. High school roleplay. ages five plus. This just in. Breaking news. Minors apparently do not reach high school at the age of five. For more on these mindbending, unbelievable conspiracy theories, we go live with Alex Jones.

I'm kind of [__] Look, the idea of Roblox being this game that's an unmodderated hellscape of custom maps and modes, that's really funny. It just should not be played by kids. You know what Roblox needs? I've seen this twice before. That's what it needs. That's what it needs right there. So simple, so easy. Because I mean, if you didn't have this or the M rating, then people might look at this cute little scroll and think, "Oh, this is age appropriate for my kid, right?" You know, if you want to go old school though, you could also just get one of these. Oh, fun fact. Did you know a few years ago, Roblox secretly updated the ESRB rating from

E10 plus to T14? Oh, and in the UK back in January, they bumped it up from 12 to over 16 plus. How often do games change their ratings after they come out? Never. Ever. Just maybe a week ago, they added 18 plus restrictions. The reason Roblox keeps upping the ante on their target demographics trying to appeal to more and more people is because they don't know what else to do to make the company more valuable. So, we developed this theory of there's so many ways to grow and one is all ages. Uh, what would be the hardest way to do this? The easy way might [snorts] be to split the platform, have an older Roblox or a younger one. The

hardest would be to be so good at safety and civility across the platform that we could start supporting those older, more mature experiences. Translation: Yeah, it would have been the smartest, safest, most effective method to split the player base between age groups, but we're not going to do that. So, here you go, kids. Enjoy your strip club roleplay. There's still a lot of room for growth in USA 9 through 12, but historically the opportunity we have in 17 and up, it's massive. Really, when your target demographic is minors or you at least want them to be able to participate, there are sacrifices. As much as I love being able to create my own custom Call of Duty emblems, there's a reason they can't bring this feature

back. It sucks, but I understand why, and yeah, it's probably for the better. Or sometimes I'll look up an old Spongebob clip and I'll be like, "Oh yeah, I love this show. What are other people saying about it in the comment?" Oh, it's for kids. It's probably better that comment section isn't open. Roblox is the type of company that will never do the right thing unless they are forced to. Case in point, this Roblox has announced new age restrictions that will bar players under 18 from seeing, accessing, or creating 18 plus content. Okay, so time out. This wasn't a thing before. I mean, I also have to ask the obvious question.

Why does a game that's targeted at children have 18 plus modes to begin with? The oldest reason in the world, money should just be two separate games. Like YouTube and YouTube Kids are two separate platforms. David and Roblox love to boast about their rigorous safety methods and how they're taking an industry-leading stance on age-based communications. What? Dear God. First off, I [__] hope they're not taking a industryleading stance. If they are, we're we're cooked. Also, agebased communication. That's That's a phrase. Oh, you want to talk moderation? How many updates has Roblox had to protect the children? It's like a neverending list, man. Somehow, despite everything they say that they're doing, there has been a 2,000%

increase in the number of reports of children being sexually exploited on Roblox. I'm sorry, my math was wrong. A 3,000% increase. Imagine if you will a company whose largest demographic is children and they make it their utmost priority to protect those kids. They are the future of our species and we have a duty to you stupid. So you have to imagine that cuz it ain't real. You have to make a decision, right? You keep your players safe, but then it would be less of them on the platform. Or you just let them do what they want to do and then all the numbers look good and investors will be happy. Well,

luckily for us, there's never been a tech company that sold off people's private data. I mean, isn't it nice that we live in a utopia? This war is a people's war against a system that spiraled out our control. It's a war against the [__] forces of entropy. Understand? Let's say, okay, this new feature lowers the 3,000% increase. Is this the way we should be trying to lower this number? No. Again, why do you think every time the soulless husk of David Bizooki appears on screen, he always talks about how their biggest priority is keeping people on Roblox?

We are trying to keep people on our Roblox platform. Biggest things we do on Roblox is try to keep people on our platform. Why? because that's what makes them money. We need money. YOU DUMB FOOL. MONEY OR WE ARE DEAD. THIS LEADS ME to our next section. And it's not hyperbole to say that this company is actively protecting child predators. As if that wasn't unbelievable enough. They are willing to pay a heavy price to do this. 12 billion apparently lost in stock value over just 9 days. That's really cool. Like I said, great move by the chief safety officer, cashing in that $800,000 worth of stock

the day before sending Schle a cease and desist order and kickstarting one of the most insane self-destructive PR disasters ever witnessed in the history of corporate America. That was a very smart move. It's like he's playing 5D chess. Of course, there's corruption inside Roblox. Why wouldn't there be? I mean, on top of everything else, would you honestly expect anything less? What kind of scam do you call this? Where the company itself reports net profit losses every quarter yet the value of the stock keeps going up and the people who own that stock keep like selling it. Economists and investors in chat, can you explain this? Like help me out in the comments. I don't understand. I mean, you want to see some crazy

allegations? Check out this by Hindenburg Research. Yeah, the company has reported net losses every quarter since becoming a public company. Losses totaling 1.07 billion. Insiders have cashed out 1.7 billion in stock since the company's 2021 public listing. The last 12 months, insiders have sold 150 million, including 115 by the CEO himself. Have you figured it out yet? Won't somebody think of the billionaires? Why are you being mean to this man and photoshopping his face into pictures with Jeffrey Epstein? Why would you do that? He's just a billionaire.

Our research indicates that Roblox is lying to investors, regulators, and advertisers about the number of people on its platform, inflating key metrics. Did you know David was paid $233 million in compensation packs in 2021? He's just a humble guy. I'm sure you've done $233 million worth of work in a year, haven't we all? So Hindenburg alleges that Roblox's measures for collecting daily active user data is not a measure of unique individuals because they can include numerous accounts run by the same user or bot accounts, if that makes sense. And Roblox told the SEC that it is unable to identify if a

user has multiple accounts. What kind of scam is this called? I really want to know. It's like when you lie to investors to inflate the value of your stock and then cash out because you own a whole bunch of it because you're like really high up on a company. Isn't that a scam? It sounds like it. But what does all this mean? It means Roblox and its leadership has every reason to pump the value of the stock any opportunity they have, including the sexual exploitation of children. Now, this might come across as harsh to some viewers, but I think the CEO of Roblox is a [__] worthless brain deadad scum [__] bastard. Pile of trash, mental [__] Whenever he's interviewed on the news about how unsafe his platform is, he's

always talking directly to the investors. It's like they always sneak in some mention of how many players they have. There's almost 100 million daily active users on Roblox every day. They've done this in dozens of official investor communications. Yeah, dude. Okay, I just found this article and I'm going to blur it out because I don't want to read any more than I just did, but like this passage right here about the type of [__] that happens on Roblox, what kids are willing to do for Roblox, it's sickening. Just to reiterate, Roblox is a platform and a company that does not care about child exploitation. It is a platform built off of it. Okay, so moving on. So about 25% of Roblox's

player base is under the age of nine. Let's add a dating app to this game. Yeah, let's let's put them on Kinder. I have no mouth and I must scream. This is real. David, [__] them kids. Bazooki is pushing for Roblox to have a dating app. What the [__] wrong with you? In other news, Satan has finally found his way to Earth. He's buried himself inside the skin of a man named David Bazooki. You thought I was being hyperbolic about how Roblox was opening the doors for child predators. If you still think that at this point in the video, you're sadly mistaken. Sometimes people give game journalists a bit too much [__] that they overlook when they write a banger headline like this one. Roblox CEO horrifies every

parent alive with his ambition that the platform become a dating hub, a virtual date to start and then if they connect, move to the physical world. Someday we'll have dating on Roblox. And I think a lot of people who might be afraid to go on a real life date might find it easier to have a virtual date to start and then if they connect move to the physical world. So, I think, you know, in a wellness platform, I think of as a platform to help loneliness and help bring connection. What the [__] wrong with you? What the wrong with you? [__] wrong with you?

Seriously, this guy's such a [__] creep. I've never seen anyone try to get on the Epstein list. Like, it's crazy. What are you doing? In a presentation that has now been unlisted on YouTube, David Shizuki thought it would be a good strategy to announce his Roblox dating initiative. immediately after explaining that he wants to integrate the game into a K through2 public education format. Now, there's a lot of caveats here. There sure is, buddy. Astute observers might notice something strange. Let's call it a typo. 17 plus adults 17 plus adult. These are not equal. This might be a major culture shock to any non-Americans, but in our country,

people are legally recognized as an adult at the age of 18, not 17 and older. Ripleys, believe it or not, leave a like if I just blew your [__] mind right now. Does David know that adding a plus sign at the end of a number doesn't increase the age someone becomes an adult? Of course he does. He's trying to lower it. Guys, I know how this looks. A game predominantly played by children. I mean, what's the problem with opening it up to 17 plus dating? Like, but you're just crazy, bro. And then what's that? You hear the booing in the background? The groans of disbelief. Let's not go crazy. Okay, so notice double caveat.

David has gone all in on selling sex to minors. He's shown his hand and we're going to watch this incredible bet collapse in real time. It doesn't take a sports metaphor to understand this is the body language of a man who wants to deflect all accountability. I didn't do it, ref I it wasn't me, ref. This is the pose you strike when you realize karate chops and headbutts are not legal in basketball. This is how you look when you run into your own [__] teammate. And he announced this in public of all places. Frankly, I'm amazed he wasn't stoned to death on the spot. This man simply has no soul. And although it's little consolation, at least we can take some minuscule amount of comfort knowing

that he's going to die without one. This is the part where once again I remind you about the 3,000% increase in child sexual exploitation reports between the years of 2019 and 2024. 3,000%. I mean, I'd like a 3,000% increase on my YouTube analytics, but not there. And by the way, on average, about 10% of sex crimes are actually reported. So, if you were to run the numbers, it's not good. Now, think about this. If you're the CEO of a company and you know that your platform is responsible for harboring the sexual exploitation of potentially hundreds and hundreds of kids a day, how would you sleep at night if you had a soul? Not well. David looks like he sleeps beautifully. He must have

a fantastic skin routine. What the [__] wrong with you? This can't be a real human, dude. And ultimately, we think 3D simulated meeting, I'm not going to use the D word, but subsequently real life relationships is going to happen. Okay? And we're going to build a platform to support that. What the [__] wrong with you? Yeah. No [__] You're not going to use the word date when talking about communications between minors and anyone else. This dude knows exactly what he's doing. Why do you think he's being so defensive? Refusing to acknowledge the reality of what it is he's actually proposing.

Real life relationships is going to happen. Okay. And we're going to build a platform to support that. Ladies and gentlemen, there you have it. The smoking gun. If you still needed it at this point, they have built a platform to support that. And I'm not even going to bother listing all of the horrible things that has happened on Roblox because it's worse than your imagination. Of course, Roblox is desperate for children to play this game through their teen years, much like how cigarette companies want people to smoke their entire lives, and they're trying to figure out ways to appeal to teenagers. But there are things you are

supposed to outgrow as a kid. You don't see the CEO of Teletubbies making an R-rated sex flick, 50 Shades of Tinky Winky. Kids are supposed to outgrow some things. So either keep Roblox as a strict kidsonly platform or transition it to being full M-rated. By making this targeted push at a teen demographic, they are continuing to open the floodgates for pedophiles to come in and exploit kids, which they've been doing and show no signs of stopping. And this is the part where we come back to Schlepp, the catalyst. As a victim of grooming on the platform when he was young, Schlepp has taken it upon himself to prevent other kids from experiencing what he did. I can't

imagine why a guy like Schlepp would feel passionate about this topic. And he's gotten at least six predators arrested. Now, that doesn't sound like much, but those are results. Out of all the sting operations they did in To Catch a Predator, they got maybe 400 predators arrested. That was an entire operation. To Catch a Predator was NBC. From what I can tell, Schlepp appears to do everything by the book. When he talks to these guys, he doesn't put himself in harm's way. He doesn't try to physically meet up with them and then try to beat their ass with a frying pan. I think you can trust a pedo hunter if Chris Hansen gives him his endorsement. He cataloges and sends all the evidence of the chats

to both law enforcement and physically mails them to Roblox HQ. He sends that [__] through the mail. And that's the thing about being a good vigilante is that you kind of got to be like Batman. You've got to have a code. And Schlepp has a code. He works with law enforcement. Same as our caped friend. And that's why it's so crazy to see a company just light themselves on fire by targeting this guy. You have to be severely detached from reality to not see what kind of wildfire explosion was about to go off. Now, based on everything we've covered in this video, which is not the full story, is it any wonder why vigilantes like Schlepp have emerged? Is anyone confused why Batman

doesn't like criminals? And here's the thing, the dark reality is also that a child is just one mistake away from having to deal with a lifetime's worth of trauma, one mistake away from having to live with that the rest of their lives. And Roblox is making it easier than ever for kids to make those mistakes. But you know what? Let's at least hear their side of the story. We did something that was arguably controversial. Arguably. They say one of the reasons they banned his account is because he was distracting users and moving them to have off-platform conversations. They're not users, they're pedophiles. Is that

what I think it is? Why, yes, it's a Freudian slip if I ever saw one. How dare you direct these child predators off of my platform? Don't you know this hurts our player retention numbers? Every single statement Roblox makes only implicates them further. This is a building that feels like it's bound to collapse into the ground. David is such a popular man that a petition calling for his resignation reached over 170,000 signatures in a week. And I know petitions sometimes accomplish nothing, but I may as well link it because, you know, the higher that number gets, the better it looks on a headline. What I don't understand is optics. like who's

managing this? If you were at a high position within Roblox leadership, you'd see the potential in partnering and working with a guy like Schlepp, not just to write the wrongs of previously poor moderation practices, but to signal to the world, hey, we're Roblox and we're going to do everything we can in our power to protect kids. It's about the easiest W you can get. It's a layup when nobody else is on the court. It's a free kick with no goalie. Roblox has this long troubled history of failing to protect children, but now they're working with individuals who can produce results and do so legally. Banning Schlle instead of the predators is kind of like arresting the guy who went into

the burning house to save three children instead of trying to track down the arsonist who lit the fire. Kids are just one mistake away from having to deal with and live with a lifetime's worth of trauma. And Roblox is making it easier than ever for bad people to inflict that trauma on kids. I'm not being hyperbolic. This is a genuinely evil company. It's like child exploitation is not merely a byproduct of Roblox's business model. It's part of the business model. And I think that's really what's so sickening about all of this. In the never- ending rat race of profits, Roblox is a company that has found itself on the side of child predators rather than the people catching them and handing them over to

law enforcement. It's truly a dystopian tale of profits above everything else, including child safety. There is a way to lower this number, and Roblox will fight tooth and nail to avoid that. And that is the dark reality of Roblox. So, thank you all for watching. This was a very pleasant video, wasn't it? Um, I know I've been a bit late to the party, but I finally got this out the door. Thank you for watching. Leave a like if you did. Please don't forget to subscribe. We're getting close to 2 million. I hope to hit it very soon. But, but I want to give one final shout out to Schlle and Chris Hansen for all

of the good things they've been doing uh to help keep kids safe. All right, everyone. That's all I got for today. This is the ActMan signing out. Peace.
