The battlefield is evolving faster than ever. Delay is no longer neutral. To maintain our edge, the US Army is executing the most comprehensive acquisition reform in a generation. We're moving from a slow, siloed system to an integrated model built for one purpose, delivering lethality at the speed of relevance. This isn't a future promise. It's happening now. The Army unified requirements, acquisition, logistics, sustainment, testing, and resources under empowered leaders, enabling real-time decisions. We are taking smart risks to get the 70% solution into the field faster, rather than waiting years for perfection. The results across the Army are real. We

rapidly prototyped the M1E3 Abrams by partnering with the commercial automotive industry. We delivered a new 30-mm airburst round for the Apache helicopter in record time to support an active operation. We are partnering with industry and conducting a shoot-off under the new low-cost containerization munitions program to identify and select vendors with the capability to produce thousands of low-cost cruise missiles. We accelerated the deployment of the Cheyenne aircraft, proving our commitment to rapid innovation. We are streamlining foreign military sales to strengthen our allies and ensure seamless interoperability on the global stage. And we're using AI to reduce tasks that once took 10 hours down to just 5 minutes. Soldiers

don't fight with individual pieces of equipment. They fight with integrated capabilities. We are cutting bureaucracy and accelerating timelines to ensure our warfighters have the modern tools they need when they need them. The Army is delivering for the warfighter.
