We are just a few days away from the start of season 3 and we're about to have an early look at the full battle pass. Free rewards you cannot miss and the biggest live event we've had in years. This Friday we'll be having the shattered live event which will take us straight into the start of season 3 on Saturday. The story starting with the arrival of a dark voyager and the chapter 6 finale event blowing up the battle bus and becoming public enemy number one. He's slowly been taking over the island and rebuilding the zero point at lethal labs using the ice king as help visiting different universes to collect the pieces and rebuild the zero point. Team foundation and the seven are
actually the good guys trying to stop that from happening. As the final showdown takes place an absolutely huge battle will happen but who's going to win? Well, I'll be streaming the event here on my channel so make sure you subscribe and there's going to be a ton of free rewards that you do not want to miss out on. So firstly, simply for attending the live event which will only once for the way, no reruns, you get the dark voyager's pickaxe for free. This is going to be happening on June the 5th at 7:00 p.m. EST. I'll put a few different time zones on screen here but there will also be an in-game countdown so you can't miss it. And the experience will actually change depending on which team
you're fighting for. For the second free reward, you need to experience the event with at least one friend. know someone's going, team up with them or if you don't have any friends, just find someone online, quickly add them and join into the event together to get the dark voyager's sidekick. I genuinely need to write a note for that because I almost always go into these events solo but not this time. Now, just before we take a closer look at the official season 3 battle pass, there's a few final things that we know thanks to a recent season 3 trailer that Fortnite put out revealing that the visitor will actually show his identity as his helmet has dropped down on the floor. Will it be another
celebrity? Maybe. The Ice King will be causing an earthquake, shattering the island, hence the name shattered for the live event. Now, what about the Battle Pass? Well, take a look at this. This is Fortnite Season 3 Runners. It's an odd name. Why is everyone running? What happens in this live event? Well, what we do know is that you should be entering code Ali A right now ahead of the Battle Pass launching on Saturday. As we break down everything that we can see here, starting with the burnt peanut. This guy is everywhere on Twitch and gaming. He's going to be, I think, the first-ever icon sidekick. Courage to get his dog, but this is like an actual icon just as a sidekick. Most likely he'll have his own voice lines in
game. Little bit controversial at the moment. Some people don't like him, and some people absolutely love him. Probably the coolest thing is the Sprite mech skin. I loved Sprites in Chapter 6. Everyone loved Sprites. It was so weird they didn't do even more with them, but they have. Taking a close look at this image, you can see so many different Sprites. We've got a flame Sprite. We've got like an electric punk Sprite, a poison Sprite, a duck Sprite, and it even looks like we're going to be getting a Fishstick Sprite. There may be even a cube-infused powered Sprite. Like, what? These look so cool as their own armored skins.
We'll also be getting the PJ Remix skin. This is originally a Chapter 5 skin with a brand new style. Doctor Slone as well. One of the original highest up in the Imagined Order. It's great to see her return. It's a very positive sign that the storyline is going to continue to cook in Season 3. And the summer girl skin. Some people said that this looked like another female gaming creator. They are very similar, but I don't think that's who it is. Probably the most exposed female skin we have ever seen.
Fortnite just not caring anymore. There's been a lot of talk about her online. She has multiple styles. You can take a jacket on or off. But, that's not all. We have a duck skin. This guy is literally wearing glasses. He has a big circular head. There's even an entire POI dedicated to him with multiple styles. I think he could be my favorite skin. Cerberus is half human, half robot. Very similar to the original Cerberus from chapter 5. We've got a blindfolded lady that looks very similar to a survey skin, but with different colors. Looks like maybe that she can change her style depending on the sprite. Pen and ink styles are super popular at the moment. We recently got
Batman. We've had Superman, and John Wick looks to be next with his pitbull coming as his very own sidekick. With such a massive emphasis on sidekicks, we could be seeing even more like Stitch from Lilo and Stitch film coming as well. It is the Pokémon's 30th year anniversary. That just happened to align with a perfect Pokémon sidekick. Like, imagine. How many Pokémon are there now? Like, a thousand? Imagine they gave us all of them in Fortnite. I'd buy them all. I'd go bankrupt buying them all. I don't even care. Let's take a closer look at the gameplay and map changes cuz we've had a few trailers that have
dropped over the last few days. The story is focused around a zero point, which spoiler, will get rebuilt, which hints at the fact that the dark voyager will actually win during the live event. Tons of sprites all around the island. With the theme originally leaked as being tropical, we're still getting those kind of themes around the island. The tropical biome in the center of the island replacing the dark dominion. A remixed Utopia city, which is where the dark mansion exists. An even bigger desert biome. If you hadn't quite clocked all of the characters in the battle pass image are standing on a
yacht, which is also coming to the map. I think the last time we had that it was when Midas appeared in chapter 5. What an incredible moment. Maybe he'll be returning as well with a new mid-game objective. Fortnite like to throw things in that happen towards mid and end game that keep things exciting like rift anomalies at the moment for example. This new mid-game objective will be similar to flag capture points which could give us the new seven boots which has been leaked as a new item. And talking of weapons, we have the chaos reloaded assault rifle which will reload while it's in your inventory. Like the somebody needs the chaos shotgun we got this season. The rift pistol first seen in the chapter 2 event used by Jonesy.
Can also be seen in the battle pass image. A triple barrel shotgun. Yeah, not double but triple dealing crazy damage and each season is often really influenced by how good a shotgun is because it's basically a weapon that everyone will be using. And if there isn't a good shotgun, it's not a good sign. Those seven boots that I mentioned giving faster movement, enhanced sliding. You can see the duck just like skidding along the ground and potentially even a higher jump. For all of you guys out there that are Fortnite sweats, you know who you are. You've made it to the end of the video and you've got some great rewards coming next season. It's going to be some ranked changes, but it's going to be a
new top rank called unreal legends. You need to reach unreal rank first, but you need to hold at least 2 and 1/2 thousand skill rating and place in the top 500 on the unreal leaderboard. Like should this season be filled with professional players. That's insane. With there also being a global leaderboard for the best tournament results that anyone can see. And one of the coolest rewards which I probably won't get unfortunately is that if you reach unreal rank, you get the axe of unreal pickaxe.
