Chances are if you're watching this video, one of the top comments probably says first. And that's because being first at places is cool. And so today, I figured it'd be fun to be the first person at a bunch of different places, institutions, and even YouTube videos to see what the experience is like. I'm talking the first person at a theme park, the first person in a mall, and even the first person on a Mr. Beast video, if that's possible. Okay, guys. This first place we're going to try to be first at is the American Dream Mall, which is one of the largest malls in the United States, and they just opened. So, I think that guy's an employee. But otherwise, I am the first person here.
And I also want to be the first person at the Apple store because apparently if you're the first person at the Apple store, they clap for you when you come in. So they officially open at 11:00. Right now it is 10:50. I was able to get in 10 minutes early because I figured out which door opens at 10:50. So a little bit of a cheat code, but I want to see whether or not the Apple store actually gives me a little bit of a round of applause when I go in. Looks like we have some competition as well. All right, so while I was doing that intro, three people got in front of me. So now I have to sprint to the Apple store. So at the very least, I could be
first at Apple. I need to get that round of applause. Maybe I'll buy you guys something here. So, it's on the second floor. So, I want to go up here. I don't see anybody. I think we're good. Come on. All right. We're looking clear. The Apple store is right up here. So, I'm excited to purchase maybe some AirPods or something. I hope they're open. I really want to get in there. Oh, no. There's a line. All right. I think maybe if we wait in the line and we all enter, maybe we can all get the clap. Hopefully, it's like a communal clapping. All right. Let's see. Honestly, pretty cool if they do clap. I've never heard of a
place that actually celebrates its first customers, but they should. Other stores are opening now. So, we got Uniglow open up. Zara is still closed. Okay, so no clapping. All right. So, we were maybe the fifth person at this store. So, unfortunately, not first, but we were with the first bunch. Surprisingly, a lot of people lining up to come to the Apple store early on a Monday. We were here like 10 minutes early as well. I don't know how they got in the mall before us cuz we were also the first people in the mall. But,
nonetheless, I'm going to get some AirPods. So, make sure that you follow on Instagram. I will give one of you guys this pair of AirPods that I'm about to buy right now. occasions, product launches, if Tim Cook himself is coming into the store, then they'll clap. But generally, you're not going to get a clap, but we were first. We have to be the first people there. I'm currently here at Legoland because I'm trying to be the first person at a theme park. Now, theme parks are massive and right now it's a Friday, so it's going to be a super busy day.
It's beautiful outside. But I am here 45 minutes early because I want to be the first person in the park. Try to go on some rides by myself. Try to just interact with the entire theme park while nobody else is really there. And I want to see what the place ultimately looks like if I can get inside as the first person. With that said though, I see people lining up already and going through security. So I have to get ahead of them so I can enter first. So let's go. So we're here with Hannah because we're actually here for another video, but she was so kind to let us into the park 15 minutes early. So we actually have Legoland to ourselves for the next 15 minutes. What should we hit?
I think we should go to Castle. Hit the dragon. All right, the dragon is the scariest roller coaster in this park. So, let's hit it. Okay, we're approaching the roller coaster. As you can see, it's right there and it's not operating yet cuz it's still before park hours, but the park is completely empty. Like, take a look at this. The music's playing. Everyone's getting ready. Ride operators are in place, but we have this place to ourselves right now. All right. How are you? Thank you. So, no one's here yet, so there's no nerves or anything. Should be good to switch this.
Can I get my rebound shoe once more? Yeah. All right, maybe I'll try again when the park's open. So, I'm going to be the first person on this ride. Oh, ghost ride happening. So, they're doing the checks right now. So, last time we were at the park, there was so many people in this area. Now, nobody's here. They're just finishing up getting that ride warmed up. But, in the meantime, I was actually on this ride. You guys will remember last time. So, I want to go on this again, but this time with nobody there. So, I'm not going to be like playing against anybody besides myself. Okay, the goal is to break my record.
Previously, it was like 8 seconds. So, I have to get sub 8 seconds here. and I will have the record for the day and people have all day to break it. No one's here to witness this. Who would be the greatest that tower climb? Me, me, me, me. What was the time? I think we beat it. I think that was about 7 seconds or so. So I think overall we just witnessed history. How'd everyone else do? The only thing about this ride is like a fast track to rope burn. All right. All right, so completed that ride and it looks like nobody is in the park still, which means that we're good to go and we might be able to even get
on that other ride before other people even get in. All right, I'm told the park is opening any second, so I have to be the first person to ride this dragon. This is history. All right. First people, you hold my hat. Yeah. I'm assuming it'll fly up. All right. So, now we're just waiting to go on, but as you can see, nobody is here. So, I will be first. I'm going to sit in the front. I feel like the front is the best one. I got sweat in the hands and stuff. Okay. Welcome inside the castle. All right. All right, here we go. First person on the dragon here at Legolands.
This is actually a really cool inside. So, before we're going up, they just take you through this cool tunnel. Look at that. A full-on dragon and everything. Hey, dragon. All right, here we go. I can't believe I'm the only person on this ride. All right, here we go. Woo! Oh my gosh. How do kids go on this? That was a pretty intense drop. I think I'm crying. That was just a beautiful experience. Okay, as you guys saw, I was the first and only person on that ride. That was a lot of fun. I like being on rides by myself. It was a bit weird cuz no one else was cheering though, so it was just
me. Oh, we got a photo, too. I wonder which one is me. There's no one else around. All right. Thanks so much. Of course, boss. Have a great rest of your day. Thanks. You as well. Did you just call me boss? So, that's two rides we were able to get on before anybody else entered the park. And I actually don't see anybody else. I feel like we might be able to get one more in. We're entering Lego City. And it looks like nobody made it down here yet. So, it's still just us. Can I take a shot? Yeah, I got you.

So, it's not a basketball day for me. Oh, cool. Nobody's here yet. I want to see if I can go into this driving school area by myself. Okay, guys. I was able to get into this Lego City driving course area. As you can see, I'm currently at a red light, so I can't be moving. And I also don't know if I'm too heavy for it to actually go. So, I don't want to test it too much. But still, nobody's in the park. And here I am learning how to drive. It's the longest light ever.
Oh, I actually do see two people. So, that is three rides down. I want to get one more cuz that'd be crazy to get on four rides by myself before anybody gets here, but they're starting to come. So, I have to sprint to the next ride. I'm going to go to the furthest one in the park so nobody else can be there. All right. I think we're going to be the first people on this ride cuz I don't see anybody here. Let me go ahead and confirm with the ride operator. Are we the first people on this? Uh, all right, guys. So, as you can see, there's people starting to come into the park cuz right now we're about 10:10. But we were able to get a good amount done being the first people here at the park. So, that was a lot of fun. Lots of
rides, lots of unsuccessful games, but nonetheless cool being the first person at the theme park. I highly recommend it. You just have to come like 40 minutes early, I'd say. All right, let's see what else we can be first at. I'm currently outside of McDonald's because I'm trying to be the first person to get fries. So, right now it is 10:23 and lunch starts at 10:30. And so, I want to see if I can get the freshest fries and be the first person in this busy McDonald's to get fries for the day. I heard they're very strict about this policy, so I want to see if I can maybe like bribe them to give me fries early, but being first for fries would be cool.
Can I just get a medium fry? Like the hash brown or fries? Oh, fries. Let me ask. You got them yet? Okay, thanks. All right. He's asking to see if they can maybe hook me up a little bit early, but it does sound like I'm the first person to order fries today. That would be like 5 minutes. Yeah, that's cool. What time do you start lunch at? Uh, 11. Oh, 11:00. Oh, I thought it was 10:30. Oh, sorry about that, man. Thanks for hooking it up. That's actually really early. 10:25. We're getting 11:00 fries. Appreciate it. Okay, so first fry of the day at 10:26 a.m. Even though the fries begin at 11:00 a.m. So excited to see these, bro. Look at that. That's like commercial grade. The oils are the freshest. The fryers are cleaned out. These potatoes were delivered yesterday. Like these are fresh. Let's get a little taste test. They look perfectly salted, too. It almost tastes different because it's so fresh. Like, this is the cleanest version of the fry you can get. I don't think I've ever had this before. So, I'm going to give this a 10 out of 10 in terms of McDonald's fries.
Definitely worth being first if you could do this. Shout out to our man that hooked us up 36 minutes early. I'm very excited for this next one because I reached out to Mr. Beast and his team and they are actually letting me be the first person on their brand new YouTube video coming out. So most of the time when people put out a video, the initial comments say first, first, first, but they're never really first. Especially on a Mr. Beast video that gets over two to 300 million views after like a year, which is insane. So to be the first person on a Mr. Beast video is actually probably the hardest thing in the entire world, if we're being honest. But here I have it right here. So as you can see,

So, the next spot I'm going to try to be the first person at is this Duncan, but I want to be the first person to get the fresh donuts that are unloaded off of the truck. So, previously I worked at another Duncan at 12:00 during a night shift, and I found out that they actually deliver the fresh donuts at 12:15 every single night. And so, I'm outside of this Duncan at 12:16, which means that I should be the first
person to receive a fresh doughnut. So, I'm going to go inside. I also heard murmurss that maybe you get the doughnut for free, which is crazy. So, let's bring it inside and see if we get a free fresh donut as the first customer. Okay, guys. So, it's 12:16, which means that the fresh donuts here at Duncan just arrived. And if you are the first person at Duncan, and I think I am officially going to be the first person, there's rumors that they're supposed to give you a free donut. And in this case, a free fresh doughnut that was just offloaded from the trucks. So, let's see if that's true. Did you get the fresh donuts in yet for the night?

She said it was fresh in the sense that it was made this afternoon, but it's certainly not the 1215 just offloaded from the truck donuts. It was a specialty cool donut, so I've never seen anything like this. Take a good look at that. So, I appreciate what they're going for, but unfortunately, it is not true that you get a free doughnut if you are the first person at Duncan. Nor can you get the
freshest donuts if you happen to come right when the truck unloads them. All right. Well, now we know. And don't waste your time trying to be the first person at Duncan. It's okay if you're 30 minutes late. There's no difference. All right, I wanted to try again. So, now I'm at a new Duncan and I'm going to be the first person to hopefully purchase a donut here and get their freshest donuts. I don't think they're the fresh donuts. So, once again, failed at Dunkin. I didn't get a fresh or free doughnut, but what I did get is a fruit punch munchkin. So, we got two pretty interesting specialty donuts. So, being first does have its benefits. You can get some of the more interesting ones before they're gone. Give us a little bite. It's not very good. So, that's Duncan. If you're the first person there, once again, I just don't recommend doing it. There's no benefit whatsoever. The next place I'm trying to be the first person at is McDonald's.
And this particular McDonald's is 24/7, which means that the first customer technically arrives at midnight at 12:00. Right now it is 11:56. So what I'm going to do since the inside is closed is get into my car, go through the drive-thru, and be the first person as soon as the clock strikes 12:00. And there's a couple things I want to look out for. So maybe we get a free item. I don't know if they're serving breakfast at this point. I don't think I've been to a McDonald's drive-thru after 12:00 in quite some time. So I kind of forget how this goes. So as you can see over there, there's nobody currently in the drive-through line. So I am ripe to be the first customer. Okay, guys. So it is
11:59 right now. So I'm going to pull up on the dot to guarantee that I am the first customer here. Oh my gosh. As I say that, there is literally a car right there. But technically, that's the last customer because it is 11:59, which means that assuming this guy places his order within the next 10 seconds, then my order will be the first one placed. Kind of excited. I hope we get something for free. The goal is to get fries for free because I did see somewhere that the first person at McDonald's, sometimes they'll give you something for free, but that might be for non 24-hour ones. All right, here we go. First customer of the day.

That guy didn't want anything to do with me. He didn't seem too excited about the prospect of serving the first customer of the day at McDonald's. Maybe because he's still closing out these last customers over here. So now the only thing that remains to be seen is if I get this comped and it's free. And I'm also curious to see what the quality of the fries are if you're the first person. Do they give you fresh fries or
do they just give you the leftovers from last night? Cuz earlier in this video at the McDonald's, as you guys saw, we got the freshest possible fries. But these could actually be fresher. So, a little bit of an update. It's been 5 minutes and I've yet to move. I'm still in this spot, which makes me think that they're refreshing the staff for the day. So it's like the night shift is coming in to serve the first customers. So there's a lot of turnover happening. exactly at midnight here at McDonald's. Read your fries. Yeah. Yes. Can I take your order? Thank you. So, something I want to look out for is I just got the receipt and sometimes when they refresh the receipt queue, it will say that I was the first
person to order for the day. But unfortunately on here it says that I am the 1,300th 48th person to order. So, I guess they don't refresh things. Or if they do, I don't know when they would. Why wouldn't you just do it at 12? What else is a good natural time to reset things? Okay, McDonald's. I'm definitely not feeling like the first customer. I thought I'd get some special treatment, but we still have time. I could get the best fries on earth right now. Hey, you've been here before. I have. Yeah, it's my local McDonald's. Uh, so we're trying to be the first at every place. So, but this is a 24-hour McDonald's, right?
Yeah. So, is your first customer at midnight? Does that count? At 12:00? Like, at what point do you guys basically reset and it's like, all right, like we just begun. No, but interestingly, I did actually learn something right there. He said that at 4:00 24-hour McDonald's shut down for 10 minutes so they could reset and like put things into place again. So, at the very least, we learned something. Let me go ahead and give the fries a taste here. They feel good. They look good. And they taste good.
