[JERRY CHEAMBE] We were at the point where we were thinking about how do we become bigger? How do we transform? We could not use the right words for it, but we just really wanted to scale. And we're thinking about what will make us scale, and we took part

At the recruitment in Cameroon last year where the program was presented and it was like, immediately, this is something we need.

[JERRY CHEAMBE] My biggest aha moments came not from me, but from my team members. And I think that is such a powerful aspect of the program because I realized as a business leader, a lot of the ideas, strategies were stuck in my head and our company lacked clarity But through the first two parts of the program, I see the transformation happening from within the company. [GIFTY QUARSHIE NGISSAH] I think that one of the important things I also picked up was succession planning, especially for me as a second generation leader, was succession planning. And now that I'm in second generation,

how is this going to move on to third, fourth, and fifth generation? [LEBO LESHABANE] So the aha moment really was when we understood how to integrate our core values with the problem that we were solving and how to make the most impact. [JERRY CHEAMBE] You may think it's only for tech companies Here in our program, we have logistics companies, fashion companies, carpentry workshops, pharmacies, medical doctors, clinics, all branches. The key thing is one, do you want to transform? Do you want to skill?

[BRIAN MOGENI] If you're building a business that's growing, a business that's scaling, Stanford Seed can really help you, you know, build the right foundation for that.
