Daily Qigong Practice Tips for Consistency and Better Health

How do I maintain Qigong practice daily consistently so that I can have a good benefits to improve my health, improve my peace and joy in daily life? That is very wonderful question to ask to yourself. So, dear friends, welcome back to Qigong meditation channel. So, today I really take this opportunity to share with you that uh my um my daily practice Qigong that I really enjoy every day. So, in Qigong meditation channel, uh we have so many Qigong exercise uh videos, right? And sometimes you feel confused. So many videos. What I really want to do is uh um find myself that how can I inspire myself to maintain consistently because every day sometime we have uh desire to really want to do a lot things, right? So many things.

And we try to get the result right away. And we try to practice long, uh 1 hour, 2 hours, you know, it's uh 30 minutes. And uh we find ourselves that we don't have enough time. And we give up. And we cannot follow up anymore with the next videos and stuff like that. And our life is very busy. But for me is like a 5 minutes uh every day is possible to do that. And uh take it easy. You may um start with the 5 minutes every day. [snorts] You can uh find the videos from the Qigong for beginners if you are beginners, okay? So, find the video that's suitable and inspire you. And just 5 minutes because 5 minutes for me is a lot already. Because uh every day is very easy for us to just

offer yourself 5 minutes to stand up, to move, to do exercise. It's not difficult. But the main thing here is uh maintain consistently. Maintain every day 5 minutes. So, for me in the morning when I wake up, I [snorts] usually take some time to have a time to do sitting meditation. Sometimes I sit with my own uh self or I do sitting meditation with the whole sangha, with the whole community, monastic monks and nuns. Then I also take some time to enjoy uh chi kung exercise. Mhm. I do 30 minutes. Sometimes 30 minutes. But if I don't have a time, 5 minutes is possible. So, 5 minutes is also wonderful. You can stand up, you can do some martial

movements, you can choose one movement. For example, this morning you can choose a movement circle arms. Okay? And the movement circle arm help me to relax my arms, my shoulders, and circulate my blood. Release tensions for my lower back. Okay? Because I can do that after a long period of sitting meditation, 1 hour, right? Or 45 minutes. So, kind of long period of sitting, I have a time just 5 minutes to stretch my shoulders and my lower back. Isn't it beautiful? And after just 5 minutes I feel amazed. I feel so wonderful. I feel grateful to my lower back, my spine, my shoulders. So, that is the way. So, during the day that sometimes you feel stiff, your body is like a lot of tensions from

the shoulders, from your neck, from your legs, from your spine, from your face. So, you can choose any video that's suitable for you. So, I have a lot of massage movements. So, you may choose some movements, for example, after long day you work in the office. So, you may do some kind of 5 minutes massage of face, massage of shoulders, massage of hands. So, please uh doing so, you can find the videos that is suitable for you to massage your body. Sometimes uh after uh the class, um or after [snorts] um long meetings, I want to lie down, right? I want to do deep relaxation. I want to relax my body. So, I do the movement to hang my legs on the wall or lie down to do like uh relaxing movements.

So, there is some movements that like that for you to do, right? So, please uh So, 5 minutes is so wonderful to start with. That is the way to help me to inspire uh my body, inspire my mind to really uh maintain my consistently exercising every day. And uh when I start with different movements and over again, for example, I do the Qigong movements I call the dragon. So, this is the most favorite favorable movements that I love every day. Help me to strengthen and improve my flexibilities. And strengthen my back and relax my spine. You know, I do these movements 5 minutes. And even I just maintain this movement to do over and over again.

[snorts] So, my 5 minutes is good. Sometimes I do these movements for 10 minutes, you know. So, please also you too video 5 minutes but just one moment or you choose video 5 minutes for different movements. The massage movements, different videos, different uh routine. And then you can break different time in the day. You can do 5 minutes in the morning. You can do 5 minutes after a nap. You do 5 minutes in the afternoon before dinner. Or you do 5 minutes before going to bed, right?

During the break time. So, it's always have a time for you to do exercise. All of us have 24 hours a day, right? So, depends on you to see that your health is very precious. Your life is And how can you balance your body and your mind? How can you balance your daily schedule so you can find um the time to do exercise. So, sometimes you feel you are the morning person. So, you can do exercise in the morning. The best is before breakfast when the sun rise. [snorts] Or you are the afternoon. You are the evening person. So, you can do exercise like that. But uh the best [snorts] is do exercise before meals. And when you have a empty stomach. But when

to do exercise after meals, should be one at least 1 hour, okay? And also, just don't start too long if you don't feel we don't have the time. So, please start with the 5 minutes. So, I have a bunch a lot of videos of 5 minutes to do that. So, I want to introduce you to just start the day with a 5 minutes. And then every day, every week, you can increase a little bit. Next day, 6 minutes, 7 minutes, or 10 minutes, 8 minutes. And then go up to 20 minutes. So, 20 minutes is the medium. It's wonderful. 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes in the afternoon. That is wonderful. And then when you are already like

follow my Qigong exercise for many years, you love it. Do the routine for 30 minutes. When you do exercise consistently like this, help you to improve your health. Improve your quality of your life. A lot of joy and peace in your body. And then [snorts] you feel you're connected more to your body. Your mind more relaxed. More happy. And that's why your day will be great for you, right? You feel your day is wonderful. You inspire because I heard so many people they do Qigong exercise that inspire themselves to maintain the quality of the day.

To make their days greater, right? So, I would like to wish you a wonderful practice and hopefully you continue to inspire yourself many ways that help you to maintain your Qigong practice consistently every day. And think about the start 5 minutes. And do that for the whole month, for the whole year, it's okay. You know, it's And then when you feel inspired more, do longer, okay?
