Kenya oh not in Kenya I tried do it now okay yeah let's do it okay and I think they just invited us to go in we can go in right yeah this is a factory means they don't produce any other chapati Factory it's just chapati oh taste it my first chapati in Kenya oh it's steamy it has to be it's got that really earthy chapati Aroma wow okay let's try it out mhm M oh Del very tasty that is it m awesome very wholesome yes so where should we go we should go find a stew now right yeah now we go down to the SL good stew that way yes good stew this way okay let's go so we got our chapati and we're going to go find the stew I'm really excited to try a local stew to eat with the chapati

that's like the joy of Life stew in the morning let's go on the fullon Nairobi food Adventure okay guys we're going deeper and deeper to find this local stew with the chapati oh it smells really good what's this wow it smells really good here oh what do we got here oh we're going in wow so this is a beans oh look at this oh and what are we making over here so this is uh first before they introduce the either meat or beans inside they have to be an onion sauce so this is for the stew yeah for the stew exactly we got a vegetable stew this is onion stew okra stew we call it okra stew and then they were going to make sua what type of greens are those skuma oh these are call skuma Wiki skuma wikium

means push the we ahead so that means they available everywhere so people can get it easily so that's means when you say suuma we is long so can get some oh get the week okay so we are in a local little stew station here right yes we've got all these different stews being made we've got one two three four stews so we have uh three people four people walking here yeah preparing food for the whole V whole area how long will this one take to make 2 hours oh here we go look at that goat meat stew we're getting goat foot stew here it looks so jiggly that oh look at that adding the broth in it just smells amazing thank you oh yeah let's go try it look at that jiggly go first too it smells amazing it's healthy too good collagen right

these are uh GS that are gra on the mountains so they have all the natural teste they only grasses they eat grasses that's why they're different to your processed food because it's not any fridge this is your home let's try it out please so here we are this still a half dish we need to complete this dish with something that goes with it wow so we have our chapati we can either have H what we call ugali look at that wow it's still steaming I can't wait to try this let's just do it let's just get right in and we got our chapati from the factory so how do you eat it how do you normally do it you roll it first roll it like wrap it like this yeah okay and then you can decide to bite and eat on this soup or you put a part of it

like inside just dip it in oh wow so we've really got a perfect plan we go to the chapati Factory and then you eat it with chapati right first bite is the M oh my goodness wow that's delicious M that's delicious you can taste the fat in there it's full energy from the fat so then we take the Foot Right mhm you have it from here you can bite it now just take it like the jiggly Yeah M oh full jiggle that is delicious it's so jiggly it's almost like a PA that you'll find in other countries that's really good then we have the Kenyan tea and this is strong black tea to help you to deal with this fat in your let's oh break fat yes cuz that's full fat yes it is very important and you have this condensed which is not

it tastes like dirt is that a joke it's not a joke it's like these are selling this is these are snacks these are peanuts just eating a rock this is good for women yeah for even pregnant or anybody who have no calcium oh good calcium yeah that makes sense wow now men even now men add addictive wow thank you yeah that was powerful it's like eating a rock I guess it's if you think of it as a medicine and not a food it makes sense but it's it's actually like eating clay like from the earth you got to rinse out your mouth I to be honest I really didn't like it but it's it's I guess a unique local specialty okay guys so we're going deep into this local area and uh we're going to find another
