So today, I had a little bit of everything I feel like. We had some Yes. Okay, so what are we going to get tomorrow I guess that's what Tomorrow, you know what? We're going to be a little more stable. We're going to have sunshine out there and then we're also going to have hot temperatures once again. So if you like the 90s, you're going to like it for tomorrow because that heat is coming back once again. Now as we look ahead, summer 15 days away but it certainly felt like summer over the last couple days. Summer doesn't begin until June 21st but with all the 90s that we've been seeing, people are saying, "You know what? I can get in the pool. I can go to the beach.
We're good with the heat." All right, so we look ahead for tomorrow. We are going to have sunshine out there and temperatures once again are going to be above average almost 10° above average but that humidity is going to be dropping off and that is going to make a big difference. As we look ahead for the work week, we start off cool weather and then we're going to warm things up by the end of the week. We look outside right now and our conditions show our temperature is 77°. Our winds are from the north and our dew points are still in the 60s. So there is a little bit of humidity outside. Today we got to 91°. That was almost 10° above average but no rainfall officially being recorded at the airport and we still do
need the rainfall because we are in a drought. So we look at our radar and notice we have dry conditions for us. We had some of those storms around earlier and we even had a few severe thunderstorm warnings. Those have since been gone and now we are looking at a severe thunderstorm watch to the west of us. Now as we go through tonight, can't rule out the chance of maybe an isolated shower or thunderstorm mainly to the north and west but overall, it should be a very quiet evening. Our temperatures right now in the 70s. You can notice the 60s around where we have the rain and then 82° in Quantico and 77 in DC. We look at our planner head for tonight. We keep those clouds around.
Rain chances are low and then for tomorrow morning and into the afternoon, lots of sunshine out there and we'll see high temperatures climbing to 91°. So, 91 for a high in DC, 90 in Upper Marlboro. Our communities down towards the our southeastern zones like La Plata and Prince Frederick, highs near 90. And just a few more clouds around for our northwestern zones, as we'll see high temperatures also near 90°. Now, Julie, while we're going to cool off on Monday and Tuesday, we are heating things right back up for the end of the week. The 7-day forecast looks to be very hot. We'll have that coming up shortly.
Okay, summer is here. That's for sure. Mhm.
