You're holding the cup of tea in your two hands. And you are truly present in the here and now. And you are present and represent with yourself. You bring your mind back to the body in the here and now and invite your mind to come home to yourself. In the morning, you usually uh enjoy the silence with myself. And to have a space and time to come back to myself, come back home to myself. Because during the day um we are very busy. And I'm easy to be lost um to the work, to the projects. So, the moment in the morning is a moment that I can enjoy my tea.
Come back home to myself to enjoy to take care. So, there is nothing to do, nowhere to go. Come back home to ourselves in the present moment to enjoy a cup of tea, to enjoy sitting, enjoy breathing, enjoy the space around you at your home [snorts] or in the garden or on the mountain like me. So, you can grace the space. Grace the space like uh a present enjoyable and at ease for yourself. Usually um when we are uh waking up in the morning, we already thinking about the work that we need to do. We are so uh rushing to the projects that we need to do. And that's why we lose ourselves in the present moment. So, in the morning, offer yourself 10 20
minutes to enjoy tea to enjoy sitting meditation so that you can return back home to yourself. To enjoy the present moment and also to offer yourselves the time to be with yourself. Come back home to yourself here is come back to the present moment. Come back to your body. Come back to your mind in the here and now. So that you can recognize what's going on in yourself. And you can recognize and you can smile to them. Smile with love and understanding. And then you can settle in the present moment and you know what you need to do, right? So, this is only time in the morning that you can be yourself, prepare yourself the best.
We are very grounded in the morning. We are very calm in the morning. And then we can be calm and grounded later on during the day. So, we don't carried away by the rushing, by worries, anxieties during the day. So, in the morning have a time to come back to ourselves is very important. That's what I love to do. Mhm, every time in the morning I wake up. I enjoy uh tea silently with myself and my ancestors. I have another cup for my And the same time to enjoy my sitting meditation with the Sangha, with community. And then I do my Qigong practice, morning Qigong routine. That is wonderful way to start, to begin my day. So, you may do the same if you would like to do like that.
