It's winter break, so let's turn winter themed snacks INTO EDIBLE DIY CRAFT. RECENTLY, I WAS GIFTED AN ICE CREAM MAKER. SO, when I tried peppermint mochi ice cream, I KNEW HOW TO TRY TO MAKE SOME PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM MYSELF. Here's how to make them. I bought this ice cream maker from Home Depot. So, let's throw in the ice. Then, you grab your heavy whipping cream, add it to the mixing bowl in the center. Then, we're going to sprinkle some salt on the ice to make it even colder. We're going to add a junior peppermint, candy cane jelly beans, and of course, peppermint dust, a crank and crush, and grind it all together. Once the milk freezes and turns into ice cream, we're ready to
feed. LET'S GRAB A FAT LO OF ICE CREAM. AND of course, a green holiday cone. Fat glob. Perfect landing. Let's add the toppings. Oo. And give it a lick before it melts. M. Crunchy from the peppermint. Peppermint ice cream's got to be the best invention ever. Oh yeah, I need a second one. If you want to learn how to eat ice cream without having your teeth really hurt, stick to that.
Oh yeah. Let's make some edible glass ornaments. You'll need Jolly Ranchers. Throw them in a silicone mold. Place them in the microwave. Place the water balloon. Pour the syrup right over the top. Now we just got to wait till this hardens. WO! THAT WAS SO COOL. Now we get to eat this edible ornament. It's so pretty. Sounds like I'M CHEWING ON GLASS. That's some nice ASMR. One more time. Careful where you crunch cuz it's sharp. Basic gingerbread houses are lame. So, let's make this magical ice castle made with sugar cookies. Rip it open and see
what it comes with. We got sugar cookies that are purple, blue icing, light blue icing, candy dragon, and frosting. Instead of using icing, we're going to use this 3D candy pen. It literally shoots out candy glue. And as it cools down, it hardens and solidifies, holding up my gingerbread structure. It looks pretty good, but let's make it better. Wo! It smells LIKE AN ICE KINGDOM. I HOPE I DON'T GET FROSTBITE. WHERE DO I EVEN START? GOT AN IDEA. That absolutely destroyed my hand. That sugar glue IS NO JOKE. M. IT'S CRUNCHY LIKE I WAS CHEWING ON AN ICICLE. PURPLE COOKIES ARE REAL YUMMY.
NOW IT'S TIME FOR THE main course. MR. BLUE DRAGON. I hope you're not spicy. Blue flame. Recently, I just bought these gummy blocks from Target. So, let's see what we can make WITH THESE THINGS. LET'S BUILD A HOUSE AND A Christmas tree. Let's cut open the box, pull out the pack, and see what flavors we got. Red cherry. They're so bright and click together. vibrant green apple and white peppermint blocks. Pour them out and get building. This house is looking pretty good and we're almost done. Let's add Mr. Elf. Oh no. Time to build the gummy Christmas tree. Let's lay the foundation and work our way to the top. It looks a little bland, so I think we need to add some snow and of course some ornaments. A few moments later. And we have our FINAL PRODUCT. KAPOW! WE GOT SOME POPCORN. Come on. Wo! Look how beautiful. Smells like white peppermint mocha straight from Starbucks. And it's super crunchy. Let's pour the rest into my mouth so I can gobble it up. TASTED LIKE A POPCORN DIPPED STARBUCKS LATTE. THAT'S GOT TO BE MY NEW FAVORITE HOLIDAY TREAT. I LOVE freeze-dried candy, so I decided to freeze dry some peppermint sticks. I wonder if they're going to get any bigger after we throw them in this freeze dryer. After a couple hours, here's what they look like. Giant puffs. Here's the final
product. It looks so cute. And they crush and puff like a snowball. Looks like my hand GOT DUSTED IN SNOW. THAT WAS SO SATISFYING. Let's do it again. Tasted like the PERFECT WINTER BREAK SNACK.
