And now, without further ado, let's start our healthy recipe roundup with my favorite recipe of 2022-Greek Salmon for Meal Planning. As you know, I've shared hundreds of recipes on the channel over the years, and some of them remain popular for a long time, like this incredible Greek salmon. So, the salmon itself turns out very juicy. It is rolled in wonderful Greek spices and then pan-fried until crispy on all sides. But, in my opinion, the best part of this

recipe is the Greek cauliflower salad, which is delicious, crunchy, and keeps well. I should also add: if you want to substitute the salmon for chicken, you can do so. It will still be very tasty. Next up is an incredibly fresh chickpea, cucumber, and feta salad, inspired by Jennifer Aniston's salad, which went viral on social media this year. Instead of bulgur, which Jennifer Aniston uses, I chose cooked quinoa to make the dish gluten-free and contain more protein. The addition of fresh parsley, mint, and chopped pistachios makes this salad special and puts it at the top of my list of dishes to try.

Speaking of everyone's favorite superfood, quinoa, this crunchy Thai quinoa salad is impossible to miss. It can be prepared instantly and stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, making it ideal for meal planning. Plus, it's bright, colorful, crunchy, nutritious, and incredibly delicious thanks to the Thai peanut dressing, which tastes hard to believe until you try it. Next, if you want something more comforting, then pay attention to this incredibly delicious and satisfying vegetable soup. It's quick and easy to make, but full of fiber and healthy ingredients you'll love. If you want to add more protein, you can add chicken to this soup or keep it completely vegetarian. It's entirely up to you. Remember that this soup is great for freezing. So

feel free to make a double batch and keep it on hand to reheat on a busy weekday evening when you don't feel like cooking at all. Next, let's talk about this incredibly delicious skillet with turkey, sweet potatoes, and ranch dressing. This quick and easy one- pan dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner and also great for making ahead. So there's so much to love here. It all starts with ground turkey combined with fiber-rich sweet potatoes. And then I add a little spicy ranch dressing for an incredible flavor. This is a dish that everyone likes-both children and adults. You can make it for dinner tonight and have it for lunch tomorrow. Well, friends.

How could you not like that? Another quick and easy dinner idea that made it onto my "must try" list this year is Shrimp and White Beans in a Skillet. It only requires a few ingredients and is ready in less than 15 minutes. Let's be frank. There's a lot to love here. In addition, the dish is rich in protein, fiber, and nutrients thanks to the combination of shrimp, white beans, tomatoes, and baby spinach. If you want to substitute shrimp in this recipe, you can totally use salmon and it will be just as delicious. Now let's talk about salads, because, honestly, it's hard to talk about the new year without mentioning salads. As you probably already know if you watch my channel, I usually don't really like salads. So when I find one I really like, it becomes a

regular dish in my house, and that's definitely the case with this incredibly delicious super salad that I think is life-changing. Instead of a boring lettuce base, we'll start this super healthy salad with kale, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts, so it's incredibly crunchy. I'll add some blueberries, almond flakes, and an unbeatable homemade poppy seed sauce on top. The result is a salad that you and your family will enjoy eating again and again. Since there is no regular salad here, it is great for weeknight prep. So feel free to cook a large portion and take it with you for lunch. With much love to you. If you're looking for something more filling, this for you. It all starts with a base of rice noodles, which I top with crispy cabbage, carrots, and

shredded chicken. This is a perfect way to use up leftover chicken, or you can buy a ready-made grilled chicken from the supermarket, cut it into pieces, and place it on top. The real secret to this salad is the incredible dressing, which perfectly balances sweet, salty, spicy, and savory notes that will make your mouth water. Rounding out my list of hearty salads is this wonderful Green Goddess option, which is based on crispy cabbage, broccoli, and kale, with But again, the main secret is my "Green Goddess" sauce made with Greek yogurt, lemon, and fresh herbs; This is an incredibly delicious dish that is perfect for pre-orders.

Last but not least: for those who enjoy low-carb meals, I have a recipe for breakfast biscuits that you have to taste to. They are gluten-free, keto-friendly, and incredibly delicious. These beauties are made with almond flour instead of wheat flour, but they still remain surprisingly light and fluffy. I should add that my husband Greg would say this is the best recipe I have ever come up with. And that means a lot, because, let's be honest, I've prepared a lot of dishes. Friends, I hope this recipe collection was useful to you and will inspire you to cook more often in 2023.
