In today's video, I'll be cooking everything I've been craving again. One of my favorite mealtime rituals is turning on a YouTube video. In fact, you might be eating right now while watching this video. And today's video is sponsored by YouTube Premium. It feels like YouTube has been in my life for over two decades, and it accompanies me through almost every meal. But when I sit down and start eating, the last thing I want to do is touch the screen or get distracted when my hands are busy. With YouTube Premium, you can watch content without any interruptions and millions of videos without ads. It really makes multitasking so easy. My favorite feature is that when you turn on a video, you can lock the screen and

the video will continue to play. That is, the sound continues to go. This is perfect if you're on the go, in a hurry, or cooking. And when you're ready to watch again, just open the screen and the video continues playing. This makes browsing so seamless. Plus, you get offline downloads, so you can take the videos with you wherever you go. So if you love YouTube, you'll love YouTube Premium. Since I signed up in 2023, I have never regretted it. Honestly, my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. So subscribe to YouTube Premium today. I'll leave the link in the description, so click on it. Now let's prepare our first dish.

We'll have an omelet with eggplant for breakfast. I very rarely cook with eggplant. But every time I see them on a restaurant menu, I order them immediately. So I thought, "Let's make this at home." I bought this eggplant at the farmers market, so let's cut it into slices. And since we're making an omelet, I'll take two eggs. Now let's beat them. I'm wondering whether to add salt, because I 'll still add soy sauce. The pan is already preheated. Let's add a little oil. And I'll just put the eggplant slices right on the pan. I never cook anything complicated for breakfast because when I wake up, I'm just hungry and want to start the day faster. So I like vegetables that

cook quickly, you know? We will not use potatoes. And even carrots. I pour the egg mixture on top. I have a small portion of rice. It would be really good if I added furikake. I'll try to turn this around. Oh my God. Damn, I did it. Let's put this inside. This is going to be a huge breakfast, friends. Maybe cut it in half? So, eggplant roll. I see you. That's it. So, I think my eggplant omelet is ready. Well, let's get started. Let's try. Mm, this reminds me of the omelette with rice that my grandmother used to make for me when I was a child. Eggplant does not have a very pronounced taste. He's like a chameleon, you know? This is a great secondary character. For lunch we'll make a

chicken roll with pesto because my basil is just blooming. Just look at him. He is wonderful. Oh, wow. I was really fascinated by gardening. This is so exciting for me. Now I don't have to go to the market for basil. I grow it myself. That's right. Wow. First I'll just pick off all the leaves. I wish you could feel it too, because it smells just incredible. There are soaps that say, "Oh, the scent of basil." I don't like it. It smells kind of strange, maybe because real basil is so fragrant. My God. So, I lightly toasted a cup and a half of pine nuts. I'm adding them. Two tablespoons of lemon juice. I'll take a look. This should be enough. I'll add a little garlic, a quarter cup of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, pepper, and a quarter cup of

Parmesan. How could I forget the main ingredient, our basil-two cups. Dude, I don't know if all of this will fit. There are a lot of them here. I will do it in parts. Let's blend it first, and then we'll see. Oh my God. I made pesto. Yes, before I get too carried away, I have to try it. Let's see what he's missing. He does n't need anything. I feel like Martha Stewart right now. How are you, Jen? My homemade pesto, guys. Who am I? I already know what I'm going to give for the holidays. It will be him. You have to

stuff the roll with something, so let it be chicken. I have three wonderful fillets here. I'm actually going to cut them into three parts. And now I'll just season everything with salt and pepper. Well, the chicken is ready. So, let's assemble our rolls, let's start with pesto- homemade, our own production. Add some baby spinach salad for crunch and chicken. And here comes Chicky down the stairs. She is curious about what is happening here. Two slices of tomato, red onion. I think we'll just wrap it up like this. And here it is- my chicken pesto roll. This is a roll, and I did n't have a large enough tortilla for all the ingredients, so it will be

small. Just believe it's delicious, okay? OK. Let's try. Oho. I think I'll be eating this all week. Mm. This is a nice change because I've been eating a lot of cheese with peppers lately, but I feel like I'm going to take a break and switch to pesto. Go watch my video on YouTube. Happy Monday everyone. Skinny is ready to make breakfast. Time for something sweet. This is my latest obsession. Actually, not even the last one. I've been eating this for several months now. One of my best friends, Emily, opened this yogurt bowl for me. When I want something icy, like ice cream, I choose this. And it's just delicious.

Let's start with yogurt. I love whole milk yogurt, full fat. Nothing compares to that creamy texture, you know? And now I'm going to add some frozen blueberries. If you can find wild blueberries, they are much smaller, but they are very hard to find these days. So I took the regular one, but I think the main secret is adding some rice flakes. This adds a wonderful crunch to the dish. A little sweetener, I'll use my keto- allulose. Of course, it doesn't look like much, but it's just fantastic. hmm. It took me about three decades to realize how delicious frozen fruit in yogurt bowls is. Mm. OK. That's enough to last until dinner.

We made it to dinner, friends. And today we have bibimbap. The last time I ate it was in Korea with my aunt. And oh, it's so delicious. I've never personally made it, but how difficult can it be? Let's be frank. One tablespoon of gochujang. It's like hot pepper paste. One tablespoon of soy sauce. A tablespoon of garlic. A tablespoon of red pepper powder. If you don't like spicy food, good luck with this dish. A little vinegar. A spoonful of sesame oil. Wearing white was a questionable decision. Oh my God. I thought I had much more than that. What the. Wait, I'm really upset. I'm not going to give up. Everything is fine. I'll just put less kimchi than usual. And you too. That's what I'm

missing. Sugar. That's it. This should work. Here she is. I use organic green tea noodles because that's what I had in the pantry. So I will be the inventive queen. It seems like one pack will be enough. Oh my god, I just stepped back for a second , and.it looks like they're ready. Look at this gorgeous color. I definitely want some cucumber. I'll cut it into strips. I read a comment on Instagram that I was one of the people who taught them how to cut a cucumber into strips, and they still do the same . It was very touching. Okay, I have a cucumber, and I also have a hard-boiled egg. I'll cut it in half. Well, now I'm all set. This is my favorite part- assembling the dish. So, we have a stump. Add our delicious sauce. Oho.

You know, I should add some red onion. Cucumber. Let's add our egg. A drop of sesame oil. It looks phenomenal. I can't. Now you need to mix it all up. They drove. Oh my God. How does it taste. It's delicious and.it's spicy. Mm, with pepper. Oh my god, this is incredible. Even though I used green tea noodles, I honestly don't feel the difference. Tastes like regular somen noodles. I think it's because the sauce is so rich. He draws all the attention to himself. I will enjoy dinner and watch videos on YouTube. I'm watching Issa Song. Wonderful recipes. It's funny that I eat while watching someone

else cook and then eat again. I don't know. I like content about food when I'm eating. This is so fun. So, friends. For the next recipe.
