good morning everyone for breakfast I just heated up some spinach protein waffles I wanted it to be Savory so I just slathered it with some cream cheese and then I have a boiled egg topped off with some Pake I Feel Like Mondays are always it's like a hitter Miss either I'm like so ready to get back in the gym or there's like a slight hum of dread buzzing in the background but today I'm actually excited so let's hit the gym thank you soul
