Over the past few years, Rockstar has released 99 official screenshots for Grand Theft Auto 6, not including screenshots for the ultimate edition or pre-order bonuses. Last week we covered the first half of them, and now we're moving on to the other, and we're starting with Leonid Keys. So, like I said last week, all of these screenshots are separated by character and location, and we're going through them one by one to pull out every little detail possible. Leonid Keys' first image is of an airplane flying over tropical terrain. This looks like an area far outside of Vice City.
It looks like a long highway leads out of town to some remote islands, but we have a pretty good view. Sure, you see the plane in the foreground, but then you can really zoom in and see all the details. Even if you look at the water, how transparent it is and what the lighting looks like. This.this.this looks so detailed. But you can see all sorts of things. You can see jet skis, various vehicles on the road, including a large fuel truck, and some kind of bridge that is either under construction or has been destroyed.
It's hard to say for sure. It is worth noting that this bridge is based on a real bridge in Florida, which was originally a railway bridge, then converted to a highway, and later another road was built and this bridge was left to decay. So that's pretty interesting. Okay, next photo. We again get a good look at the diversity of NPCs represented here. Sure, many of these characters have different proportions, but beyond that, that lady in the center on a scooter makes me think that NPCs will have more than just visual diversity in body, clothing, and accessories. There are other aspects, such as the fact that she is on an electric scooter.
Here we have a guy on a bike, and it looks like there's a dog next to him. Although the dog doesn't have a leash on it, so maybe it's not his dog. Maybe it's just a dog wandering around this area. And there's also what looks like a tour bus, maybe? I don't know. There are many details here that can be sorted out. We mentioned this last week, but you might see an iguana, and iguanas are an invasive species in Florida. Leonidas is here, uh, and they're everywhere. I imagine you'll see a lot of these creatures hanging around wherever you are on the map. Maybe not everywhere, wherever you are. It is unlikely that they will be
indoors all the time. Although in the screenshot from last week, the iguana was still inside. She wrapped herself around the NPC. Here's a shot from the "Rusty Anchor," which is clearly a bar you can visit in Grand Theft Auto 6. It looks pretty crowded for a random bar. It looks like you can go inside too. The door is open. So I imagine you making your way through the crowd to take a look inside. I like this little detail-the banner at the bottom about the crab festival. You know, there's so much detail in these games. There are so many that you will probably never see them all, but I try to appreciate things like this when
I find them. Also, there's a guy lying just at the entrance who's passed out, with a bunch of beer around him. What is that there? Five bottles? Yes, he is ready. He sleeps without his hind legs. Okay, the next shot we have is a scuba diver underwater. There are many interesting details here. Obviously, it's full of sea life. Turtles, fish, underwater vegetation, but the details on the scuba diver's suit are also very cool. For example, you can see a character's eyes through a mask. All the small details are visible. You can see the details on the fins and how they fit. But I also think it's not
surprising, because one of the main features of GTA 5 when the game came out, and if you remember the previews at the time, was that they wanted you to explore every corner of Los Santos. This meant everything: from the highest peaks to the very bottom of the ocean. And to give them credit, you really could have done it. You even got a submarine later in the story, allowing you to freely explore the underwater world. It seems like a similar situation will almost certainly be present here, but I'm guessing there will be more mechanics involved in underwater exploration, especially when it comes to diving. I wonder if there will be submarines here too. Who knows? Okay, this next shot of Leonidas- Kiss seems to show a party on the water. There
, it seems, are a few boats just standing there, uh, jet skis racing, people relaxing, a bunch of empty beer cans, champagne with ice. It looks like everyone here is having a good time. Again, one detail worth noting: if you zoom in really close on this dude on the boat, you can see the empty bottle in his hands. The way the light reflects off such a small detail-you have to zoom in pretty close and you still see that these details are in place.
You can also get a good look at some modes of transport. If you zoom in closely, you can see the "Whirlwind", which appears to be a speedboat. And, of course, in the foreground, it looks like a yacht, and there are also more standard boats. But to me, they're all different models, because if you look at the roof of the one with the guy with the bottle and this more angular boat here. There's a lot going on here. That's it. This is a close-up of an iguana. Nothing special to say here. I already mentioned the iguanas in both videos, but here they are. You can see all the small details. When you zoom in, all these scale effects are simply amazing. Someone or several people must have spent a lot of time
modeling and animating this iguana. We've seen a lot of iguanas, but I wonder if there's more to this than just an invasive species. So they are obviously everywhere. If you remember, in GTA 4 pigeons were a collectible item. They had to be sought out and destroyed. I wonder if there will be something similar to iguanas, where they are more like a collector's item, rather than something you "hunt," so to speak. Okay, let's move on to the screenshots with Lucia Camino. There are a lot of them. We'll probably go through them pretty quickly, just like we did with Jason. So, in the first frame, she's in the gym.
Since this photo appeared, we know that you can go to the gym, train, and it will affect your character's stats and appearance. But there are some cool details here. Here you can see sweat technology in action Lucia was sweating profusely. Not much, but she was sweating, although.was it water? I don't know. When she hits the bag, some particles fly off it. Water? It's hard to say. But, in any case, these are impressive little details. It is also visible that her hair casts a shadow on herself. If you look at this strand of hair from the front, the detail in the shadow is simply amazing. So, here we see Lucia
relaxing by the pool. She has a cocktail in front of her, as well as what looks like AirPods. iFruitPods? I don't know what they would be called in GTA. We know that apart from radio stations, you can simply listen to any music through your phone. Well, not just any music, but the music that is available in the game can be listened to on demand via your phone. But I wonder if we're seeing these headphones for a reason. I wonder if you decide to explore the world as Lucia and want to listen to music, will she have those headphones in her ears, or is it just a staged shot for a cutscene or something else.
By the way, one more point: these photos focus on Lucia, but the guy in the back, sitting on the edge of the pool, looks like Jason. And you know what you see? This tattoo is visible. It may be out of focus, blurry, but the tattoo is still visible. If you didn't see last week's video, we noted that this particular tattoo on Jason's arm is in almost every photo where his arm is visible. Also, if you look closely at Lucia's bracelet, it looks a bit like handcuffs. This may have something to do with her character. We saw footage of her wearing an electronic ankle bracelet. Apparently she was in prison in one of the trailers. So maybe this is something worth paying attention to.
Okay, in the next photo, Lucia is sitting on a motorcycle next to a bar. If you zoom in, it's hard to tell if you can go inside this bar. There are people hanging out in front, but what's more interesting is that if you look at the license plate, it's not from Leonida. He is from Gloriana, one of the neighboring states. I believe this is the in-game version of Georgia State. This is something we already knew. People have noticed different license plates in trailers and extended footage, so I'm not surprised. But I find it
interesting that the specific bike that Lucia is leaning on is from Gloriana. I'm not saying she's from there or anything. I believe she is from Liberty City. I think this has been discussed before, but I wonder if there is any backstory to her life that unfolds in Gloriana. So, the next photo is a close-up of Lucia with a gun when someone walks in. It looks like she's going to take him by surprise. The lighting is really good, and you can also see how the light falls on her face, which I think is impressive. Next we see Lucia in an orange prison jumpsuit, and she is indeed in handcuffs. Obviously, this is not a bracelet that
looks like handcuffs. She's wearing real The first thing I noticed right away: if you look at this woman on the right in the frame, she's standing behind bulletproof glass reinforced with wire. The detail is just insane. You can almost see how it refracts the light and changes the look of the background. I'm also wondering if the gameplay sections will be for Lucia in prison, or if they're just cutscenes and the game will really start when Jason takes her away. Okay, next shot-Lucia in the club. There's nothing special to say here, except that the detailing on her dress is impressive. You can see all the layers overlapping each other. Very, very impressive work. She is
also wearing the same bracelet we mentioned earlier. Perhaps this bracelet has some significance, as it is not the first time she has worn it. Her outfit is different because she was in the pool before and now she's in the club. Well, this is possibly one of my favorite shots of Lucia. Maybe she's not running from the police here, because it looks like the cops are going the wrong way, but she's peeking out the window with a gun in her hand. I really like the composition of this shot. I like how the camera is angled at her body, and if you zoom in on the car, you can see that it's just been raining, or where they were, the
water droplets have dried and left marks. At least that's my impression, and it's again an impressive detail that I don't know if many people will notice, but it's cool. So here we see Lucia, probably about to rob an establishment , or perhaps just done so. She has a sports bag in her hands. It looks pretty empty in here and she's looking over her shoulder, which makes me think she's going to rob the place. Interesting signs if you really look around. Fast money, get 500 today. Parking for customers. This sign also looks pretty shabby. Here's a faded sign that can't be fully seen, and this yellow plaque on top has a lot of wear and tear. I wonder what kind of store she's trying to rob. One more thing: if you
zoom in on this small part of the car, you can see the reflection of a sign, which I'm almost certain is the same one it's covering. There's also a number there, if you zoom in on the window, it looks like 786-555-0121. Well, apparently 555 is for fictional numbers. So you can try calling, but you're unlikely to get an answer. And here's Lucia at the gym again. She's wearing the same hoodie as in the extended trailer, but this time she's wearing larger headphones, suggesting a choice: she can take AirPods or full-sized headphones.
I wonder if this changes the quality of the music, for example. I suppose not. I think it's more like an accessory. Do you want them to have one thing or another depending on what they do? Although, seeing Jason and Lucia in all these different outfits makes me wonder how the wardrobe will be arranged. I wonder if it will be possible to pre-set a dozen outfits that can be easily switched between when you are in the right place. It's a bit like what was in Red Dead Redemption. There, you had to return to the camp or, I think, the hotel, to change into pre-selected costumes. Another funny detail: I'm guessing that the weight she lifted was two 45- pound discs plus extra ones on the sides, so she's benching about 180 pounds.
Well, that's quite a lot. I think it probably weighs more than she herself. So I'm curious to see how pumped Lucia and Jason can get if they go to the gym every day and lift 180 pounds. Okay, I know I said that other photo was one of my favorites, but this might actually be my favorite image of Lucia, mostly because of all those effects. The lighting looks great. I like those purple hues, as well as the yellow contour light, but you can also see the bokeh in the background. As we mentioned in the last episode, Rockstar Games often try to mimic the look of the camera, and this bokeh looks just great. I think if you
wanted to do this in real life, you would need a very expensive lens. But besides that, the reflection you see on the window is, in my opinion, very impressive. You can clearly see the effects of the palm trees, but they don't just completely cover the window. The display seems to be dynamic, depending on the angle you look at the window. This determines what exactly you will see in the display and how much of the window it will cover. Of course, the angle is chosen to clearly see her face, but the details of the reflection are also visible below. So, that's it with Lucia, now we move on to another part of the map, Mount Culebra National Park. In
this first shot, people are riding dirt bikes through what looks like an old dilapidated oil refinery or warehouse. It's hard to make out what it says, "SCAS" or something, but I see an American eagle in the background. There's all kinds of graffiti there. It's pretty cool, you can see the dirt pieces flying into the air. It's not entirely clear how exactly dirt reacts to tires. We've already seen footage of how dirt reacts to motorcycles, but the deformation around them is pretty cool. And look, there's a secret raccoon in the corner See? Raccoons confirmed. Look at him. He looks cute. Although, he's probably scared. Okay, in the
next shot we see the area from a bird's eye view. It seems like it's early in the morning. In the background you can see the orange glow of the sun. It looks like a police helicopter broadcasting the news, and the guy is filming something from the window His filming setup looks quite detailed. It has two handles attached to it. I can imagine how difficult it is to get a stable shot in a helicopter with such equipment. Well, in the next shot we see the hunters in the foreground. You may see what looks like a dead deer. You can see the horns sticking up. Also pay attention to the detail of the vegetation. I like this tall grass that they seem to be making their way through. Another note: if you zoom in on the image of
the guy's shirt on the left, you can see the words "white wolf." Apparently, " White Wolf knives and tools." I'm a big fan of The Witcher. And when I hear about the white wolf, I think of The Witcher. I wonder if the person who created this T- shirt was also a fan of The Witcher. Here is another aerial photo of Mount Culebra. Again, in the foreground, if you look closely, you can see a puma. At least, I believe it's a cougar. Very similar to her, but it's a big cat hanging around by the highway. You can also see a group of motorcyclists on motocross bikes riding here. I don't think they're from the Last Chapter motorcycle club They look more like regular dirt
bikes, but it's hard to tell from a distance. I really like the greenery in this shot, as well as the way the light hits the rocks at the edges, creating contour lighting. This is a very beautiful shot. Okay, in this shot we see a cougar hunting deer . The river is visible directly in front of her. What I find quite interesting about this shot is something we now know about GTA 6: water affects animal fur. This was reported in a Game Informer cover article and they released this image earlier, but the clues were already here. If you zoom in on the image of a puma, you can see that its fur on the bottom seems to be
wrinkled due to the water. And finally, we have a shot of someone kayaking down a river. Kayaking is something you can do in the game. We saw it in the extended trailer, but I think this image was released before that extended preview came out. So, this was already known. It was a kind of clue. Another thing to note is the floodwater level gauge visible on the left. As I said last week, we know that there will be extreme weather conditions in Grand Theft Auto 6, and that makes me think that there might be flooding, at least in certain areas. It seems to me that this sign is there for a reason, and I can imagine a situation where, due to a heavy downpour, the water level
would rise, and perhaps it would even be possible to monitor this level using such a meter. Who knows? It could also just be decorations, which is also a pretty cool detail. So now we move on to Port Helhorn. This must be like a failed tourist trap within Leonidas. You can feel that atmosphere from these screenshots. This is an abandoned motel, but there is one interesting detail: you can see a small dog and a woman taking pictures of her doggy. Very vital. I mean, I photograph dogs too . Everyone will do that, but you can see a lot of detail if you really want to zoom in here and look at everything, like this pool in the background, this person relaxing in the back. But luckily, the Starlight Motel has room availability, king-size beds, low
prices, a pool, and Wi-Fi. And here are some of the characters you might meet while wandering around Port Helhorn. They look like tough guys, especially this guy in the background with the bat, and it looks like he has some horrible scars, maybe from bullet wounds. Again, this just goes to show how incredible the detail here is. It also looks like they have marijuana leaves behind them So maybe they grow marijuana. It also looks like he could be Brian Heather's brother. Like Brian Heather's evil younger brother, maybe. Okay, here's another shot of a woman selling drugs to a man in the backseat of a car. This echoes a bit with the previous image, where there were marijuana plants.
This looks more like a place where the drug trade takes place in Leonidas. There are a lot of pills there. And, of course, you can't have a shady neighborhood without a strip club. So, we have Delights Cabaret, new girls, new food, open all night, we invite dancers. This place looks pretty run down. You can see a man who looks like a homeless person pushing a cart with luggage bags. But also the way the light falls on them in that big shadow, and then you zoom in on the Delights territory and see someone being kicked out. They are on the ground and you see green and red lights. This all.this all looks very nice. But, you know, it's nice to watch. The next image shows more NPCs, but it really shows the
variety of body types represented in Grand Theft Auto 6. Obviously, here we have a fairly large man, a large woman, and it looks like they're camping with other people of various body types, with a cooler of beer, and you know, judging by her hands, they're about to make love. So, we don't, we don't, we won't bother them. And, of course, an area like Port Gellhorn would be incomplete without a trailer park. This is, in fact, what we see here. A few trailers in the foreground, and if you look back, you can see a water tower, power lines, and, uh, more nature behind them. But one thing that really catches your eye is what looks like a layer of fog a little further away, if you look closely
. He is not in the foreground, but behind it. It looks like you can see a layer of fog low above the ground. So, there's a plane in the sky with jet trails. It looks like, it looks like a jet plane. It looks like a real airplane, a passenger liner. Okay, let's move on to another key character. This is Raul Batista. For all we know, he acts as a mentor to Jason and Lucia as they begin robbing banks and pulling off bigger and bigger heists. Here he is with the phone. There's not much to add, except that I like his sunglasses. I like that they are a little darker but still transparent, and it all comes through in the game. Next we see him in the front seat with a bag of cash. If you zoom in and look at the background, you can
see the inscription MBA. I think it's some kind of bank. I imagine he just left the bank. He got it, he got the cash, so he's probably going to run away. He is also wearing the same glasses as before. Okay, next shot-he's on a boat, wearing the same glasses as before. Although dressed more casually, he appears to be simply enjoying the day on his boat. The next screenshot shows Raul Batista-he's somewhere at night. He seems to be nicely dressed. He doesn't look like a party animal, but maybe he's there for some business. Either way, he's clearly up to something. If you really zoom in, you can see the wrinkles and everything
else. This looks just crazy. All these small details on the face, in the eyes, the way his eyelids wrinkle. It's, uh, all very impressive, and I, I like the pink light on the side of it. Well, moving on to Real Dimes, another fictional musical artist in GTA 6. We've mentioned Dre Quan and Boobie I before. So, Real Dimes is a musical duo. This is just one of the musicians. It looks like she's in the studio. Here you can see a mixing console and some professional speakers. She has, you know, headphones or monitors, as they're probably called in a situation like this. But in the next frame we see them both together. It looks like they're putting on an impromptu concert right on the roof of the car. There are
a lot of cool effects here. Someone is filming, someone is taking photos on their phone. I mean, everyone here has phones, which, you know, is pretty vital, so it makes sense. This time we see another Real Dimes member. I'm guessing her name is Roxy because she has a big chain that says " Roxy" on it, and she's with Dre Quan, I think, right here in the car. You can understand, because he has the same necklace as before. One detail worth noting: the effects on her hair look divine. The detailing, the shadows, the strands-this is incredibly impressive and detailed hair. And here they are both in the studio. So here we have Roxy and another person, Bay Lux. They are clearly recording a song. One question I have is
: there are a lot of fictional musical artists in GTA 6. I think you can listen to their songs in the game. So I wonder if these artists who are already announced as part of the soundtrack are playing some of these characters. I know there's a theory that Dre Quan could be played by Travis Scott. We do n't have confirmation and we don't know for sure, but I could imagine it being possible. That would make sense, I think, because it would be weird if Travis Scott sang a song like Dre Quan, but they would still say Travis Scott is in your game. Well, it seems Cyberpunk had something similar, where real bands played fictional bands in the game. Anyway, I'm really looking forward to the soundtrack to see what's in it. Okay, the last group of screenshots is
simply signed "Vice City." So, this is footage from Vice City. This is also one of the longest chapters. All other segments had six photos each. There are 12 of them in this one. Okay, first-we have a photo of the big Vice City sign, and we see what looks like a passenger plane flying over it. Can I read the flight number on board? No, you can't. I see VD, maybe? Something like that? In any case, it looks impressive at scale, and if you zoom in, you can see a lot of detail. GTA 5 also had big planes, but they were just some white ones. There wasn't much detail there. It seems that this is definitely not the case here. Okay, next screenshot, we see a couple looking at the beach. Again
, an NPC demonstration. It's worth noting that this guy looks much younger than her, and judging by where he puts his hand, they're in some kind of relationship. So, hey, you know, there are "cougars" in Vice City too. Okay, now here we have a panoramic shot of Vice City. Many parts of the city are visible here. You can just see how detailed it is, and man, even if you zoom in, you can see a lot of detail. If I zoom in on this pool from across the street, it looks a bit like the one Lucia was relaxing in the previous photo. It's probably not him, but, you know, hey, anything is possible. But that pink air mattress is the same one that Cal Hampton is resting on in
another screenshot. So I have to ask myself how connected these photos are. By the way, speaking of Cal Hampton, if you zoom in on the basketball court, I think this guy here is Cal Hampton, and the guy who just shot the ball is Jason. At this point, we know that you can play basketball in Grand Theft Auto 6, so it would make sense to show a basketball court here. And it would make even more sense if it really was Jason. And what is Cal? It seems Jason and Cal hang out together a lot. It seems like they are good friends. But yes, there really is something to look at in this photo. If you zoom in on the street, you can see a bus, and this bus is full of passengers. I mentioned this in another video, but I'm
really curious to see if all this public transportation actually works. I have to assume that trains will be available, like in previous GTA games, but I wonder if you can just hop on a bus and take a tour of Vice City like that. So, we have photos of some of the NPCs you're likely to encounter in Vice City. There's a lot of great detail on the characters here if you look closely, but we've already talked so much about how diverse the NPCs are. So, let's move on. The only thing I will note is that his grills look pretty cool. It looks very detailed. And here we are at the beach, where you will see again how diverse these NPCs are. There is a very tanned old man here whose head looks as if it has been fried.
There is an overweight elderly woman and a fat man looking for treasure. And here is this woman sunbathing. I know there were rumors that it might be Lucia. I don't think we can see her well enough to determine if it's really Lucia. Okay, next photo. Here are a few more performers. They seem to be dancing on the roof of a police car. It looks like one of them is being arrested here as well. In fact , it looks like they're arresting two. One is already handcuffed near the car, and the other is being handcuffed while other people are taking selfies.
You can see the Ocean View Hotel. It's been spotted in other trailers before, but if you remember, it was an important location in Grand Theft Auto Vice City. So it's logical that he returned. And now we have a screenshot from a strip club. You can look at it yourself if you want. The next screenshot is another aerial shot of Vice City, but more importantly, the arena is visible right in the center. It's called Sahara Arena. If you zoom in, you can see it right there. I don't know the name of the real arena in Miami. I know Rockstar is currently running a marketing campaign there to make it look like Vice City, and it's pretty
cool. But yes, this is Sahara Arena. If you zoom in, it looks like the team playing here is Narcos from Vice City. I'm really curious to see how detailed this arena is. I have to assume you'll be able to go inside, but I wonder if any games are actually played there. This seems a bit silly. But interestingly, this arena seems to be an important point for marketing. Okay, a lot of interesting things are happening in the next photo. We are following a blue car moving through the city. You see this incredible graffiti, or maybe it's not even graffiti, but just artwork on the walls. This looks
great. Also, on the other side of the street, we see more bikers, and someone is riding a quad bike on the rear wheels. If you look to the left, you can see a dog and a homeless person sitting on the ground. Another thing that caught my eye was the accumulation of water on the side of the street. Um, next to the dog. And if you zoom in, you can see the green hues of the bike and the building reflected in the puddle. Also, if you zoom in on the blue car, it's another Gloriana license plate. So, not everything here is from Leonidas. Although, it seems that right above it, in front, there is a license plate of Leonidas. At least, that's what I assume, because there
's a pink flamingo in the center. Okay, and since we're coming to the end, we have a photo of two skyscrapers. They are like hotels. Um, but you also see a couple of pools here. One is on the ground floor, and the other, apparently smaller, is a few floors above. Yes, because you can see the red umbrella and deck chairs. The next image is another shot of Vice City from above, but this time we see the Mega Mundo building.
It seems like in the extended version of the video they enter the Mega Mundo building at the end. I don't know if it's the same one. I tried to compare them, but I couldn't figure out if it was exactly the same building. My guess : they entered from the side we can't see. But it looks like a regular large corporate building. Apparently there is a helipad on the roof. And if you zoom in, it looks like there's some kind of open area for performances. And finally, in the last image, we see a guy with a golden AK-47. You can see a lot of detail, especially the hair, which I find very impressive, and the effects on the chain around his neck But what I want to draw attention to is the golden AK-47.
And it looks like there's some kind of mark engraved on the top handle there too. And I think this is just a demonstration of weapon customization. This is what is in the game. We know little about it. Given what we know from Red Dead Redemption 2, I think it will be developed further. But, I think if you take the gunsmith from Red Dead Redemption 2 and then expand on that and add more whimsical designs, that's probably what you'll get in GTA 6. All 99 official screenshots that Rockstar released for Grand Theft Auto 6. This took a lot longer than expected, but I'm sure I missed a lot; If you noticed anything while looking at these screenshots, please write in the comments below. And stay tuned, because we're preparing a bunch of
materials about Grand Theft Auto. See you next time.
