This is the last day to finish this big tree house and, wow, there are still many projects to complete. There are 16 sockets. We are adding the appliances and all the accessories. Those look good, the wooden ones. We're even installing the kitchen sink. Look at that. Yes. So, one of the things we need to do is tile the bathroom. We don't normally install tiles on a tree house because the structure moves and flexes in strong winds. If that were the case, the tiles would crack and it would be a real disaster. Here, we have posts right under the bathroom and, being in the corner, I think structurally we'll be in a good position. So I'm not worried

Very good. Alright, it's time for the dog bone. Charlie and I built this little doghouse, a sort of surprise for Jimmy and Sandy, because I noticed they talk about their dogs as if they were family members. What I decided to do was decorate it a little, this little house. Put a dog bone on top. Do n't know. I mean, it feels a little strange to me. A little embarrassed by this, to be honest. Oh my God. That is. . Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Okay, we've finished the general structure. What I love is that we worked so hard to build this framework, you know, this house. That's a house, not a home. Okay, now let's fill it with the things needed to turn it into a

home. So I brought along a designer friend, Tori. She is fantastic. He comes with a whole team of people. I like to give it that special touch. The special touch. Give it that touch. So, the theme of this tree house is urban cowboy. I heard Amber loud and clear, when we were starting with the design, that she was looking for a more modern and contemporary style for the place. Very good. Meanwhile, Jimmy and Sandy were looking for something a little more traditional. So we clearly opted for more traditional lines in the house, but we will fill the interior with more modern and urban furniture. Look at this. This is

a stylish-looking television. It's a beautiful television. American football is like a religion for the Maddox family. And in Texas, a giant television to watch the game is almost mandatory. There was no way to avoid it. We needed to put a flat screen television in this tree house. And man, we chose a beauty for them. Yay! You know what the best part of this is? Tell me. It is voice-activated. Oh really? Yes. You just say, "TV on. Wow, that's fantastic. Everyone is trying to put the finishing touches on this. It's beautiful. It's high-end, elegant, you know, something modern.

Beautiful and bright colors. I mean, really cheerful. Now this is a chair. This lamp is more than just a decoration. She is going to document the family history. What's going on with Sputnik here Now we're hanging up all these little family photographs. This is very creative and great. This is the best thing Treehouse has ever done. The moment has arrived. The Maddox family finally comes to see their tree house. You know, it's a big project and it's been a lot of work trying to fit it into the deadline they gave us. I'm very ready to show this to the Maddoxes. I ca n't wait any longer.

Eyes down. Alright Just watch where you're walking. That's the way to do it. When Pete told us we couldn't look up, for a moment I wondered what was going on. Can we watch? Ta-da! That's what they wanted, big one. I mean, is it too big? It 's perfect. Yes, it's big in the Texas style. When I looked up, it was nestled among the trees, very welcoming and as if saying in its own way, "Hey, come and see." Here we are. I love how it fits in with the trees. I see the trees that go through the roof and it looks like a single piece. It's the best thing I could have imagined.

It was like a great weight was suddenly lifted from my shoulders. I just thought, "Ah, they love it." Please come in If you look at it from the outside, you're not prepared for how spacious it is on the inside. Oh, wow. Look. Look at the photos. I love it. And I saw all the photos of all the children, their drawings. It is a wonderful collection of memories and special moments. Oh, it's colorful. The colors are bright. Yes. The colors are very varied. Normally, when you see bright colors, you see them in cold environments, but this is a wonderful and cozy wooden house with warm carpets. You feel good. I love natural light. Isn't it

great? I mean, we have 32 windows. And all the electricity you could imagine. I mean, there are like 16 outlets for the kids to do their thing. They will each use one of them. Here is your dining room. We have a fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful. It feels good. Yes, that looks amazing. The kitchen area is not only economical in terms of space, but it is also very practical. Do you want to make popcorn, or do you want to bake some cookies?

Look at this. Widescreen, flat screen, television for football. Turning on the television. my God, I can't believe this is here. This is incredible. Look. Look at the shower. She is beautiful. Oh my God, I love the bathroom. Do you love it? It's too big to be a bathroom in a treehouse. Honestly, it impressed me. I've stayed in smaller hotel rooms. Do you want to see the bedroom? Yes. Yes, let's go. Wow. My God. Do you like it? Queen size bed. Yes, you won't believe it. The great lighting. Towards the attic.

Yes, the loft space above the bedroom is a lot of fun. Lots of plugs, because they do everything with their iPads. Everything was thought of to ensure the children had a good time up there. His porch. A covered porch, no less. What do you think about the view? I love the view. Now, there's a little thing I want to show you, which is right here. My God. I'm amazed by the doghouse. A fantastic touch. We have many children and many pets, and we love doing things together with all of them. I think he sensed that think there's anything Pete didn't notice about what we wanted, and even

things we didn't think about that he added. You did it perfectly. Incredible. I mean, I wouldn't change a thing. Oh, thank you. That's very nice. Okay, should we call the rest of the family and the whole group? Absolutely. Listen, let's make them come out. Come on, Chávez. Come on, friend. Suddenly, there was a wave like a mob of Maddocks who simply stormed the treehouse stairs. Woah, no pushing. How's it up there? Even his drawings didn't do justice to what it feels like to have people in there. You don't feel like you're locked up.

You're like my ultimate evaluator, because if a child likes a tree house, then I feel good, and you like it. I think it's really great. When we decided to let the children into the tree house, I was more than pleased by how much they took ownership of it and made it their own immediately. I think he has a special gift for being able to see things that other people cannot see. That, for me, is the secret of what Pete Nelson represents. What I take away from this is that tree houses can bring people together more than I ever imagined. People want to be in the trees, and I sincerely believe that the trees want people to be in them. This large family, which is scattered throughout this vast state, is

now reuniting, really for the first time in years, and this tree house makes it possible. Enjoy your tree house, everyone. Hey!
