this morning I was craving something sweet and cold so I decided to make this yogurt parfait with mug wart powder felt like I needed more protein so I added two boiled eggs let's try this yogurt M very earthy and nutty just tastes healthy it's time to go exercise since I don't work out on the weekends by the start of the week I am ready to hit the ground running and I had a very indulgent few days so I'm ready to just get my body moving today is going to be lower body day so let's get after it

at a glance my lunch may look questionable you know but this is a no judgment Zone it's essentially a marinara base dish using soft tofu combining East and West guys I am not mad at this it's actually freaking delicious it's it tastes like sunu but with a tomato base look like a solid8 out of 10 yeah I would 1,00% eat this again for tonight's dinner I whipped up a giant pot of my chicken veggie soup I make this soup at least once a week I like making it on Monday so that way I have leftovers throughout the week though I decided to use up this beef bines ravioli that I had in my fridge

that really needed to go and I think it's going to taste good I'm a fan of throwing ravioli and soups M this is like the perfect Autumn food but then again I also make this in the summer so this is just my favorite food period m all right for brunch I've hooked up an omelette that I've been making all the time can't have a meal without a little bit of sauce so I added some mayo and sriracha and then topped it off with green onions M mhm kind of reminds me of like a pizza maybe calling it a pizza as a little bit of a stretch but I'm feeling my legs right now and I can already feel the lactic acid beginning to form it's like a pain that feels good but as you can tell I am still using train well for

something about chicken tapao and rice that combination it just it reminds me of Thanksgiving now let's give the 20 you get a bite God it's freaking hot but so good yeah I'm just going to eat this really quickly before lenon gets back for today's breakfast I made myself a little egg sandwich stretch out my egg I added some cottage cheese it's actually insane how much protein cottage cheese adds and boom a sandwich is made all right let's have a bite wow I feel like most of the moisture is coming from that tomato wow I'm not going to lie this sandwi is saving my life right now wow it's one of those days where I really don't want to go to the gym but I'm on a streak with my train wall app what day am I on my streak so far has

been 127 days so today would be 128 If I complete it the best way for me to stay consistent with anything is to gamify it if I've got a streak going on then I have this like strong deep attachment to it my trainer Heidi is so encouraging I don't want to let her down so let's freaking do it let's do this for Heidi today is going to be an upper body day workout so it should be fairly simple let's go to the gym you guys I've been cheating on sweet green with mesino Farms I absolutely love their mama Chen Chinese chicken salad very good it's reliable I always know what to expect with this

salad I think this is going to be a really early dinner I couldn't be bothered to cook today so today is just a plate full of leftovers noticed that it was lacking some protein so I just used some of that rotisserie chicken let's eat this honestly it's pretty fire I feel like this is a nice mix between breakfast and lunch because we've got eggs this looks phenomenal very excited to eat this So Fresh So hearty using this flatbread has been a game changer I was using those like low carb tortillas

and obviously those taste really good but I started to question like what exactly am I putting in my body like what how is this only like three net carbs chill let them know I'm all in Let Let yeah double I'm all in F for a very quick lunch today I remixed the chicken veggie soup I added two scoops of marinara sauce and voila now it's like a ministr and now I'm ready to dig in I'm so full for dinner I whipped up something very quick a staple in this household just some baked salmon with some steamed broccoli and a little mound of rice and of course had to top it off with flyby Jans hot sauce so good it makes everything taste

so delicious M I almost swallowed this bone oh my God there's another fish bone here too yeah I need to be careful eating this well there's another fishbone again three it was not too long ago where I had a fishbone lodged in my throat for an entire day like I slept and I thought that I went away and then I woke up and I was like it's still lodged in my throat I ended up having to cook rice and then push it down my throat and then I was fine oh there's another fishbone and another one wow I'm starting to create a little collection of Fishbones right on the edge of my bowl look good morning everyone I woke up with a huge appetite right so I decided to make something very hearty and a staple in my household it's my Brey Bowl

all right let's take a bite M mhm when I woke up this morning minimal brain cells this is also one of the reasons why I love using train well because when I have mornings like these I can just open up my train well app and boom the work out is just presented to me I don't need to flick through like H like what do I need to work out what do I need to do it just tells me what to do it just serves me what I need to do and I'm really good at following instructions I think with Fitness it needs to be very seamless and I also like the fact that it sinks to my Apple watch so that when I'm finished with an exercise I just tap it and then it moves on to the next one or it gives me my

break and what's great about train wall is that you can listen to your own music while you exercise so I'm just raving about it's just awesome but yeah let's go back home and eat so I am having Kismet for dinner tonight which is one of my favorite chicken places I feel like I've eaten a lot of chicken in this video but it's just a protein that works for me I got their half chicken plate along with some peita bread ooh this looks freaking delicious this is going to be my final meal for this video I hope watching this inspired you to get moving eating right if you guys are interested in checking out train well I will leave that link in the description box don't forget to click it so that way you can get started
