Good morning, adventurers. Good morning and welcome to a brand new country for us, y'all. This is Jamaica. We were trying to do the math, and this is our maybe 51st, 50th country together. It's over 50. I know that. I can't believe it's taken us this long to get here, actually. We came to Jamaica to go to this resort. It's Coup's Tower Island in the town of Oo Rios. So yeah, they invited us to come here and explore a little bit of Jamaica, check out the property, and we were like, absolutely, heck yeah, sign us up. So obviously, the resort is
stunningly beautiful. It's some of the most clear water I've ever seen in my life. These beautiful palm trees dotting the landscape with the hotel in the background. We're definitely going to have to check out the private beach that is right over there. They've also got a couple different pools that we're going to be hitting up. They've got swim up bars, actually bars galore, tons of fine dining, and of course, informal dining. So, the plan is to enjoy the sun, get in some muchneeded beach time, just get a little taste of Jamaica. And by that, I mean drink a lot of Jamaican rum. Ooh, yes, please. But there is something very special about this resort that you're not going to find at pretty much any other resort.
It's called Tower Isle. And that is named after this island right over here with that little tower on it. But it's not just any island. That is a nude island. And it's not just a clothing optional island. You have to be nude to go on it. It is a nude mandatory island. All right, nude island here we come. Just kidding. We're going to save that for later, y'all. And I do have a swimsuit on, I promise, for now. You are very much not allowed to be nude on this part over here. So, this is the very PG familyfriendly area. Or actually, not family friendly.
It is couples only and adults only. Yeah, we'll have to see if we have the guts to go to the island or the balls, I should say. When there's nudity involved, the jokes just write themselves. You guys, we're going to go all in. We brought a lot of sunscreen for all the bits and we're doing it. Oh, a stingray just jumped out of the water. Is that what that was? Holy cow. But wait, does that mean we're going to be swimming with stingrays in the buff? Oh, heck yeah. Wo. But I think we're going to hold off on the nude island for a little while and uh build up the courage and instead we're going to hang out on the not nude side, explore the resort a little bit, chill, and then eventually we are going
to muster the courage to get over there. We'll get some rum courage and we'll head over. Lots and lots of rum. All right, let the Jamaican fun begin. Oh my gosh. Well, when in Jamaica, you got to order the Bob Marley. You guys, look at this. This is coconut rum, white rum, blue curissau somewhere in here. sugar coma after this. A cherry on top, but it's packed with rum and all the goodness that you need on a beach getaway. No, you have to sip it and the straw has to go up as you sip it.
Oh, is that what you need? Yeah, that's the technique. That first sip was There you go. You got to get all the layers of Jamaica in there. Sugar coma incoming. But it is delicious. And of course, all-inclusive, baby. So, it feels like we didn't pay a dime. I know. I love it here. Of course, the best part of the all-inclusive, the freaking buffet, you guys. I never get enough. It's awesome. I freaking love a buffet. I want it all and I'm going to get it all. Everything has been fantastic so far. But I They have so much like jerk chicken, but they also have a lot of fish options.
Obviously, we're on the water. Lots of fresh vegetables, fruits. One of my favorite things. In her happy place. Look at this. Oh, it's beautiful. So many colors. I love it. I just tried this chicken. Oh my gosh. It's like barbecued chicken. It's a little spicy, but for being on a buffet, it's so tender. Oo. All right. Two thumbs up. I feel like I just got a mountain of food. I just like piled everything on like that. We'll have the classy dinner later. The buffet is not meant to be classy. It's piling food on a plate, piling it into your mouth, then going.
So, this is our lovely room. As you can see, they have some pretty sweet tile on the floor, a big old king-size bed, some fun Jamaican inspired artwork. Yeah, they have a little seating area and then a big old TV and some storage. And of course with an all-inclusive, they've got a mini fridge. I think it should be Oh, we do have some Jamaican logger in there. I believe they said that we can call and request a bottle of rum and other types of alcohol every single day. You can get a whole bottle delivered for free. Usually, if you want a bottle, I feel like you have to pay at other resorts. Here, they'll just bring it to you. You guys remember we recently stayed at that very fancy hotel in Vegas
that cost $1,000 a night and uh nothing was included at all. In fact, they had little sneaky pressure plates under all the bottles that I kept accidentally triggering. Luckily, we didn't get charged for them, but nothing came included here. Everything you touch is included. They have a really good size bathroom, plenty of storage for all of your toiletries, a big old shower over there. But maybe my favorite part is this closet, you guys. It's like a whole extra room. And as you can see, we've crammed everything in here so outside stays so nice, which is very unusual for us. Usually, we explode and we really dirty up a room,
but now we just dirty up this little room and then close the door. Okay, bye. Never to be seen again. Okay, just bring me some room, please. Sure, this room is big and fancy, but this is the best part right over here. Yeah, work it, girl. Woohoo. I like it. I can dance up here and nobody has to see me except for that guy. He's looking at me. Welcome to the balcony, which actually might be the exact same square footage as the interior. It's one of the biggest like resort hotel balconies that we've ever seen. It's like two balconies in one. And I love it. We're up high enough. I feel like I'm in god mode. I can see to every
pool and all the beach and even out to the uh naked island. You can see what's going on that island with your naked eye. If you have good eyesight like me, a lot of naked eyes, naked bodies. Oh yeah. I didn't even think. Yeah. Sometimes the joke is there and you just don't even know it. What do you think? Should we uh should we brave the naked island? Is it time? It looks like there's not a lot of people over there, so maybe the time now is the time to go. Yeah. And the sun is getting lower. We don't have to worry about getting burned.
Yeah. That's not the type of burn that I want to get. You know, that seems very painful. Yeah. Well, all right. There's a first time for everything. And today happens to be the first time we're going to go to a naked island. Let's do it. Yeah. Naked in Jamaica. Here we go. All of a sudden, I'm really nervous. All right, it's happening. We're making the very long journey to the naked island which is right there. Just thinking be cool, be free, be out there, feel the breeze like this, but with no clothes on. That's totally fine.
Luckily, this boat just pulled up with like 10 people on it. So that means that many less people on the island. Yes, that many less people to blind. Okay, we're here. Do we just rope here? Is there a changing room? Uh, I have no idea. Why do you need a changing room if it's a naked island? I don't know. I feel like somehow it's weird getting naked, but I'm going to be naked. So, does it matter if I change in the open or in private?
I don't know. I don't know the rules, man. Let me just get the, you know, the lay of the land. Got to love the sign here. Just so you know, this is not clothing optional. No clothing is allowed at all. We found like this quiet corner where nobody is. Here we go. Do it. Do uh do I have to leave my sunnies on? Do I have to be like my eyes have to be naked as well? I think you can close the eyes. Okay, I'll keep them on so people can't see what I'm looking at cuz I'm going to be looking at stuff. All right, I guess it's my turn.
This is so awkward you. All right, you guys will never know if I actually took the bottoms off, but I did. Haha. Yeah. All right, we're in it. We're doing it. Can we actually go in this tower? I think so. This is the tower of tower aisle. This is really hard filming this cuz I'm trying to like stay like neck up. But it's just bad angles everywhere being naked, y'all. Nobody wants to see me naked climbing stairs. I'll do you a favor. I won't film that. Okay. Thank you. You got to climb this ladder. Oh, yeah. That is not a flattering angle. Let's put the camera away for that one.
Well, as expected, the view from the tower is great. You can see the resort over there. It's awesome. But y'all, this island itself is absolutely beautiful. There's tons of seating for chilling and sunbathing, and of course, a pristine pool with a swim-up bar. It's funny how tiny this island is. It's so cute. It is teeny tiny. I don't know why. I just thought it would be this huge thing far away. It's right off the resort and it fits I don't know. I feel like maybe a hundred people could be over here and that's it. All right. Naked in the ocean. I don't know that I even like being clothed in the ocean. Okay, not so bad. Well, I can't dip it below your neck at all.
I'll uh I'll keep my hands up just in case things slip. And we also have to make sure that we don't get any other people here. Just leave use your back there. That's okay. There we go. That's acceptable. All right. Into the ocean. We're going. I'm free of the bird. And there's no other people out here. This is perfect. Free is the day I was born. Man, being in the ocean and being naked. I guess I didn't know that was on my bucket list, but here I am marking it off.
We're doing it. We did it. We accomplished it. And we survived. And notice we're keeping this frame very tight because there isn't a sensor bar enough in the world to cover what's hiding below. Come on. You're in the cold ocean, man. Well, I just got back from swimming in the pool and the water was cold. You know, I got to say it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be. It's pretty freeing. The ocean feels lovely with or without clothing on. Luckily, there are very few people on the island. We have this whole area to ourselves. So, we have basically been able to be on our own this entire time, which is great because we can film it as well. But I think it is officially time
to put the camera away, enjoy the naked island, and then we'll head back to the resort. This has been the most difficult thing to film because it's like you can't point the camera anywhere. Sorry, friends and family. Yeah, but it's all right. You could just imagine she's wearing clothes under here. Yeah, I just have a top on. I have this top on right now. You guys, we found a kitty that I think wants to be our friend. You better pet that cat. Oh man, what a sweetie. Hi. How are you?
All right, we're officially back on the mainland. Back in clothing. Although, yes, I'm not naked anymore. You're not confirmed. I think we'll go back maybe tomorrow or the next day. cuz it was a little difficult having to try to like film it and stuff and like hide in the corner. Exactly. It definitely wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. It was actually a lot of fun and we met some fun people over there. But it is officially night time which means it's dinner time and we have reservations, y'all, at a very fancy restaurant at the edge of the resort. Ooh, I'm excited. Bayside.
Go Bayside. Mr. Belding is not going to meet us there. Although, fun fact, I did get to meet him in college. He came and did a speech at my college. Both of us, we dress. We have pictures of us with building. Can we find those? We're I think we're off on a tangent now. Okay, whatever. Dinner. Dinner time. I went with the barbecue spare ribs. These are sweet, salty, savory, smoky, just perfect. Pulls apart like butter in your mouth. Well, cheers to a delicious first night in Jamaica.
We just arrived to the spa. Oh my word. It is beautiful out here, y'all. It's like a little amazing oasis. It's so calm, so serene. It's definitely like just seeing this makes you feel like you're relaxing. It's setting the mood for the massage to come. Definitely feeling the peace. It's official. Our robes are on. That means it's massage time. So, this is where the magic is going to happen. Sadly, that means we have to leave you here because it is not that kind of channel. But, we are going to very much enjoy ourselves and we'll see you on the other side. How was it? Oh, it was pretty good. Do I look relaxed? Your hair says that it was uh quite enjoyable.
There's a lot of oil in my hair right now. I'm just going to go ahead and say that's exactly what I need. But we still have tons of the resort to enjoy. So, it's time to go get cleaned up and head out. Y'all, there is so much to see and do at this resort, and we have barely even scratched the surface. So, we figured right now is a good time to go take a tour, get a lay of the land, and see everything it has to offer. So, you guys already saw the pool with the swim up bar, but there's also this other large pool overlooking the ocean. Oh, I think they're playing bingo right now. Some kind of like music bingo. They keep playing some jams.
They have a whole freaking juice bar. And this is only vegetarian, so you can get fresh fruits and veggies to your heart's delight. They'll blend them up for you. They'll serve them raw. Whatever you want. Do we need to get a shot of rum in these? Well, of course, because we're on vacation in Jamaica. Vacation mode engaged. So, this is the main bar, and this is probably our favorite bar because you get views of the pool, the water, the whole resort, basically. But y'all, we just found out about the coolest bar at this resort, and it is the piano bar. At night, this place comes alive. There's a guy here playing piano, playing every songs that
everybody knows. They all sing along. But what's really cool is you can sit around the piano at this little bar. We're gonna have to try that out. Huh? Yeah. I've heard of piano bars, but not a literal bar at a piano. Yeah. I mean, this is really freaking cool, right? I've been fighting the urge to play around on this piano, but luckily they put a big fat lock on it so that idiots like me don't mess with it. Exactly. That's smart. If you head down to the water, you'll notice they have all of this awesome gear for water activities. They've got this bike thing, which we have always wanted to try. Am I going anywhere?
Sadly, it's a bit windy today and they have the red flag up, so I don't think we can take it out. All right, this thing is just adorable. Look, it's got a little prop back there. Well, I'm hoping these waves calm down soon so we can go out there and shred them. Dude, if we took it out right now, maybe we'd get some air on this, huh? Fly off to the island. Awesome, you guys. We found the game room.
Woohoo! In addition to pool, they have a little ping pong table over here. They have giant connect four, which is classic for any resort. And then a ton of reading material if you want to be really, really boring. We're not readers. We're not readers. We're conversators. Yeah, exactly. Maybe I should read more so I know how to talk, right? They have a huge, very welle equipped gym overlooking the pool with basically everything you could possibly need to stay fit on vacation. Wait a second. This isn't right. Ah, that's more like it. That's how you stay fit on vacation. This is how I stay fit. She did actually work out this morning.
I did, but that's so that I can put the calories right back on. Well, this is the life. I got sand in my toes and uh what's the rest of that? That's a country song where you're supposed to have a drink in your hand or something, right? My butt in the water or something like that. I don't know. We don't listen to country. I don't know. We've got all the components here though for a lovely vacation. I mean, check this spot out. You got the ocean there. You can see the island off in the distance. Everyone's just chilling. The palm trees like glowing in the sun.
Oh my gosh. And of course, a beautiful woman to hang out with. Ooh. Who is there somebody back there? Island life looks good on you, though. Yeah, my pasty body looks good in the sun. I like your pasty body. Well, I like your pasty body, sir. Nice. Y'all, we heard that there was a singalong piano bar at this resort, and the rumors are true. It is right behind me, and it is about to kick off. I think we're going to head in and see if we can get a seat at the piano. Just follow me.
Well, sadly, it's our final night here, but we decided to go big, y'all. We came to their fanciest restaurant. This called Eight Rivers. And already these appetizers are beautiful. You know what's fancy when this is the ravioli. It's one gigantic piece of ravioli with all this delicious stuff on top of it. I can't remember what's inside, but it's some feta ravioli. And then I got like some rabbit orzo concoction. Oh my god, they're beautiful. Oh my gosh.
Yeah. Is that too much? No, there's never too much. Okay, wait. Let's There we go. That's a normal bite. That rabbit is super tender and juicy. It's almost like um a pulled pork or a brisket consistency. It has that look to it. Yeah. And then the orzo. Oh my god. I love orzo is one of my favorite things in the world. And it's got a little yogurt sauce on the top. I am in love with this. The main courses have arrived and they are even more beautiful than the appetizers, y'all. I got the lamb over here. Like look how beautiful and pristine these are.
I mean it looks so much more legit than I ever thought it would. I know. Are you allowed to do that at a fancy restaurant? Yeah. With my hand. Okay. Just like this. That's good stuff. Y'all, these are super smoky. They taste like fresh off the barbecue. Obviously very meaty. A little crunchy on the outside, like it's been roasted, but really tender on the inside. Well, today is the saddest day. Yeah, it's leaving day. Oh, man. It all came away so quickly. When you get to the resort, you're all excited. There's like this energy.
Everyone's hanging out, dancing, going to the shows, all that stuff. And then the last day it's like all the energy's gone. We have to crash after the high. Yeah. But all good things must come to an end. So, we're going to hop a flight in a couple hours and head back to the good old US of A. Mhm. But this has definitely inspired us to come back to Jamaica and explore much more of this country. We need to get into the interior, see more of the lovely beaches and the jungle.
Yeah. But it was a nice way to dip our toes into it and just check out some of the beauty of this country. I mean, obviously, it's freaking amazing at every turn. This was definitely a perfect little couple's getaway. I will say that. Like this private beach. I'm going to miss it hardcore. It feels like our own little slice of paradise. But it was cool to be able to come straight to the resort and be able to just basically be catered to. Everything is all inclusive. Food everywhere. Tons of stuff to do. Everyone's just having a
good time. It was a blast, y'all. It was. But stay tuned because we have a lot of fun stuff planned coming up. Do we What are we doing? Maybe it's not planned. We have ideas. We have fun ideas. Yeah. Eventually, we'll be in the planning phase, but it's going to happen one way or another. All right. And with that, goodbye adventurers. We'll see you on the road.
