100 push-ups per day for 30 days. This is the challenge that three subscribers decided to take on in this YouTube video. You will follow their entire journey week by week. They filmed everything. I'm really sore and aching all over And I've stopped at 30 for today. I can, but I didn't know I was going to struggle so much. Stay tuned until the end of the video because we're going to discover together the before and after physical transformations of these three candidates.

Oh [__], [laughs] you've lost weight. No, I lost 12 kg. You have less of a belly. I have less bid. You've got less of a belly, man. I challenge you. Let's start slowly. We're going to try to do some nice push-ups. Maybe sets of 10 to start with, but the goal is n't to hurt yourself. It's quite daring to take on the challenge of 100 push-ups a day for 30 days. I think it's going to be hard to do I trust you. I have confidence. I'm motivated, in any case. I am 41 years old. Keep your elbows close together. We go down well and we push.

Are you ready to take on this challenge of 100 push-ups a day for 30 days If it's just to have the same shape? Yeah. So it might take 15 years. [laughs] Are you motivated? I am extremely motivated. I am an accountant by training. I haven't done any push-ups since I think it was after Covid. These are my first pairs of shoes in a very [laughs] very long time. I am a salesman, I am 25 years old, I already have two children and I have been with my wife for almost 10 years. So come on the first day I have to start. A few in the morning, a

few at midday, a few in the evening. Well, given my body weight, I did n't do it on the ground, I didn't do it on my cheeks, I did it while leaning over. For the first day, it was 10 push-ups, well, 10 sets of 10 repetitions in inclined push-ups. Since I've never done it before, it was far too complicated to make them into standards. I'm pleased with myself because I did n't think I would have done them. I thought I would have found an excuse today not to participate in the challenge. For me, the first day, it will stay with me. I was deeply disappointed. This is the first time in my life I've felt so heavy. If on the first day I am mentally weak, it won't work.

Help me, I'm at 30 push-ups. Overnight. There, the body, it does n't understand. What happened? Well, just aches and pains, that's all. Ah yeah. Crazy curvature. But I thought, well, my pec is going to hurt, that's normal. My triceps are on fire, my shoulder is on fire. Round 2 of the challenge. Day 2, I have crazy muscle soreness between my pecs and sells. I'm in pain all over. That's madness. I'm so ashamed.

No, I realize that after about thirty push-ups spread out, I can no longer lift my body. The very next day, I started to feel the first aches and pains, raise my arms, and experience some minor discomfort. End of this day. I completely failed to reach the objective. Today I stopped at 54 but I'm really sore, I have pains all over and I was exhausted doing the last ones. I prefer to stop for today. 2 3 4 guys, there's the safe one. OK, day 2 guys, validate. I came to go fishing with my father, since I live near Dquerc. So, well, I'm going to do my pump challenge right here tonight. On the 3rd day, upon waking, pick up the phone, raise your arm. I feel that everywhere there is

tension and I tell myself that for that day, it's going to be impossible. I still managed to do them on the 3rd day. People must think I'm crazy. It's like I'm saying a prayer, but backwards. [laughs] I have a fairly heavy body weight. I thought I would never succeed, but actually, by adapting and putting it on an incline, I really want to succeed. So I'm not giving myself a choice. Today, I'm going to try to add two new exercises to my set. Elevated push-ups, to put a bit more strain on the shoulders, I think. And I'm going to do push-ups. Well, I don't have the name for that one. That's how you are,

and you're going down very slowly. And when you get to the end, by level 3, it's over. It was mentally tough having to go back to doing push-ups. Since I had made a commitment, I am someone who, well, I maintain discipline, the point of my shoulder there, I am always in too much pain. So I'm going to do it on my knee. I feel like my triceps is going to tear, actually. I won't hide it from you, I'm quite disappointed. I knew it was going to be hard, but I didn't know I was going to struggle this much. Actually, today I have time to take the pump this morning before going to work precisely to be sure I can do them all during the day.

I hadn't realized the importance of sequencing it in terms of recovery. Well, even if there are aches and pains, practicing a little bit every day still allows you to keep the machine running. Did your wife give you any encouragement during the challenge? My wife encourages me in everything I do. Everything I do, she tells me "Well, go for it, have fun! I'm going to try to do as many push-ups as possible in one go. OK 25 guys, here we go again for day 4. [laughs] You don't judge your father. Number 5. I've already done 70 push-ups. I had a small personal problem yesterday which meant I couldn't do the remaining 50 push-ups. So, I set myself the goal of doing 50 more today to catch up. Today, I hurt my back

. No pumps today. I can barely walk. The pumps are running. The pumps are done. I'm so happy. I have a sense of satisfaction. It's almost 5pm so I'm going to give myself to the bridge and do what's necessary in this challenge. A quick recap of this week, how's it going? The first week was a bit freestyle because I was determined to succeed in the challenge, so I did it. On the other hand, I have a lifestyle, let's say, where I go to bed quite late, where I don't eat at the right times, and I don't eat the right things. But at least the pumps hold up.

OK guys, one week and that's it, it's confirmed. Kisses, kisses, kisses, Tibo. I think I've gained a little weight in my arms. The first week, I thought it was going to be much harder than that. I had a bit of shoulder pain that I was able to manage by the end of the week. I already had more coverage We're starting week 2. Don't forget, the before and after photo reveal will be at the end of the video. In the second week, I feel a gain in strength and energy. Damn man, I can lift myself up I feel generally good. The aches and pains have turned into numbness. And so the warm-up begins. I'm still taking it, you know, the shoulders, the trapezius muscles a little bit, you know.

40 push-ups this morning on the last repetitions, it's getting hot and it's really hard work. It's good that I see that I'm working, the day is very complicated, I'm not in great shape. Now we're starting to get into the tough part. I do n't know why, but it's harder than the first week. Yeah. So in the second week I start to feel the after-effects of the challenge. By doing it every day. I have minor pains that persist and are getting worse Today I managed to do all the push-ups. Now that it's been 10 days non-stop, I'm starting to get used to it. So it's okay. Alex, do you find doing this challenge regularly every day a chore?

I'm going to avoid doing push-ups at 12:30 a.m. or 2 a.m., it doesn't make sense. I'm having trouble keeping up with them, I 'm tired. So, I'm going to do push-ups anywhere, anytime. My days are too short to do everything I need to do. Let's get started guys because it's Friday and I have another crazy day ahead. Seriously, use wrist guards guys, doing this on the ground will take you apart. What I've also been doing since the beginning of the challenge is trying to have a diet that's in line with what I'm doing. Every lunchtime, I eat two hard-boiled eggs, a chicken breast and pasta or rice.

At the start of the challenge, I was smoking a little over 20 cigarettes a day. I thought, since I was going to start things up anyway, I might as well do this too, without being drastic and without deprivation. Start making the effort to smoke a little less, postpone each cigarette by fifteen and half an hour, succeed in slowing down in relation to the challenge. A few minor aches and pains, but honestly, it doesn't hurt at all like it did in the first few days. That's right, you underestimated the challenge? Of course, I underestimated the challenge because I was stuck at a time when I knew how to do push-ups Despite everything, I feel much more at ease, even if I am far from the goals I can expect to achieve

in a month. Today, we're going to do a slightly different workout than usual. I'm going to try something on day 14 in relation to this challenge. I've just come through a few days where I was sick. Taking some days off to rest, well, that did me good. Hence the importance of taking recovery days, in fact, of listening to your body. He is starting to find it easier and easier to do them on an incline. For the second part of this challenge, to do them on the ground and to add maybe 10 more per day, replacing the inclined ones with the ground.

What's your assessment of this second week? More mobility, more ease. Finally, I have two children. When I want to carry the children, I have less of a feeling that I need to force myself. Did your body get used to the muscle soreness at that point? You had less of it. Much less muscle soreness. I'm definitely more afraid of doing 100 apples a day. I feel like the aches and pains lasted 2 or 3 days and then disappeared quickly. Doing push-ups does bring me a little bit of well-being, though. I feel like I'm sleeping better. I do n't know if we guys realize it, we've done half of it, it went by super fast.

7:30pm, we're going to start the week off right. Come on guys, let's keep going. I'm going to try to do as many push-ups as possible without putting my knees on the ground. Oh, 30, I can't go any higher. So now we're entering the 3rd week. How are you feeling? I don't know what happened on Monday of the 3rd week. I lift myself up with an ease but without name and I do I think 30 push-ups in one go. I'm evolving but I realize that push-ups alone, given my body and finally given my journey, can't be enough. So, I'm having a bit of a breakthrough in relation to that. I'm starting to pay attention to what I eat, when I eat, and how much. What's your state of mind right now?

Well, right now, I'm on top of the world. Then I start doing push-ups that I was n't used to doing, like clapping push-ups and stuff. So, your little girl, who is 6 years old, was she helping you, was she next to you? So, I explained it to her because she didn't understand why Dad was suddenly doing push-ups. Stop there. Do you see any progress in terms of muscle development? I'll begin. Yeah, I did see a small difference. I did it more and more easily. I preferred to stick to 10 sets of 10 to be on something that works and not get to a point where I disgust myself.

It's 9pm and I'm trying to do all my push-ups before 10:30pm. We're already on a better organizational path. I feel good in my body again. It's starting to get fun now. That's nice. Excuse me. I find the motivation and I arrive immediately. Guys, we've officially finished this 3rd week. Damn, I'm super happy at the end of every training session. So we've reached the 4th week. How are you feeling? At the top of my game? It's easy without pumps. What's your state of mind? We're at the end of a marathon and I'm finishing it in a sprint.

I feel a little more feverish for 3 days. I didn't do any sport. I didn't pay particular attention to what I ate because I caught gastroenteritis. I ate carrots, I drank some top-notch sme. That didn't mean I stopped continued the challenge. Do you see a mental before and after between the beginning and the end of the challenge? Yeah, totally. Dude, this is my third week. I don't think I normally lined up like 10 of them. Have you seen the results or not? I think that the relationship with the body can be complicated for some people. 20 minutes of pumping every day is a first step. And for me, it helped me to look at myself a little more in the mirror, to like myself a little

more. OK. The bag is heavy. The bag is really heavy. Imagine, I manage to make it kind of weighted down. That's it, we're reaching the end. It's crazy to think that, though. See the light at the end of the tunnel. The final stretch. It's starting to get enjoyable in real life. [laughs] That's crazy. So. Day number 27. I felt that in other parts of my body where I was usually weak, it was easier to pick something up, bring a kid to a construction site, bring a window, finally less of a need to force it, it just happens automatically. I drank two coffees without sugar, I made myself a shake of way, I did the pons and besides that, I took advantage of it, I did sets for the biceps, I did the shoulders, I did some abs and

today we're going to do push-ups on the stage. Guys, before we reveal the photos, do you think you'll continue this challenge afterwards, or not, or adapt it? Doing push-ups every day? I don't think so. This repetitive aspect, you see, now that I've got a taste for it, I need more to see other movements too. Of course, last week, let's go. We reach the end with a physical improvement. So, before we put together your before and after photos, do you think you're going to continue this challenge or not? Yeah, mentally I'm totally into it, that's it. That through having to make videos, having to show my shoes and seeing results, it has a

positive impact little by little. The challenge ends today. It feels like it went by incredibly fast. Mentally, we're going for it. Let's go. As for meals, well, I didn't give up. In the morning, I continue to take creatine, right after sports, at noon, I eat eggs with meat and vegetables. As for the vegetables, I understand that they are unlimited. So when I've had enough, I make myself a big plate of vegetables. I suggest we look at the before and after. Let's go. Warning, pain everywhere. I'm not going to hide it from you, I'm quite disappointed. I'm telling you guys the results.

It's crazy to think that this is what it's been in just one month. Oh [__]! The blood of the boar on the left. It looks like when you cut open the belly. Oh [__]! Oh no! That's crazy! I did n't think it was going to be this beautiful. You've lost belly fat, your shoulder has become more muscular, your pecs and everything, it's a simple thing but in terms of your hairstyle, you see, you've improved your hairstyle, you've taken care of yourself. Yeah, I told you I look at myself, I find my body again. We're going to see the before and after.

30 days isn't that a long time to waste results? Help me, I'm at 30p. The day is very complicated, my shoulder still hurts very, very much. In any case, we're ditching our friends. So be careful. E ah si the pecs, ah si the pecs, there is something there and even the size. You have less bid, less bid. You have less bid, man. I don't know, I don't realize it at all. Ah, that's great. Are you coming to work on your pecs before or not? Because it's congested. Ah yeah. No, the photos show no congestion, not even in the shoulders and everything. You have good

trapezius muscles. Ah, you have very good potential there. Now we have to keep going. Now we move on to the reville. Are you ready? It's okay, it's okay. Attention. It's far too complicated to make them into standards. I'm really sore, I have pains all over. It's like I'm saying a prayer backwards. I had a small personal problem yesterday which meant I couldn't do the remaining 50 push-ups. I prefer to stop for today. It even becomes pleasant to feel that it's working.

Oh! Ah! The face. Are your cheeks more hollow? You've lost weight. No, I lost 12 kg in total. Cardio. Ah, it's obvious you're taking better care of yourself. You also look less tired in your face and everything. Ah, that's great. Then again , the evolution of this challenge is simply a matter of whether or not you have developed your pecs. Did that motivate you to go to the gym? I did n't think that in 30 days I would be able to feel certain things. I feel at the shoulders when I put on shirts that I fill them out but in the right places. I can feel muscles I didn't know I could sing before. You cut down on cigarettes, you lost 12 kg. So it's crazy, actually.

Honestly, well done man. He. THANKS. That's kind. Coming from you, it's free. Ah but I think so, it's [laughs] you who did it, I didn't do anything. You're the one who did the work. Hat. Thank you so much. So. And to be continued. Yeah well of course, I told you I'm going to continue fully and I'm happy to have seen results where I was skeptical. Let's meet again in a year to see if you've managed to progress or not. My pleasure. The appointment is set. Congratulate them in the comments. Frankly, they handled it well.
