Well, let's get back to Sunday for a second because Deshaawn Watson has been balling and keeping, let's just say, game-winning drives going for the Cleveland Browns. Uh, don't know where it's come from, but somehow they're at the top of the AFC North and can't believe I'm saying this, but the Browns might be a postseason threat. Yes, I've been saying that a very long time. Uh, if you don't believe me, take a look for yourself. sitting at top there of their division. Right behind them and tied with them, the Steelers at 5-2, the Bengals and Ravens. Usually it's flipped the other way. Ravens, Bengals, Steelers, and Browns. But 2026, I guess we're all backwards here. Uh, somebody who's always going straight, my guy Ryan
Wilson tapping in for his best segment of the day. He loves buyers and sellers. And so, let's just make this easy. The Browns postseason buyers or sellers. Where do you see them? Hey Brandon, good to see you buddy. Uh yeah, we're living in a world where the Browns are five and two and the Eagles are two and five. Welcome to 2026. I'm buying man. Look, you're this far down the road and you can win with average offense and lights out defense. And we've seen the Browns do that before. Go back to 2023. Last time they went to the playoffs, Deshun Watson got hurt. That then Jim Schwarz defense was balling out. They dragged Joe Flacco off the
couch in November to take them to the playoffs. Now look, they got to the playoffs and got blown out by the Texans, but at least they got there. This team feels a little bit more cohesive offensively. No longer Kevin Sansky, now Todd Monkin, but it's hard not to believe what they're doing. Deshun Watson isn't playing lights out Houston Texans version of Deshun Watson, but he's not getting in the way. Uh they have some young playmakers at the wide receiver position and Casey Conpion and Denzel Boston. We know about Harold
Fannon Jr. from last year, the third round pick the tight end there. And then the defense is doing what the defense does even without Miles Garrett who by the way ain't helping out the Rams right now because like you and me he's he's wearing street clothes on Sunday. Yeah, he's watching the game just like us. He has a better seat probably uh than most of us there. Uh when it comes to the Vikings look 6 and0 you would think yes they are in the hunt for the postseason. We don't know the rest of season here but buyers and sellers for you with them is what? When you get to 6 and0 you're going to the playoffs. That's just the rule that the good Lord above has laid out uh based on NFL history. And here's the
other thing. You talk about really bad offenses and really good defenses. I'm going to give you the 2015 Denver Broncos brand because that team Pton Manning's last year he could barely hold his arm over his head. He was not playing like the Pton Manning we had saw as a Hall of Famer. He was actually pretty bad. That defense with Von Miller, Demarcus Wear, they were dominant all the way to a Lombardi Trophy. Can this team, the Vikings, do that? I'm not willing to go that far, but they can win a playoff game, man. And don't forget, and we heard JP just talk about this, Kevin O'Connell knows how to coordinate up an offense. So, once he can get Kyler and company just to be average offensively, this team
could actually surprise some folks once January rolls around. They're a luck. Bet your house on it, Brandon. They're going to the playoffs. Beyond that, uh I don't want to put say too much. Don't bet your house on it just in case either. I don't want you living with me. I was going to say I do not want to live in the Wilson household there. I'm not putting my money on Kyler Murray. He needs to go up a little bit in this offense if you know what I'm saying. Uh Giants buyers and sellers. I'm I'm buying. I thought they were fraudulent. I was uh I was talking to a Giants fan that we worked with that thought it was the word he used was embarrassing when they traded for JJ
McCarthy. Well, JJ McCarthy was the best player on the field on Sunday. He was he had some chips to get off his shoulder and some things to prove and he did it. And what a fun story. Look, I don't think Cam Scataboo can play the way he plays for 17 games. It's just too reckless. It's fun to watch. So, they might need to get some help there in terms of the running back before the trade deadline. But those guys are buying in. And I was skeptical. I'll be honest, Brandon, I was skeptical that John Harbaugh could come in there and change that culture. Uh because how things sort of ended in Baltimore where he had appeared to warn out his welcome. He came in there and he changed
that culture and those guys are buying in. If you don't buy in, you hit the road. And uh I'm all in on this team. The division is terrible and it's wide open, so that's good for them. But they're winning games that we thought they didn't have a chance to win and they're winning them in convincing fashion. So yes, sir, I'm buying that. The NFC lease. Yeah, per usual. Always bad. I want to get to the Raiders because it seems like they are back to reality now. We saw that 3 and 0 start. Four straight losses. Buyers or sellers out there in Vegas. Yeah, I'm going to have to sell and I would imagine they're going to be selling off their assets before this trade deadline. probably in the form of
Max Crosby some other names end up leaving Las Vegas. It's just a matter of their luck running out, right? That's the reality of it. We heard Clint Kubak, the first year coach, said they're still sticking with Kurt Cousins for now, but it may not be long until we see Fernando Mendoza on the field, the first overall pick, because when you lose four straight, you have some things you want to figure out when you look ahead, whether it's to December or whether it's to 2027. So, uh I don't know how they're going to get redot in this division. They are better than the Chargers because everybody is better than the Chargers. Uh but in terms of the Chiefs uh and the Broncos, they're not catching
them. And if they're not catching them, they're not making the playoffs. All right, the Raiders are done rolling the dice here. How about the Eagles? All those injuries, we don't know what's going to happen with Jaylen Herz. Buyers or sellers there? Unless they got a time machine and they're going to go back and everyone's healthy, I don't know how they're going to go to the playoffs. And it's not from lack of effort. They're they're out there trying their hardest. and Taylor McKe. It was not a bad option uh last night in that game against the Cowboys, but you can't win with second teamers in the NFL. That's just the reality. It's hard enough to win when everybody's healthy and you got your first teamers there. so many moving
parts and it's just an unfortunate series of events that you would imagine not only am I selling on them as a playoff team, but they might be selling off some assets as well too, which is it's it's crazy to think about how quickly your fortunes can turn in the NFL with an injury here, three or four injuries there. Uh a player makes a poor play here that affects the rest of the uh the season. And here we are wondering if Saquon Barkley is going to be long for this team. Are they going to trade Dallas Goddard? Is Devonte Smith going to be in the like a bunch of crazy questions that if in August I had posed those things to you? Uh Brandon, you would have thought that uh you know I've been drinking or something. But here
we are. Like I said, they're two and five. The Browns are five and two and uh Thanksgiving right around the corner. I was going to ask you what you've been sipping on cuz uh yeah, it seems a little crazy now with two and five with the Eagles there. Hard appreciate is always tapping in on buyers and sellers here with the NFL. Taking a look at that division we just talking about with the Eagles and Giants. It's obviously the Giants most likely buyers at 42 and1. The Cowboys right behind them in the Eagles two and five. Too many broken wings for the Eagles and the Commanders 14 and one. Still trying to manage that clock week to week. With the trade deadline two weeks away, the selloff is on in Indie. The Colts
shipping out two cornerstones from their trenches. All Pro Guard Quinton Nelson headed to Seattle and return for a third and a fifth. Hours later, Indie sending Pro Bowl detackle DeForest Buckner back to San Francisco where he began his career. The Colts garnering a fourth for Buckner. And for more there and down the road here on the trade front, Tyler Sullivan and John Breach joining us now. Colts moving on from their GM last week, guys. The interim starting this selloff. Tyler, what do you make of the day at large in Indianapolis and the direction moving forward?
Expected, right? I think that's probably the word here for the Indianapolis Colts. Obviously, you move on from Chris Ballard, their GM, and you do wonder, okay, how is this trade deadline going to be managed, but when you're two and five on the season, and it feels like you're on the precipice of a full reset throughout the organization, you have to start stripping it for parts. And I know that's a little uncomfortable for Colts fans because the elephant in the room is you're not going to be good this season. and you don't even get the reward for not being good and having a high pick in the first round in 2027. Why? Because you traded it to the New York Jets last year at the deadline for Sas Gardner. So, a little bit of a tough spot, but a
necessary spot here for this organization to refill the cupboard. No, you're not going to get a first round pick, but you're going to get a lot of assets over the next handful of years here to maybe help you springboard back into something closer to contention that they have right now. So, a little expected, but again, when you see names like DeForest Buckner and really just some stalwarts of the organization leave when Quilton Nelson, it is jarring, but again, expected. Yeah, it's not surprising to see the Colts have a fire sale, but I will say that I'm not sure I would have done it yet. If you're Indie, why not just hang on for one more week? I know Tyler, look, you said they're two and five, but
they are playing Jacksonville on Sunday. If they win that game, they are one and a half games out of first place halfway through the season. If you would have told any Colts fan in August that you're one and a half games out of first in November, I think they absolutely would have taken that. So, I don't know that this was the time to give up on the season. And I understand that if you feel like you're out of the playoff race, uh like Tyler said, you trade that first round pick away in the sauce gardener deal last year, the cover's a little bit bare, if you want to build a new foundation. You want to acquire as many draft picks as possible. So, in that sense, yes, these deals make sense,
but to me, they would have made more sense next week because to me, the Colts have that last gasp chance and it feels like they're already giving up on the season when they didn't necessarily have to just yet. And it does feel like addressing everything but the root of the issue. You look at this team preseason and I mean there's pieces there as is evidenced by this selloff. There's there's talent on the roster and you look at the person that put the talent in place. A lot can be said about Ballard, but perhaps a coaching issue is more that's at hand. Smoke and fire, two different things. The real
fire sale is if we see Jonathan Taylor on the move, which at this point can be expected as well. reports that they're looking for a second and then some for the star running back. I big candidates down the road, those who are still holding water but could be sellers. Let's say the two and five amongst us. Let's start with the Eagles guys. Howie Roseman left to mold the future with all those injuries and the retirement of Lane Johnson, rendering this team as a seller right now. Breach, what are the parts that allow you to build back and not fully punt on 2027, but still get some ammunition for the draft?
Well, I'll start with Saquon Barkley. We've talked a lot about Jonathan Taylor. The Colts don't seem interested in trading him, but there are a lot of teams around the NFL who would probably love to get their hands on a good running back. I know Barkley's a little banged up right now, so he might be tough to deal, but maybe if you're the Eagles, you could get a second round pick for him. They've got a couple defensive players that I think they could part ways with. One of them, uh, Nolan Smith, they just picked up the fifthear option there. So, a new team isn't really committed to him for the long term. you bring him in this year, you have him next season, you see how he
looks. Uh, but anytime you can get a pass rusher in a trade, that's a good thing. The Eagles could probably get a second or third round pick for him. Uh, Zack Bond, I think, could be another trade piece if Philly is really looking to blow things up. And again, that's another guy you probably could get a third round pick for. So, they have enough guys on their roster where they really could reload the cupboard with draft pick. So, I do think it will be interesting to see what they do cuz we know Howie Roseman loves to wheel and deal and there are quite a few trade pieces on their roster right now. And Howie's ended up on the right side of a lot of those deals. Uh interesting
how you answer the phone when Howie calls. Dallas Gddard notably on that expiring contract as well. Some pieces there. And they will go headto-head with the Commanders facing off with the Eagles in prime time on Sunday night. Yikes. Uh if I may. A fewer crown jewels on that roster, guys. for Adam Peters to take to market. Tyler, is this a roster in purgatory or do you see sell opportunities there as well? There's a few opportunities. It really is one of those kind of identity crisises though, right? Like you have to look yourself in the mirror and say, "Okay, what are we going to be for the rest of 2026?" If it is a team that's
going to remain at the bottom of the NFC East, well then you do have to sell off some of these pieces. who and when you look at some of these rosters throughout the league is to find out who potentially could get moved, the first thing you do is okay, who's going to be a free agent at the end of the year. So, you look at guys for the Commanders like Clayon Chasan, pass rusher for them who they signed on a one-year deal this off season. Feels like somebody who they could move off of two and a half sacks on the season. Go back to last year with the Patriots had seven and a half sacks.
I believe he would have a market for a team looking for a pass rusher to help them down the stretch. you look along the offensive line, Andrew Wy, he's in somewhat of a reserve role. He can play right tackle, he can play on the interior of the offensive line, gives a little bit of versatility for a team maybe looking for some protection help at the deadline. But if you're if you're going to make a big swing and like I said, that identity crisis, if you look at yourself and say, "No, this just isn't the year in 2026," one of the bigger names could be Stefon Diggs. move off of him and he didn't have the biggest market this off seasonason when he was a free agent. That had a lot to do with some off the- field issues that
have since been cleared up and so far this season's been a pretty good outlet for Jaden Daniels when he has been healthy and I think he's endeared himself. So, we're going to hear a lot of names at the wide receiver position this cycle. If teams strike out, I wouldn't be surprised if they go knocking on the door of Adam Peters and seeing if Digs is available. to Diggs and what he meant to that offense a year ago taking your Pats all the way to Super Bowl Sunday. Eagles have lost five in a row. Commanders haven't won a game with Jaden Daniels starting in nearly a year now, guys. Vea among the Bucks names in the rumor mill and it really started during camp when he said, "You got to bring me more cash." They do, but
on a short-term basis here after this two and five start breach, who should Tampa Bay be willing to part with? Is Vita on that list? Well, I think the Buccaneers are a team that probably should wait until next week before they decide on any trades because if they win on Sunday against the Falcons and then the Panthers lose to the Packers, all of a sudden Tampa Bay would just be a half game out of first place despite that 0 and4 start. And if that happens, you don't trade anyone. But if they lose and things start to look a little dire and you don't feel real good, that's when you start to think maybe we need to tear the roster down, get rid of some guys. And if that happens, let's start on the
offensive side of the ball. Chris Godwin, Kenneth Gain, well, we saw the Bucks let Mike Evans leave now in San Francisco, obviously. So, we know that the there are plenty of guys that have longtime relationship with the organization, but it could make sense to trade Chris Godwin with Kenneth Gainwell. He's someone they just recently added, but if you look at their roster in their depth chart, they have Bucky Irving, they have Shawn Tucker. So, I think Gainwell could be a guy they put out on the trade market whether they're in the NFC South race or whether they're out of the NFC South race. So, maybe he's somebody they look to deal no matter what happens. And then of course, Muso, you mentioned Vea, he made that trade demand in August and all the
Buccaneers came through and gave him some more money. Uh, if they're out of the division race, I think he is someone you absolutely look to deal cuz he is probably the person you can get the most compensation for. Maybe a second or third round pick. And then of course, Yaya Dyabi is also there. Again, if you're out of the race, I think that is someone you are taking phone calls on. So, if they were to trade any of those four guys, assuming they don't feel good about their NFC South chances, it wouldn't surprise me and teams to keep an eye on. And I think most importantly for both buyers and sellers, it's being realistic about where you currently stand. As for maybe the unrealistic teams, uh the only team in the NFL
without a win, still not convinced that they're sellers, reportedly the Chargers and Coach Harbaugh might get a bit more convincing this weekend against the Rams. If and when reality does set in, Tyler, who do you see as potential trade candidates on that talented Chargers roster, albeit? Yeah, a talented our Chargers roster, but you might have to strip off some pieces because this is a team that if it goes the way that has been going, 0 and6 on the season, they're going to be worrying about not just who you going to trade at the deadline, but possibly who's going to be shown the door, possibly being fired, and you're really going to ask some existential questions of this organization. But a few guys that I
would pay attention to if again things continue to go ary for the Chargers is Khalil Mack. obviously a star pass rusher even at his age right now is someone that I think would garner a lot of interest. The caveat there is that he is on a he does have a trade he can block any trade. He does have the ability to do that. So that no trade clause coming into play. He might be able to dictate where he goes. In the past I've talked about maybe a reunion with Jesse Mter and the Baltimore Ravens to give them some pass rushing help as they contend in the AFC North. So something to monitor there. But certainly he dictates where he goes, but he would certainly have a market in what
could be his last kick at the can in the final stretch runs of the 2026 season. Quinton Johnson's another name, a wide receiver. Again, there's a so many wide receivers at the deadline to pay attention to, but I think Quinton Johnson could be somewhat interesting. Hasn't fully lived up to his potential in Los Angeles. Another caveat there though, the Chargers picked up his fifth year option for 2027, which would mean any team acquiring him would have to pay $18 million fully guaranteed in 2027. So a steep price tag in terms of money, but you would certainly be able to get him on the cheap if they are selling. And then lastly is a wild card. Ladi is obviously a huge name would probably
arguably be one of the bigger names to be moved at the deadline, but someone you shouldn't overlook, the Chargers. he is going to be extension eligible this off seasonason. If they are going to hit the full reset button, let's just say this continues and they really are firing people and potentially even looking sideways at Justin Herbert. Why are you going to extend Lad Manki in that scenario? So, do you move off of him right now? Not 100% healthy, but someone who would certainly absolutely be the bell of the ball at the wide receiver position at the deadline. Tyler, can I throw another name at you here? Like a true canary in the coal mine. If you hear this name, everybody start packing their desk types. Derwin James, so talented, could
be such a great addition to a defense. Somebody like, let's say, the Chicago Bears. Obviously, my mind goes there first, but others that could use that sort of flex safety, willing to come down into the box on a fresh deal. Could you maybe even see someone like that garnering a return of, dare I say, premium picks because of that deal he's on? Yeah, absolutely. He is someone that you should absolutely be t paying attention to in terms of his deadline because of everything that you just said talking about a premier player at one of the premier positions in the secondary and if he goes to a team that is truly contending say maybe you're Chicago Bears that is a deal that would put a team over the top. You immediately
acquire somebody like Derwin James it changes the complexion of the back end of your defense. It changes the complexion of your entire defense. So certainly it would cost a lot but as we referenced this team is 0 and6 they don't really have are able to afford the luxury of hanging on to players like Derwin James especially if they are going to blow this thing up which again if it continues this way they're probably going to so I would absolutely look into potentially if you get blown away for a offer for Derwin James to look into it just a thought experiment I know nothing I know absolutely nothing I just asked the questions Tyler Sullivan and John Breach experts and answering them.
Thank you, fellas.
