Insecurity is the poison that navigates our world. You can do anything once you decide it's your fault. The amount of people that quit a week before it was all going to turn is actually quite high. It's tough to be hungry when you've been fed. You won already. You actually won. When they're booing, you're dead. Underestimating the human is a mistake. At 34, I made $67,000 for the year. That's why you hear so much garbi about be patient. 35 was when I started doing this and I just signed a book deal. So, that 100k for Crush It. I mean, like probably 240. First of all, followers don't matter anymore. You know that, right? Start another page.

Oh, we had 200 something 300,000 followers on that. That would be like saying I had $200,000. I went to Atlantic City. I lost So, we money. So, I'm not going to make more I think if you're in your perfect pocket, you're not sacrificing. I actually think you're being selfish. I think what people need to do is find their selfish place. I think I'm incredibly driven by gratitude. It is not lost on me that a day that I wake up where no one that I care about has died or became terminally ill is a good day. I really thrive on optimism and gratitude. So, I'm in a good mood. And when you're in a good mood, you get more done. Like if you're dwelling, you're not as productive. If you care about something, you will do

it. The end. Like the actual answer to your question is effort. The amount of people that quit a week before it was all going to turn is actually quite high in the scheme of the last 100 years. The amount of people that right now continue to do something that is based on nothing but delusion is even higher. My answer to this question is do you like it? And how long can you hold your breath? You can't quit your job and just start it, but you can do what I'm talking about every evening and one post can start your career for you to no longer be a lawyer when you want to be an influencer about football or wine or travel. That's real life. Our grandparents did not have this. We are the lucky generation. How does one

balance it? By being the judge and jury of themselves. Like whose standard of work-life balance am I supposed to achieve to? Whose definition of financial success? My answer is you get to define it, and then you get to change your mind. But, don't do it for someone else, and don't do it for the cheering. When they're booing, you're dead. I think authenticity's always worked. I think people try to force it all the time, which is the complete opposite of it. And I think the way to really judge authenticity is longevity. I think the people that try to fake authenticity do not have very long plays. I don't love to contribute from a place of opinion. I like to come from a place of observation. I think a lot of people use

the like weaponize the word anxiety when they're inconvenienced. I think we've created words like imposter syndrome to make the word insecure. I recommend people being self-aware. I also recommend people having the ability to change their mind, cuz that really is liberating to allow you to do a lot of tried and true dangerous mindset. The principles of tried and true are good. Hard work, bring value to your customers, but the tactics, they must become unbelievably adaptable. It's tough to be hungry when you've been fed. They're now singing the praises of what they did yesteryear without realizing this is still a

jungle, and now they're an old lion, and there is a young lion in the bushes ready to take them out. All of our vulnerabilities are things we can't see. Deep in your brain, deep in your heart, you actually accept all those shortcomings, is the second your life goes on the offense. And so, self-awareness at its finest is accepting your shortcomings and accentuating your strengths. There are three ways to win on social media, written, audio, or video. You must figure yourself out and be okay with what you're comfortable with. It's okay to not love video. It's okay to not be a good writer.

It's not okay to lie to yourself. I do not care what anyone who's listening cares. But, you start getting into my children and my parents, the more I love you, the more I care about how you feel. My greatest weakness, my kryptonite, I'm not candorous with people I love. Insecurity is the poison that navigates our world. Attention is the asset, executing against it is how you win. Everybody here is not going to be looking at their stream very carefully as they were today in 5 years, just like they don't look at their email as carefully today as they did 10 years ago. We are fully no longer in social media. We're fully in interest

media. If you're listening right now and you sell stuff, you need to go to Whatnot and TikTok shop and start selling ASAP. The QVC of occasion of social media is here. In the West, it's been going on in China for 10 years. Do it. Do it. What used to work is always the thing that's going to put you out of business. Looking backwards allows somebody to pass you. If everybody in here thought that they were a media publisher, not an advertiser, they would make different content. Instead of thinking you're making a television commercial, think that you're making a television show. You're making commercials on Facebook. That's when you're pushing. When you start thinking about making a show, now you're bringing

value, entertainment, information, utility. That's how you do it. When's the last time you sent a letter, email, or actually made a phone call to just thank a prior client for ever using you in the first place? I'm going to say this nice and slow. This is a black and white tactic. Calling someone that worked with you for 6 months 5 years ago and saying, "Hey, just thinking about you. Hope everything's great. Loved our time together. Glad it worked out for you." That is kind. That is karma-oriented. And two out of 10 times, that person on the other side's going to be like, "Oh yeah, Dr. Donnie. Hey, Dr. Donnie, I need to connect you with my sister." Who's doing that?

Scale the unscalable to reach out to every prior client they've ever had to put karma points into the universe and potentially business develop some more word of mouth. Humans are the most underestimated, underrated brand and entity in the world. Humans are underestimated, bro. I would say underestimating the human is a mistake. Number 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 is the utter lack of accountability. What's going on right now, brother, has nothing to do with anything other than we've been over coddled for 30 years. The end. You can do anything once you decide it's your

fault. If you think it's your mommy and daddy's fault, that's what takes up the oxygen. You just spend all your time telling everybody about your mommy and daddy. Everybody has become remarkable at pointing fingers. It has become a global pandemic. But most of all, the ultimate cage is when you think somebody else is in control of your life, you're dead. How you react to All that life is. All life is happening all the time. There is nothing else. What I'm interested in is what do you do about it? Like you have one life. The math around having life is 400 trillion to one. You won already. You actually won. You could be 53 right now and be a loser and dominate from 60 to 80, enjoy it. You could.

Like it's never over. I don't judge you, but I can't change you either. I don't judge you. I really don't cuz I know people have different circumstances, luck of the draw, all that stuff. But I can't change you. You have to
