[IKROOP DHILLON] Having this framework to really understand deeply I feel like my lens through which I lead has expanded significantly.
It has been completely transformative. [GREG CULLEN] We weren't just sitting in classrooms. There was a lot of focus on trying to make sure that we're being balanced in our lives, that we're thinking about our whole selves and how to keep all parts of our lives healthy. [KATHERINE SANDELL] I feel a lot more balanced in my industry as well as kind of at home and with the culture around me. I'm already feeling like I can do More with a lot more intentionality. [GREG CULLEN] I think what surprised me the most was what I got out of the conversations with my cohort.
[KATHERINE SANDELL] The water cooler talks that we have, the deep relationships that I've started to bond with. [IKROOP DHILLON] It's really like having a magical space with all of these north stars together. [ERIC WEI] And it just changes your perspective on what you can do in this world. [GREG CULLEN] We never arrive as leaders. We have to continue to learn and grow. And I don't know if there's a better way to do that than through SEP. [KATHERINE SANDELL] I think it's created a deep foundation of growth that I can continue on for many, many years.
